There is a great sense of community here at the Retreat. Very friendly atmosphere. The new manager is a great people person. Apartments are spacious and quiet with a chef’s kitchen when it comes to prepping space. Lots of amenities. Fees on water bills are absolutely too high!

Crawford and Ms. Kat H./Ms. Jessica V.), to the Maintenance Department, to the vendors who visit, this is simply a blessed, peaceful, well-kept, and professionally-run business that is exceptionally comfortable and liberating. This is an amazing community that offers A+ service. The most amazing feature is the NASA Technology air filtration system, which has served to improve my breathing immensely. I highly recommend this property to anyone who may be experiencing a respiratory issue. Above all it has amenities galore, including continental breakfasts, and a chef!

To have to make the decision to create a different environment for our mom was a challenge. However, Ms. Kat has been nothing short of amazing! Her professional, welcoming, and warm personality has been stellar. The property is very nice, tons of amenities for the perfect setting to transition to a new home. We love the independence it provides, yet the comfort in knowing that she will enjoy her new home.

I have lived here for 2 years . The Apts are wonderful. Quiet and very spacious. Staff & owners however are inadequate. They rarely respond positively to requests and office staff has ZERO authority to approve anything and not enough office or maintenance staff.

I am a current resident here and it is ok. My review is 4 stars due to the inability to obtain a Garage on the property. I have lived here several months and know that people have moved who had an garage but I was not contacted. The garages are not free so it will be paid. However, I am going to have a big problem if I have to get an outside storage when I should have had an onsite garage since that is an advertised amenity that is listed for the residents. I was told that there were anticipated vacant garages becoming available when I signed my lease due to the notice to vacate that was received by previous residents. This was one of the reasons that I selected the property. I feel like I was either mis-informed or lied to in order to increase occupancy at the property.

This is a great property - very clean, well maintained and peaceful. Mariah is a fantastic leasing agent at the Retreat. She showed us several units and answered all our questions very patiently. She is very friendly and helpful!

We took my grandma to tour the facility and had a wonderful experience. This is a beautiful complex and the resort style swimming pool is to die for! I felt like I was on vacation!! Shelly and Lisa did a wonderful job of answering all of our questions and I can’t wait to get my grandma moved in!!

4 stars only because I don't live here.... The center is very beautiful, and the amenities all seem nice. Additionally, the staff that was here during our tour we're all very friendly and ready to help! It seemed like a very nice place to retire!
