The move in went without a hitch and you won't find more helpful and caring people in all departments. The staff, management, house keeping, maintenance, restaurant, all seem to just show up when you need them or have a question . They truly go way beyond in all areas. Lovely easy access facility. Can't say enough good about The Point.

This is a GREAT place to work! My grandparents also lived here and the staff is fabulous! Everyone is so nice and caring and the apartments are really upscale. My entire family is thinking about retiring here since we know everyone and the community so well. Everyone feels loved and respected. 5 STARS! I would give 10 Stars but they limit me to 5.

Located right in the heart of Granbury! Within walking distance to the Granbury Square. With beautiful Views of Lake Granbury. The sunrise and sunsets are amazing all year round. About a 45 minute drive to Fort Worth. Nice little community of independent living. With boat docks as well.

Our dad moved here over a year ago. We have seen him become more social, able to get rid of his cane (due to moving more) and enjoy life. There is always activities and people around. Residents really care about each other. Staff know each resident by name or try too.

My wife and I moved into a fourth floor apartment at Waterview (The Point) in August of 2017. The entire staff was and is fantastic, don't know that we have ever been treated better. We found many activities to keep us busy (gardening, puzzles, knitting for her, exercise room and gardening for me). The included meals are really great, we frequently ate on the patio, often ordering the Waterview hamburger, really great. We found the atmosphere to be very pleasant and people friendly. Today (5/6/2019) we enjoyed sea bass at lunch. The best sea bass I have ever eaten.

I moved here recently and the apartments are efficiently equipped and maintained. Overall maintenance is excellent. Attending staff is always pleasant and happy to help. Food is tasty and nicely served in pleasant surroundings. I am looking forward to the forthcoming "outings".

My mom and step-dad have been living at Waterview for a year-and-a-half. I cannot say enough good things about the management and staff there. They are compassionate. They are helpful. They are empathetic to what you are going through with your aging parents. They take time to talk with you whenever you need it. I could go on. No place is perfect, but this place is pretty darn close!

What a great place to live! This has been my home for more than three years, and I have no regrets about moving here. The accommodations meet my needs perfectly (once I did the downsizing); the décor is lovely; and amenities abound. If I want to socialize, there are many activities available; when I want alone time, I come to my apartment. Good food, good staff, good friends!

My grandmother was in memory care here and every time I went to visit, the staff were super friendly and kind. I know for a fact that my grandmother was well taken care of at that place.

My husband passed away 7 months ago. I was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 4 years ago, and was living in a rural area of Acton. My girls worried about me falling, worried about me forgetting to take my medicine etc .My daughter took me to view many other places in this area. I kept telling her no I was not going to move into any of those places. She finally checked out Waterview. She called and said "Mom I want you to please go see their apartments. I silently thought oh no here we go again. I instantly felt the warmth, and welcoming as I walked into their lobby. The staff is absolutely wonderful in all fields. They have gone above and beyond their duties to help me in many ways. The apartments are Beautiful, Clean, and very well designed. The dining room staff are absolutely wonderful. They accommodate you in many ways. The meals are delicious, and believe me, you don't go away hungry. Every one that lives here are so friendly. They also make you feel very welcomed. I absolutely love being here. They have a movie theater, laundry facilities, beauty parlor, gift shop, library, and many other activities that you can get involved in. Paint classes,, chair yoga, trips into town, plays that are preformed at the opera house down in the Square. I feel very safe and cared for. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 20. Lo

The Cove at Waterview is a fantastic place. My Mom has lived there 4 1/2 years and has received excellent care. She is now in the memory care unit and I can't say enough god things about the unit and the very caring staff. They make fun happen every day and treat each resident with the upmost respect and kindness. My family feels so comfortable when we visit and are included in any activity that they do.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Waterview. Their staff is exceptionally caring (especially with high maintenance residents like my mother), Amy and Ronda (director and nursing director) are beyond helpful and kind. Absolutely the kind of place I'd like to retire to.

Why is this listed as a "nursing home" ? I have always been under the impression I am paying for Independent Living. I will admit that now as of today there seems to be much less "independence" among the recent move-ins.
