My name is Leonard Louder I was a resident of Edison Assisted Living and Memory Care, for a year and 3 months. When my daughter put me here April 15, 2024. I honestly to god thought I was going to die. I was in a wheelchair. I had a caregiver through the VA that worked me 6 days a week. I went from my wheelchair to a stationary walker to my walker on wheels then to my cane that I’m using now. When I was on my walker on wheel I walk 9 times every day around the building. I work out on machine in exercise room also 6 days a week. Elison is a prefect place to live. Where I’m am at today I think the Staff at Elison and my caregiver gave my daughter Daf back to her. I want to applaud my caregiver, Shaun Lehr. Elison Staff - Trachelle Lewelling, Executive Director; Shawnee Tischler, Stephanie Herriage; nurses Hadley, Hope, Little Debbie. Debbie Mack; Tina Hand. Allog the dining room staff; Debbie Edwards, Joy Mullanax. The med techs and staff working the floor-Sam Sears, Callie Cromwell; Janisha Carpenter; Ashley Reynolds Jacob, Jordan, Courtney, carat, the Twins. I want the world to know that Elison Assisted Living is great a credit rto Trachelle and her staff. It is considered to be a big family atmosphere.

My daughter moved to Graham in July. I have been planning for a while to move near her. Graham doesn’t have a 55+ community, but the Elison does have independent living as well as assisted. It is a great place for me. I love the people here, and we all get along well. The staff are wonderful and they take excellent care of us. Many of the staff and the residents have been here for numerous years, which says a lot. I highly recommend the Elison in Graham and look forward to greeting you when you come. We will love you into the community and help you acclimate to life here. Come on down.

I've worked at this community for 4+ years and I truly enjoy and love my residents. It's very family oriented and I've learned so much as a caregiver and MedTech, to the point where I'm able to grow and be a nurse in the future. I have applied for my LVN program here in town with the encouragement of my Elison family. I have learned so much from our nursing department and I feel confident that this is the field I want to explore and grow in. I have worked underneath Debbie Long LVN RSD for the past three years and her commitment to the wellbeing of each and every resident is astounding. We are truly one big family here and we would love the chance to welcome you in. The environment is so "homey" and welcoming to each and every one who walks through our doors. I highly recommend coming to experience the love and compassion for yourself!

This place is like a resort! They provide so many activities for the residents. They are busy from the time they wake up until they go to bed! As far as the staff is concerned, they are the best and most caring people I have seen. Even during the pandemic when staffing was short, all of the needs of the residents were met and they became very creative in keeping the residents safe and active. We cannot think of a better place for our mother to live.

All the staff are so kind and caring at Elison in Graham. They truly care about their residents. They keep the facilities, which are very homey, very clean as well. When my mom has visitors, they almost always comment on how nice the facilities are. I'm so glad we found this place! I didn't expect a place like this in such a small town. The food is great as well.

Residents who need a wonderful place to stay, this is the location for you! Enter the facility and be greeted by enjoyable employees, a vast amount of resources at your disposal including a library. I am not a resident but I had the opportunity to interact with them and the experience is unlike any other ALF, SNF, LTC, Lor LTAC location Ive been to.The story of how a two-person vaccine clinic group turned into an efficient seven-member team strategically utilizing all resources to finish on time.Employees at Elmcroft Senior Living were prompt and well prepared, intending to leave a good impression on visiting contract staff. Prior to the clinic, Elmcroft employees had filled out most of the information on the consent forms and were going through it to make sure everyones insurance cards were present. A common living area was dedicated just to the vaccine administration. Employees gathered necessary supplies as best as they could which included gloves, sharps containers, alcohol swabs, hand sanitizer, masks, and even prepared a very large trash disposal bin. Unlike many other clinics, these individuals actively engaged in the clinic participation by actively listening, offering to help fill out paperwork, and direct patients. This freed up the contract staff to perform data entry and vaccine preparation tasks. Emergent leaders arose, taking initiative and strategic planning to ensure the workflow was very smooth across all channels of communication and actions. Patients were screened, had their temperature recorded, and channeled to the paperwork drop off area where they handed over their paperwork and proceeded to sit in a chair. Vaccines were administered while employees directed patients to the lobby to be observed for the proper amount of time while even more filled out vaccine cards and immunization information. Employees kept the mood lively, offering appropriate jokes, comments, and laughs that were unparalleled anywhere else. Based on this situation, the team was able to finish on time and the contract staff was very appreciative of this involvement.Thanks for the wonderful experience guys.

Ive worked for elmcroft for almost a year now. Ive seen the best possibly done for the residents. They get amazing care and service from the entire staff and If I had a grandparent and I had to choose a place to stick them in to help make sure they had all there needs taken care of 100% of the time Id choose elmcroft every time.

When I walked into her room yesterday, Ralene was making her bed, Kristi from Young County Home Health was taking care of her toenails and Chris was fixing her kitchen faucet. Later that day Nina forgot to sign out when we went to the doctor's office then to lunch. When we got back Mary Lou rushed up to us worried that Nina hadn't yet had lunch and could she get something for her? When we went upstairs James met us in the hallway saying he had just cleaned her carpets and would be there shortly with a fan to help the carpet dry better. Nina remarks repeatedly how so very kind everyone is. I want to live here!

I can't say enough good things about My Brookdale in Graham. My dad lives there at 92 years of age. He has been there 3 years. There are not enough pages for all the good things they have done for my mom(she died of Alzheimer's) my dad and me. The true care, concern and love they have for the residents and their families is a tribute to Carolyn and the staff she has assembled. Carolyn, Joy, Debbie, Trachelle, Tammy, James, Chris, Lisa, Jaime, Susan, Lily, Hope, Mary Lou, Steven, Haley, Diana, Little Debbie, Kayla, Charles, Raylin, Cathrine, and all the ones whose names I can't remember(but my dad knows them). You guys are my family too. I have my room picked out. I hope I can wait till my friends and I move in together. I love you guys. Thank you. Gail
