Help is not the word for that place!!!

Went to visit a relative of mine. Called prior my visit because I was worried with all these previous reviews. When I got there, I was basically worried for nothing. All the residents looked happy and at home. My Grams was bathed and prepped prior to my arrival. The nurses were kind and sweet! Amazing staff! Thank you for the care you provide!

Visiting a friend always made me sad to leave her there, thank goodness she moved out as soon as she could. This place is horrible! Outdated and depressing. The building is falling apart but the owners just patch things to make it look fixed, lots of flooding, ceiling leaks, old flooring in rooms that smell and stained, nasty old tile in kitchen and laundry room. The whole place is a hot mess. Owners are absolutely horrible people to the residents and employees. They should not be able to own a business much less one that is supposed to care for the elderly and these owners do not. It’s more like a sad nursing home than assisted living.I would never put any one I loved in this place.
