I Just renewed my lease at The Harlowe, We have a new Property manger Mary Margaret she's so sweet and very kind before she got here I was in need of a refrigerator I had been asking for over 6 months but when she got here I called and asked and got one the same day so it's a blessing to have her she is what we needed around here.

I actually love living @ The Harlowe. It's a very comfortable quite place to live.Nice and kind people all around. Mrs. Esmeralda the BEST PROPERTY MANAGER and PROFESSIONAL who is such a gem and a wonderful kind spirit that I've ever work with. She is respectable and very easy to talk too whenever I have a problem. DEFINITELY she works with you on your rent. Most importantly Mr. Benny our head of maintenance a respectable hard-working man who always willing to come by my apartment when I see him even if I don't put a work order in. If something goes wrong in my apartment he is on it ASAP. I personally have never had a problem with neither since they've been in charge. As long as they're here, I'm living here.

We have changed managers so many times I can’t count. But we finally got a very good manager and maintenance man. Esmarelda and Benny have made this a good place to live. When I go to the office Esmarelda always helps me and Benny always fixes what I need. I have lived here for neatly 4 years and the last year since they came has been the best. If they change managers again I will not sigh anew lease . I like it now and feel good about the way the apts are run now.

I will have to say this ive been here for 3 years, and it has been an improvement process, at the beginning there were always moving managment around atotal mess none of them would care about your complaints seems they only cared about money. But ever since Esmeralda the current manager has been here there has been a big improvement she makes sure everything gets done correctly takes care of any issue right away very very professional. I would not renew, if she werent to be here any more. am extremely upset and disappointed right now. Esmeralda and Benny have completely turned this property around ” the events, the atmosphere, and the property itself look better than they ever have. Esmeralda is not only an amazing manager, but also a genuinely caring person who truly looks out for the residents. So why are you doing this to your residents? Decisions like this make no sense

I’ve been living here for a while, and while the apartments themselves are okay, there are several issues that really need attention. 1. Leaks and Plumbing Issues: There are far too many leaks in the units, often coming from the roof. This seems to be a recurring plumbing problem that hasn’t been properly addressed. It’s frustrating and should be a top priority. 2. Parking Lot Potholes: The parking lot has multiple potholes, which is unsafe and shows a lack of proper maintenance. While I understand some wear and tear is expected, the neglect here is unacceptable. 3. Common Areas & Laundry: The laundry facilities are often dirty, and the washers and dryers don’t always work. Clean, functional common areas are important to tenants, but this doesn’t seem to be a priority for management. Overall, it feels like the property managers and owners are more focused on profits than on maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for residents. These issues affect daily life and should be addressed immediately. Bottom line: The apartments are livable, but the management needs to take maintenance seriously and invest in the property. Tenants deserve better.

The new Manager, Esmeradla is professional, caring and respectful. To the needs of the residents. She takes time to explain and assist you with new changes taking place here at The Harlowe apartments. And she makes sure you enjoy the many different activities. The maintenance man Benny is also professional, and takes care of all the repairs. (He's a funny guy too!)

Dear Owners, My daughter is a resident of this condominium and a punctual rent payer. However, I feel compelled to express her concern regarding several issues affecting the quality of life in the building. We pay for a comprehensive service that is not guaranteed. She lives on the third floor, and the building's elevator has been out of order for several months with no apparent solution, making it quite difficult to bring groceries up. The entrance door to the parking garage has also been broken for a long time without any repairs, compromising the security of the premises. Furthermore, the apartment has had air conditioning problems for over a month; it is repaired, works for two days, and then is out for four or five days. These are not minor inconveniences; they are situations that compromise the safety and comfort of the building. We understand that unforeseen events can occur, but the lack of effective and prompt solutions generates frustration among those who fulfill their monthly obligations. My daughter respectfully but urgently requests that you take the necessary steps to resolve these problems permanently. Thank you for your attention, and we look forward to a prompt response. I have lived here for going on 4 years I was looking for a place to move to when they changed management. And Boy was it a change .I love the new manager she is professional yet kind, and will help you any way she can.The maintenance man is the best I have ever seen. I think he can fix any thing . Now if they will just keep our new manager ,this will be a great place to live. They are improving the apts and surroundings all the time rates are like most apts.

I toured here looking into maybe signing a lease and was warmly welcomed! Sharde was so kind and bubbly! She helped answered all my questions and showed me around. The complex was very nice and well kept! They have been doing some renovating so the apartments feel brand new! 10/10

I came to Montclaire Estates with my little boy. When we moved here we were going through a tough time. But after a couple weeks at Montclaire everything is so EASY- no bad attitude in the whole place. The feeling is serene. And the laundry room is absolutely free!!!! I'm thankful to have been welcomed here. We love it here. Its peaceful and clean.
