If you're looking for an exceptional assisted living facility for your elderly loved ones, Bethesda Gardens is the perfect choice. Julian, the person who helped me during my visit, made the experience even more remarkable. I was searching for a place where my 86-year-old mom, Pat, could receive the care and support she needs and found that and more at Bethesda Gardens in Frisco TX.From the moment I stepped into Bethesda Gardens, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facility is beautifully designed, with comfortable and spacious rooms that provide a sense of home. The staff members are attentive, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of their residents.Julian, in particular, stood out as an exceptional guide. He took the time to understand my mom's specific needs and preferences, ensuring that Bethesda Gardens would be a suitable fit. His knowledge and expertise in assisted living made me feel confident that my mom would receive the best care possible.Bethesda Gardens offers a wide range of amenities and services that enhance the quality of life for its residents. From delicious and nutritious meals prepared by skilled chefs to engaging activities and social events, they ensure that each day is filled with joy and purpose. The staff also provides personalized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.I highly recommend Bethesda Gardens to anyone seeking a top-notch assisted living facility. The dedication of the staff, coupled with the exceptional care provided, creates an environment that fosters independence, happiness, and well-being. With Julian's help, I found a place where my mom, feels safe, comfortable, and truly at home. If you're looking for a facility that goes above and beyond, Bethesda Gardens is the perfect choice for your loved ones.

Bethesda Gardens is a fantastic facility. I researched and toured over a dozen facilities for my 90+ mom, some of which were referred to me by a service as being the very best. End of day, none could really compete with Bethesda. This is a lovely faith-based facility that when presented to Mom along with other places, she only wanted to be here. Then when our plans to move her got a little bumpy, Julian went above and beyond to help and made it happen smoothly. The staff, whether nursing, cleaning, cooking or administrative, is phenomenal. Mom loves them all and says they are the nicest and most helpful people. The activities are great and varied (she particularly loves the live music days), and the services/amenities are bountiful. They even offer weekly trips out to go shopping and have transportation to and from local care provider appointments if needed. I like the beautiful new and well lit dining hall that overlooks two courtyards. This is a lovely and welcoming place for Mom to socialize 3 times a day in addition to all the other activity options. If you have a loved one that needs assisted living, you can feel at peace placing her (or him) here.

My mother got a quick diagnosis and was moving from another state. I still wanted her to have independence it not feel overwhelming in a big assisted living place. Bethesda is perfect. She is on the courtyard so she can relax in her space and enjoy the outside. The staff is wonderful and caring.and we are both so happy.

Julian was so wonderful on helping me get my mother an apartment. Due to an illness she was no longer able to live alone and she was a very independent woman. I wanted her to feel like she still had independence. Bethesda is so welcoming and feels like she is home. She has already made lots of friends and is always doing something with activities or with friends. Thank you for giving her peace of mind again in this difficult time.

Bethesda Gardens is one of the best ALF that I have had the privilege to work in as a Physical Therapist! I have worked in many many places throughout the metroplex and this is by far my favorite! They care for their residents well and encourage involvement in activities that enhance their quality of life. The staff, management and caregivers are caring and helpful and the residents all feel like family. I would not hesitate in recommending Bethesda Gardens as a quality living environment for your loved one. ♥

They did an amazing job keeping their residents and staff safe through the pandemic. They consistently provide compassionate care even in the most difficult of situations. The management staff works hard to keep families informed.

My wife and I visited no fewer than 5 Assisted Living locations, but passed right by 2 others. When we visited Bethesda Gardens, what struck me most was how all the residents interacted with each other. No one was isolated by themselves and the conversation was free and easy among the residents. There was a genuine feeling of warmth and family. We had been to one facility where we noticed that when we came around a corner, the activity director would suddenly explode into activity, suddenly grabbing startled residents hands and trying to get them to move around. She called it dancing. Just wrong. Bethesda Gardens residents appear truly happy to me, and my father is very happy to learn that there are other engineers at this facility. All things being equal, it is the ability to socialize that makes this the better facility. Best decision weve ever made: my dad is still THRILLED with the place.

My parents have lived at Bethesda Gardens Frisco for three and half years. We visited many assisted living communities before BGF. Most had more of a nursing home type feel, but when we walked in the door at BGF with Mom and Dad, we all knew it was home. It is beautifully appointed with multiple common areas, both large and small, available for use by residents and their families. Our family has celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays in these areas and enjoyed the convenience and atmosphere. Mom and Dads apartment is adequate size for their needs and has the necessary services of laundry, housekeeping, etc. We like that they can check their mail, go for a walk, join a card or Bingo game, and go to the dining room for meals without ever having to go outdoors. But when weather permits, there are lovely outdoor areas with benches and a gazebo to enjoy the fresh air. While every community of its type sees high turnover in staff, BGF is blessed with many long term employees. As other reviewers have said, no place is perfect. BGF has never shied away from questions or challenges from our family, and the courage and determination with which they have fought COVID-19 has been so reassuring. Another poster commented that residents and staff did not get vaccinated. That is inaccurate. All but one resident got both shots of the Pfizer vaccine, and a high percentage of staff did as well. The lengths BGF has taken to keep our loved ones safe has been above and beyond our expectations. Communication from the communitys executive director to residents and their families has been frequent, detailed, and comforting. Mom and Dad have become attached to the caregivers and servers in their community. All are kind, helpful, compassionate, and hardworking. We are so grateful, especially seeing the personal sacrifices staff members have made during the pandemic and in the extremely severe winter weather event weve just experienced, with several staff members spending the night at BGF to make sure there would be adequate staffing during the storms. My sister and I rest easy knowing Mom and Dad are safe and well cared for, yet still maintaining some independence in their own apartment. Were always welcome to visit them as desired except during the pandemic when visits must be handled differently for everyones safety. They enjoy their neighbors and have met many lovely fellow residents. We are grateful BGF and her parent company are faith based, a feature very important to our family. We recommend Bethesda Gardens Frisco to any family seeking a top notch assisted living community for their loved ones.

My mom moved into Bethesda 2017 after Hurricane Harvey flooded her home . It was a big transition- moving 5 hours away from all her friends, not driving anymore, moving from a large house with a kitchen to a small studio without a kitchen . What she gained is closer to family, always being checked on by all the workers at Bethesda, all meals cooked for her, activities, and once a week outings to walmart, target etc. while Covid has been challenging , Bethesda has worked so hard to keep them all safe and really feel special . My mom always says how friendly everyone is !! I agree with her . Highly recommend if you have a loved one that needs a little help or a lot of help - join the family at Bethesda !

When it came time to place our mother into assisted living for her own safety and welfare, we visited and interviewed a large number of facilities in the Dallas area. We are very pleased with our decision to move her to Bethesda Gardens. Everyone at Bethesda is compassionate, patient, and professional. We feel secure in entrusting the care of our mom to the staff at Bethesda. This trust has been proven well-placed especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Whereas assisted living and retirement communities around the country have been ravaged by this terrible pandemic, Bethesda Gardens has done an admirable job of keeping all the residents safe, while also maintaining a healthy and stimulating living environment. We certainly recommend Bethesda Gardens for the care and well-being of your loved one.

My parents have been living at Bethesda Gardens Frisco since late summer of 2017. We looked at many facilities and were struck by the lovely apartments, sunny, open meeting rooms, peaceful art on the walls, and elegant but comfortable furnishings in public areas. Then we began to meet employees and residents and were impressed with the homey feel of the community. Weve been very pleased with the personal care given and the obvious affection the daily workers have for the residents. Angela Taylor, activities director, is a gem who works tirelessly to provide fun with a very personal touch. With the Covid pandemic, weve seen the staff go to every length needed to protect the residents. We know its been exhausting for everyone, but their protocols have paid off with the good health of the residents. We are so grateful for this and look forward to enjoying visits with our family again within the community when safe to do so.

Our family is so thankful for Bethesda Gardens in Frisco and all their wonderful staff. Our parents have lived there since Feb. 2019 and when Covid hit this year, we were so thankful with our decision. Everyone at Bethesda has been welcoming and caring to our parents since the first day. They go out of their way to help each resident feel at home.❤ Here is a picture from the parade for the residents during Covid...

I have lived at Bethesda for since January 2019 hope I can continue for for many more . The activities director is second to none Angela Taylor before Covid she planned a different outings that we all enjoyed and she will again once Covid is gone or we have cure she did great job of trying to keep occupied during this loc down period. The residence seem to be happy to be here.the real complaints I would have would be the food could be better the chicken is fried to leather and we dont have a good variety.

Our Sweet Mom has been a resident at Bethesda Gardens for six months and my brother and I are so grateful for the steadfast care she receives every day. One of the qualities we appreciate most is the authentic desire to help, as uniquely evidenced by each staff member. There does not seem to be even a hint of a but thats not my job attitude; youll find the Executive Director kindly styling a Residents hair prior to supper, and the talented Chef has held the door for our familys arrivals and departures more times than I can count. Our family has cherished this approach tremendously, as we are convinced that collaboration seems to be key for this particular staff. Our family has been extra thankful for the meticulous housekeeping that takes place, as our beloved Moms little apartment shows like a home that is cleaned regularly and expertly. We are so grateful for the faithful provision of yummy meals and medicine, and for the creative offers available for socialization. Best of all, hearing our own Moms patent affection and respect for her caregivers (we are very familiar with the tones in her voice that convey these gifts) has been such a balm to our hearts.

My mom has been a resident of Bethesda Gardens for a year and a half and we are extremely pleased with the care she receives! It is a great comfort to know that all of the staff and care givers are kind, caring, and respectful. The entire Bethesda community exhibits a homey atmosphere where people truly care about the well-being of the residents. Suggestions are always welcome and acted upon quickly and they work hard to maintain a level of excellence in every aspect of care. The activities director and assistant continually strive to provide interesting and new opportunities for the residents to enjoy! We are so thrilled we to have found Bethesda Gardens for my moms home!

My mom was a resident at Bethesda Gardens for 3 years and it was a great experience. No assisted living place is perfect, but they did enough right to make Mom and myself happy here. The management is very caring and the staff was very flexible in helping mom with her needs while staying here. Unfortunately my mom's dementia progressed along with a few other conditions that required a Memory care facility in which a 24 hour nursing staff was present. Bethesda Gardens management was very helpful in the transition which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend considering Bethesda Gardens as an assisted living facility for a loved one.

I chose this facility for my Mother because I felt like they were more organized than other places and they had the act together. The facility was nice, clean, and they were reasonably priced. From what my mom told me, the meals were good and it was restaurant dining. There were plenty of meal options and the dining hall was open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. The rooms themselves were age appropriate with plenty of handicap accessible things. The facility actually got her a recliner because that’s the only thing she is able to fall asleep in. I would absolutely recommend this facility to other families.

We're very happy with the choice of having my mom as a resident here. For two reasons, the facility is beautiful with well appointed rooms. The apartment my mom has is large with a bathroom and room inside. It also has a living room with a kitchenette, no heating appliances. The other reason being we thought the care was excellent. It has been proved that they provide excellent care. She enjoys the good tasting meals and her options to choose from.

My parents live in an apartment together here at Bethesda. All the staff is friendly and you can tell that they really have a heart for "Seniors". The food is very good and the dining room allows you to order what you want for each meal - you can even order breakfast for all three meals if you want. There are activities all day long with something for everyone... crafts, bingo, exercise classes, walking club, guest musicians, and more. Trips in a large van/bus to local restaurants, Super Target, and Wal-Mart. Three Beautiful courtyards to walk in or visit in and see beautiful flowers and birds. Amazing!
