My 93 year old mother is at Mira Vista Court because she needs more help than we can provide. The team there, whether it’s day shift, weekend shift, busy, or anything else, is wonderful. They help mom with routine daily living care, medical care, and social interactions. I would highly recommend the facility for their expertise, and genuine compassion. And on top of that, mom loves the food! Couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you to the aides, nurses, and everyone.

I was just discharged from Mira Vista Court about two weeks ago, and I have never felt so welcomed or cared for. It was my first time as a resident, in a place such as this. Both my parents were residents in two different care facilities in Fort Worth. Dad's was long term and Mom's was rehabilitation for three weeks. I visited often enough to form relationships with the CNA'S, Nurses and Executive staff overlooking their care. The really amazing thing about Mira Vista Court is that everyday I was there, I had people from Mira Vista Court there that believed in me, that encouraged me and became friends of mine. I consider Mira Vista Court the best place that I could have chosen. The very best. The CNA'S, Nurses, Activity Director Carol, kitchen staff and Executive Staff were amazing. They all cared about me and my needs. I had personal goals to achieve and I was encouraged every minute of each day. I got cheers even. I wanted to praise this building and staff for the amazing job they did with one of my loved ones. The front desk receptionist Mrs. Flores is simply the best part of the day every time we go in. Always friendly and helpful. Liz and Rebecca have been attentive and supportive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking placement for their loved one!

Came and toured Mira Vista Court “ such a welcoming place! Chip (I believe that was his name) was the best door greeter. He welcomed me with, 'Welcome to Mira Vista Court, where the best begins!' “ and it truly felt that way. Liz was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the Medicaid Pending process in a way I could fully understand. She was nothing short of kind, compassionate, and patient, easing my worries during a difficult time. Sadly, my mother passed before I could bring her here, but I will absolutely recommend Mira Vista Court to others looking for a great place to call home.

The staff at this location is 5 STAR! From the day my Mimi got there till she left they made her feel special and raised her spirit. They worked with her mobility and her desire to be independent. We have been very pleased with Mira Vista Court as a placement for our 94 year old loved one. It is a nice, newer facility, clean, with designer touches, and nice fixtures and furniture. Many of the public areas seem more like a hotel than a skilled nursing facility, and there is a landscaped courtyard with a gazebo to enjoy in nice weather. Our resident is very particular about food, and she thinks the food is excellent. As with everything in healthcare, some staff are better than others, but many of the staff are kind and caring. We looked at many facilities, and our loved one stayed at several, over the past couple years. Of the facilities in Fort Worth that accept Medicaid, we feel that Mira Vista Court is the nicest by a considerable margin. It is as nice or nicer than some facilities that we are familiar with which are exclusively private pay.

My mother was a resident at Mira Vista Court for 2 years, and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone at the facility was pleasant, and attentive and the Caregivers were all nurturing and loving making my mom feel like an honored guest. I cannot express the gratitude we have for the care she received. The Administrative staff, is often overlooked, but at Mira Vista Court they are a key component of the patient care. Whether is was fixing a billing problem or adjusting resources to better care for mom, they stepped up tirelessly to help. From the greeting at the entrance to the planned and unplanned activities, Mira Vista is a happy place....

Mira Vista is a wonderful skilled nursing facility. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by a friendly and welcoming smile from the front receptionist. They are careful to screen visitors and help to direct you to the specific room or person you need to see. The facility is kept clean and the complete staff of nurses, aides, therapists, to each director of services provided, are knowledgeable, professional, and supportive to the needs of the patients as well as their family members. The kitchen staff is excellent in meeting the dietary needs of each patient. Activities are provided weekly for the residents to participate and interact with others. They provide safe transportation of the patients for outside doctor appointments. Every service your family member needs is met with care and support from the complete staff. My father-in-law experienced excellent care at Mira Vista Court during his stay for rehabilitation and skilled nursing! I'm a retired therapist and I was extremely pleased with the care and expertise exhibited by the therapy team. Nursing promptly informed us of any medical changes and needs. The CNAs that we met were well-trained, compassionate and spent much time caring for my father-in-law's needs. Mack, the administrator, was incredibly caring, providing us with all the information and help we needed and personally following up with us and my father-in-law to make sure that an appropriate plan of care was being implemented. Erin, the social worker, was so professional and instrumental in providing communication with medical professionals and securing services and medical equipment for my father-in-law's stay at Mira Vista and, even after discharge, for his current residence. I highly recommend Mira Vista Court for a superb quality of care that is second to none.

I have a loved one who has been at this facility for more than a year. There are some personnel who have been especially helpful and professional including Trish, Erin, Cari, Mack, and the nursing staff and CNAs in the 100 hall. Personally having a background in Special Education, I understand the need for two way communication and I feel we've established that. Challenges are a real part of this care giving ministry and I feel they've heard and responded to various needs. This message serves as a thank you for having a caring spirit.

What a shame. The resident’s care borders on abuse. It could be directives form the ownership/management. It always seems to be staff’s lack of care/empathy for the residents or even the facility.

Thank you Mira Vista Court for taking such good care of my mother. She underwent major emergency surgery which entailed a 10 day hospital stay. Once transferred to Mira Vista Court we anticipated a 20 to 30 day stayshe was out and back to her senior independent living home in just over a week and a half. The PT staff were supportive and helpful. The social worker offered me support, wisdom and guidance. The nurses, aids and other staff were friendly, attentive and supportive in allowing her to get up and walk laps and exercise more between PT sessions to allow her to build herself back up. Thank you for your care and kindness! Grateful to everyone there!! It’s scary and under certain when older people face a health challenge. Mira Vista Court helped my Mom bounce back and regain her strength. The efforts of the staff did not go unnoticed! Many thanks!!

Excellent! My dad is 80 years old and needs skilled nursing for various age related conditions. He has been at Mira Vista Court for about 3 months now and loves it. He can be pretty finicky, but he has nothing but praise and thanks for the wonderful staff and the accommodations at Mira Vista Court. I am also very impressed with their kindness, compassion and skill. The entire facility is beautifully designed and immaculate.

I stayed at Mira Vista Court for rehabilitation after a total hip replacement. I was there about 12 days. Everyone is so caring, kind, empathetic, problem solving and very professional. I was up on my feet in no time. Thank you, Mira Vista Court for a very pleasant recovery time. Foods not bad, either.

My mom was transferred there after a broken hip. The admission process was very easy and Ashley was so helpful and kind to explain everything to me plus go over insurance benefits. The staff there are lovely people. Whenever she needs to press the call button for any reason they are quickly there and ready to help no matter of the smallest task. When we had an appointment with the surgeon away from the facility the transport was easy and Victor was so very nice and patient with us taking every precaution to keep my mom safe and comfortable. I highly recommend Mira Vista Court! Thank you for easing my mind while my mother is healing during this difficult time!!

Over the course of several months my sister has been a residence of Mira Vista she has been taken care of in a professional and caring manner. The receptionist is a wonderful person she is very professional and friendly she deserves a big raise! The other staff members are great they also act kindly toward the residence and the family members. This is a great place to have your love ones taken care of.
