October 2024
My dad has been a patient at the Fort Worth Transitional Care Center for several weeks since having a stroke. I want to express the thanks of our entire family to the team of professionals who have worked with him and continue to work with him there during his lengthy recovery. His progress has been slow, but steady. He's on a good trajectory and remains in good spirits. I might misspell some names, but the staff members who immediately come to mind in terms of being community superstars are Chris, Ivan and Duncan in physical therapy; Nick in speech therapy; RNs Darrian and Sheba; and medical technicians/nurses aides Niccole, Camisha and Taye; front office personnel Tammy, Tammy, Austin, Jashaun and Crystal. Also props to Rachel at the front desk, she's always cordial and helpful. Thanks. You've truly helped my dad and our family get through an extremely difficult time.

My sister, Jo Ann, was in long term care here for a brief period. The entire staff treated her with the utmost care, kindness, and consideration. The care team on the 2nd floor were the most caring and loving people I've had the pleasure of knowing especially Jethro and Anu. Reggie, the business manager, was a blessing to us. Thanks to all who had a part in the care of my sister. She passed away 5/29/24.Thanks to all that made her transition as pain free and comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Fort Worth Transitional Care Center for anyone looking to find care for a loved one. My family will be forever grateful for the care provided for my sister. Thank You, Jack Hayes.

"This was my second visit, and I specifically asked to come back. During my initial visit, I spent about two weeks here, and the physical therapy made me feel extremely comfortable. The nurses were very nice, and everyone here was pleasant. It's incredible how you walk in, and they already know you, making you feel special. The food has definitely improved since my last visit. November 2023
I sought treatment at the Fort Worth Translational Care Center primarily for physical therapy. Regrettably, my experience with the therapy did not yield the desired results. Nevertheless, it is noteworthy to acknowledge the outstanding team of professionals at this facility. In my opinion, to enhance their therapeutic capabilities, the consideration of investments in robotics could prove to be a valuable and progressive step. The nursing staff, as well as the Human Resources department, have consistently demonstrated a commendable standard of care and professionalism. Their respectful and compassionate approach towards me has been greatly appreciated. One notable highlight of my stay at this facility has been the quality of the culinary offerings. The food here has exceeded my expectations and stands in stark contrast to my previous experience with hospital food, which was notably subpar. In summary, my overall impression of the Fort Worth Translational Care Center is highly positive. While my personal therapy results did not meet expectations, the commendable nursing staff, the potential for technological advancements, and the exceptional food offerings have all contributed to a favorable experience. Thus, I would rate this facility with a score of 10/10.

The Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), including Nicole, Edith, Yalonda, Panno, April, and Nurse Nika, as well as Ms. Winifred, the Assistant Director of Nursing, have consistently demonstrated an exceptional standard of care, marked by a profound commitment to respect and professionalism. My experience at this facility has been nothing short of exceptional, and I hold a genuine appreciation for the quality of care I have received. I must also extend my gratitude to the wound vac nurse, whose outstanding service was instrumental in my care. The entire nursing team, in fact, has proven to be highly proficient and dedicated, contributing significantly to my overall well-being. My gratitude extends to each member of this competent and compassionate team. The therapy team has played a pivotal role in my rehabilitation, and I am delighted with the progress they have facilitated. A special acknowledgment is owed to Bruce, Chris, Lovinna, and Maggie, whose collective efforts have been integral to my recovery. Their teamwork is truly commendable. The facility's commitment to communication is, without a doubt, unparalleled. The level of coordination and collaboration between staff members is a testament to the quality of care provided. This facility has exceeded my expectations in terms of its overall ambiance and quality of service. I must also commend the housekeeping team for their diligent efforts in maintaining the cleanliness of my room. They have been responsive to my requests, ensuring a comfortable living environment. While the culinary offerings have been satisfactory, they may not align perfectly with my personal dietary preferences. Nonetheless, I have appreciated the variety and quality of meals provided. Lastly, the handyman, Rodney, has left a lasting impression with his positive and godly spirit, which has been a source of encouragement during my stay. In summary, I am truly pleased with the exceptional care and services offered at this
