I would give Brookdale Westover Hills 4.5 stars out of 5. It’s a very nice facility with caring, friendly staff. They have worked over time to make this facility a better place to live and I have seen it improve over the 1 1/2 years my mother has lived there. I would recommend it to others.

I worked at brookdale for a short time and came to love the residents very dearly like my own family. I was back and forth between buildings talking to the residents, playing games with them, or just being near them so they knew they werent alone. They are everything they advertise, and keep the building clean always

My parents have been in the Brookdale Westover Hills community for 5 years and for the past year, they have been in the memory care unit, Clare Bridge. Clare Bridge is a small unit with excellent staff and administration. We have been very pleased with their care. On the rare occasion that we were not happy, we have found management to be understanding and responsive to our concerns. My Dad passed about 6 weeks ago. I am so grateful to the staff at Clare Bridge for the loving care they gave him during his last years and they continue to give my Mom. They have been very supportive to our family during this challenging time in our lives. As an answer to some of the negative reviews I have seen here: There has been a lot of turnover in staff but the recent hires have been amazing and I feel the changes are a big improvement.

My father has lived here for 1 12 years. I have been very pleased with Brookdale Westover Hills. The staff is very kind, the facility is always clean and I would recommend it to others.

My Mom and Dad have been with Brookdale for several years now. We recently lost my father after a tough 2 weeks. During that time the staff bent over backwards to help and make our last days with my father as pleasant as they could have been under the circumstances. Special thanks go to Jessica the Director and Director Richard Dixon. I dont know how we would have coped without them. Thanks to all for your help and understanding.

I visited my aunt here last month, it was during a concert they were having. Everyone was having so much fun. My aunt is always very well taken care of and the place is always clean and the staff are all very helpful and kind. Thanks Brookdale.

We recently put our mother into the memory care part of the facility and we are so pleased with the loving care she receives and the outstanding quality of the staff ( that is packed with personalities that truly care for each person in the room). Their customer service is outstanding and their food is wonderful.. This place is a hidden gem..... Very professional staff, that care about the health and safety of your loved one.. thank you..

This community is very nice, very well run, and has a wonderful Sales & Marketing Director who cares deeply about seniors and their wants and needs and goes out of her way to ensure they are met as does their Executive Director.

Love working here I love the residents I have a bond with most of them and Im always happy when i walk in and they all greet me and have a smiling face they all trust me with their daily needs and I try to help them as much as I can. I love the health and wellness coordinator plus the director and nurse they always have a fun and positive attidute and will help employees as much as they can. Right now they have been busting butt and helping out a lot with everything and trying to get stuff in order.

What an awesome company to work for. Resident focus and the willingness to say yes is refreshing and impressive. This is home away from home and its cozy. Everyday is greeted with smiles and happy hearts. Westover Hills is a wonderful choice for Senior Living. Stop by and see us.
