The employees at Whiteacres were knowledgeable and very friendly when we entered the building. One young lady escorted us to the room that we were going to visit! The facility was very clean and the scent in the air was very favorable. Very nice facility.

My experience with White Acres was a positive one until I was discharged. The nurses were great and the rehabilitation team was awesome. My problem now lies with the social worker, Ana, and her lack of communication. It’s been terrible dealing with her.

Air conditioner unit has been non functioning in patient room since Thursday June 4th and NO ONE IS REPAIRING IT. This is unacceptable for a resident paying $4,700 per month. Ownership changed in January 2025 and IT SHOWS. Reliable and likable staff have already quit & are leaving in droves. Now the actual maintenance of the facility is no longer a priority or concern. It’s really very sad to see a beautiful campus go down so fast. We moved in November 2023 and it was great for a while. Very likely will relocate my loved one this calendar year.

My husband was in rehab and about to come home. i was trying to get things ready, but my grandson's family had contracted Covid and I didn't know where to get help. Then wonderfully the Social Worker, Lisa Mora,and stepped up and offered the services of Oscar Quinonez, Valerie Castillo and herself to put together a device which aided standing. I don't know how to thank them. What it shows is how the people at White Acres go above and beyond what is expected of them.

Was a patient.for more than two months with skilled nursing. My experience was above excellent!! Physical occupational therapy absolutely restored a much improved.ability to function. The staff was caring, encouraging but strict forcing sticking to the program (I was not a good girl). They are a remarkable staff NURSING outstanding!. Nurse April and Nursing Jackie encouraged my self reliance to regain a more normal quality of life. Nursing assistance from Claudia and Albert were especially helpful when much assistance was needed with hygiene their efforts are much appreciated kitchen staff tried to make meal time enjoyable! There were so many professional and support staff going out of their way to make the stay successful The room with the patio and visitor seating makes it more hotel than hospital.

Staff is very caring. However facility is in need of many minor repairs. Mold is very unhealthy for residents' respiratory system. Shower room drain in the 300 section of building has been clogged for weeks... musty smell is overbearing. I have a few other items but we can start with these two for now.

My mom received excellent care at White Acres. The facility was clean and the grounds were well cared for. What was most impressive though was the staff. The nurses, CNA’s and the social worker went above and beyond on a daily basis to make sure that the patients and families were well cared for. They were patient and kind and thoroughly explained what was happening. I cannot say enough positive things about White Acres.

We have been visitors here for the last 8 years and it has always been an absolutely great place. I had not been here in two years and it is still just as great as it was when Auntie was here. My father-in-law loves it here and he is hard to please.

I visit my dad several times a week. He’s well taken care of, and likes most of the staff. This nursing home/rehab center does not smell bad like Other nursing homes. Any Questions or concerns are immediately addressed. Other than an occasional resident wandering into his room, my pretty picky Dad Is content.

This is the best place in El Paso Tx. My mom was recently there and she got the best care. We previously been to different nursing homes in the area and we had bad experiences so was skeptical initially. New administrator is very engaging. Facility is very clean. Will recommend this place.

I took supplies to my friend on Monday, July 6. She never received several of the items I purchased for her to include: toilet paper, hand sanitizer, toothpaste. Since I cannot enter the facility, I dropped them off at the door. The hand sanitizer and toothpaste were in a bag with tootsie rolls and gum. They took the tootsie rolls and gum out of the bag, in which was the receipt, and gave those to her. I am very upset that the staff would steal these things.
