Our family member has been here for a few years and we have been happy with the service and care. The renovations have made the facility very nice as well from the time of move-in a few years ago.

We are so pleased with the care and attention our loved one receives here. We were so apprehensive about moving her to assisted living, but it was easy because she loves the place and loves the people. And many current residents welcomed her and told her how at home they felt here. The transition went smoothly, mostly because of the staff. She loves the food also.

I have been involved with Royal Estates for more than 5 years. My elderly friend, whom I take care of, lives there. She has been very happy with the staff and enjoys the friends she has made there. They have kept her entertained with art projects, exercise classes, and importantly to her - BINGO!From my perspective, I see that the staff does everything they can to accommodate the needs of all their residents. Everyone from the directors to office staff, from housekeeping to kitchen staff, is KIND, HELPFUL, and EFFICIENT!!! They have created a family environment for everyone.During COVID lockdown the activities director has created ways to entertain the residents with projects and activities in a safe manner to keep everyone healthy. The help they have given families during the lockdown period, when we cannot enter, has been beyond expectations!!I cannot say enough to praise the Royal Estates ENTIRE STAFF!!hank you, ROYAL ESTATES for your SUPERIOR CARE!!

Royal estates has a very welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The staff team were very pleasant and kind to meet. I also enjoyed seeing residents engage in fun daily activities and events held by the Activities Director. I highly recommend living at Royal Estates because of its great atmosphere as well as its warm home-like hospitality.

Ive been visiting Royal Estates for years and it always feels like home when I walk in. Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. I love that the residents are always so happy to see me. This is a community that has a great staff that cares about the residents.

I taught knitting and crochet lessons there. They were very supportive of the classes. They had many activities for the tenants. They were always kind and respectful of their tenants and their families. I loved going there.

I have not been to Royal Estates in many years. My nephew was singing for the elderly at one of the activities. This place has changed. Its very clean and beautiful. The people who work there were all dressed up in Christmas clothes and the children loved it. They served cookies and punch and were very accomodating. The manager came out and greeted all the parents and took pictures with the children. She said she was from Orlando. I guess it took someone from out of state to come and make this place great again. The staff looked happy. The elderly lady sitting in the hallway said she loved living there. She said she hated the nurse but a new nurse had been hired. The elderly have no filter. lol.

Its hard to find a good place for your mom when you can no longer care for her at home. Our mom is 100+ and my siblings and I appreciate the heroes that work here every day. People like Sal and Tom have been angels for us to her. The med staff is professional. The daily care givers kind. My siblings and I are grateful for the diligence with which Royal Estates has cared for residents through covid-19 crisis in keeping them all well and safe.

I love its beautiful Friends and enjoy the beautiful decorating of each room and the entranceway the patios is the center inside of a special person to dance with in the Big Management is excellent meals from friends or thanks to beautiful lawns and more etc!!! We looked at several places for Mom. The right choice for us was Royal Estates. Their awesome, friendly staff cared about Mom and provided her great care. They made her adjustment from independent living to assisted living seamless.

I cannot say enough positive things about Royal Estates of El Paso. The entire staff is both professional and kind. The health professionals, led by the truly dedicated Nurse Gabby, work tirelessly to make sure the residents are cared for properly.The recreation leaders are open to new ideas and go out of their way to include the residents in activities.The food is good and nutritious with plenty of alternative options, and the wait staff is solicitous.Upon visiting Royal Estates, the lobby is typically bustling with residents. The staff, from the maintenance men to the director, go out of their way to be kind to residents and their guests.My mom has been living in the assisted living section of Royal Estates for a little more than a month, and I am extremely impressed by the carehe receives and her well being.

I was very pleased with the way my father was treated during his stay. The staff was warm and caring - they went out of their way to help and never accepted tips - everyone seemed to really like their job. The residents seemed to enjoy living there. It wasnt depressing. The food was more than adequate and apartments were spacious and lovely. The only negative was that the expense was a bit prohibitive, but I think thats the case with all quality independent living centers. I would definitely recommend.
