I have been with this facility for about 5 months, I enjoy the culture and the family oriented team. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. I appreciate being apart of a dynamic team with such knowledgeable staff. I can't wait to see what the future holds. This place was recommended to me by a friend, who is a nurse. When I visited, Jill, in admissions, was very helpful and the staff was welcoming. The facility was clean, bright and lively. I have placed my family member there and have been very pleased with his accommodation.

I am a Registered Nurse. I accepted an assignment here 2 years ago. The experience was horrible- the facility was smelly, not enough staff- I literally spent my whole shift passing meds with no help in sight. Then I knew Nursing home work was not for me. However, I stopped by the facility recently due to one of my patients being on respite for 5 days here, when I tell you this place is new and improved- the staff gave me a tour of the facility-they are now a fully staffed, facility, clean and smelled great. The nurses actually have time to spend and provide exceptional care for patients. I just love their memory care unit- staff is friendly and I heard from another nurse that they do outings for the patients that are able. I am truly glad to see this facility thrive and going in the right direction to provide excellent patient care.

I have been looking for a new home for my brothers. This place was recommended to me by a couple of professionals in the healthcare field. I popped in unannounced and was treated so well. Jill took me on a tour of the place and I immediately wanted to pack my brothers things and get them over there asap. I know this is a place they can thrive. I pray they can get them in. When we had to pick a facility quickly for my grandmother's skilled care, my aunt remembered this facility from years past. It has changed over the years and has new management. The admission director met us at the hospital and went over the orders and answered all my questions. When arriving the admission coordinator greeted us with hugs as I cried upon leaving my grandmother. The facility is older and in need of some upkeep and restoration. However they listen to my concerns and tried to fix things. My grandmother is in the memory care wing who takes good care of her and has low turnover.

I have been working here for one month and it has been amazing. The environment, the staff, the management and the residents are all wonderful. They have made me feel welcome since day one. The staff and management team along with the resource team are so passionate and caring about the staff and the residents. It has been an amazing experience and i couldn't be happier working for such a great team!! I would highly recommend working here and bringing loved ones here if you are looking for care for them. I want to provide a follow-up. My mother in law hospice care nurse reported to us she have seen a lot of Nursing homes and this one was run very well, she was impressed. I received 2 follow-up calls from Park Villagw inquiring on my mother in law transition from respite to home. It was very appreciated. She will be returning again for respite care. My mother in law was taken good care of. The director, nurses and staff was so friendly and accomodating. She was there for respite care and her hospice team checked in on her. They gave a good report of how well she was being taken care of and how happy she was.
