I came and toured this facility and I immediately felt welcomed . It has beautiful mid century modern decor and friendly staff. The community sales director Robyn was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. If you are looking for a place for your loved one make sure to stop by and ask for Robyn she will not disappoint.

I toured Fairhaven for a loved one. We fell in love with the beautiful remodel and the history. The lunch looked and smelled amazing. Although, the building speaks for itself, I was most impressed with the interaction between the residents and staff members. Everyone was truly happy. All of the residents in this community were clean and well put together. The staff including the office staff were very warm and welcoming. Especially considering that we just dropped in. Thank you Fairhaven for your hospitality.

Fairhaven is a clean, well-lit, well decorated facility with spacious rooms, lots of activities, and a friendly, efficient staff. These were our observations as we toured the facility. It would be a nice place to live we need assistance.

This is indeed a happy, warm, cheerful place. There is so much glass and natural light allowing views of wooded acres behind the building. Lunch was delicious..catfish, sweet potato fries, key lime pie, all high end restaurant quality, served on linen tablecloths. Best of all, residents and staff were friendly and and welcoming and obviously enjoyed being there. The grounds are wheelchair friendly, with an outdoor kitchen and gardens. Pets are allowed too! This is a special place, similar to a resort but with able helping hands whenever needed

This is a fascinating and beautiful Assisted Living Community. I had the privilege of touring this historic building that has so much amazing history in the Denton Community. The updated interior as well as the historic exterior are phenominal. I am looking forward to the Grand Opening on October 29th.

Fair haven is a beautiful property. All of the windows and the lightning make it feel so warm and cozy. It has a peaceful feeling with beautiful Magnolia trees. I know the residents will enjoy the atmosphere. The studios are beautiful with many upgrades. Thank you for the wonderful tour Suzanna. I can’t wait for the grand opening!

This historical and beautiful property is being completely restored! It is gorgeous inside. The trees surrounding the facility have all been preserved and several outdoor seating areas are peaceful and refreshing. Easy access to each area will encourage outdoor activities. What a delightful property!

Fairhaven is so beautifully unique. The environment is so home-like and the manicured outdoor spaces are like no other community. The amenities are amazing, having fresh food makes a huge difference in well being and overall experience. The rooms are just enough to feel at home while the common areas encourage socialization and participation. It’s a perfect fit for those who love the charm of Denton, so much character!

Fairhaven is a beautiful and historic assisted living property. The attention to detail in restoring this property has truly made it a unique and beautiful space. The living spaces are beautiful and new while staying true to the mid century modern style. The mature landscape is stunning and the outdoor spaces literally evoke peacefulness. I can’t wait to see this community thriving with residents.

The property is beautiful. I was able to get a sneak peek of the facility before it is open for residents and I was impressed with all the beautiful landscapes. The studio apartments are filled with natural light and have a super cute kitchenette. I love the sliding doors to the bathroom which saves space and is easy for seniors to open. The outdoor spaces are wonderful and I can envision residents really enjoying those areas.

I toured this community about a month before their grand opening and was truly amazed. Somehow they have managed to keep the traditional Denton feel while updating the building with modern conveniences. The outdoor patio and multiple decks were inviting and well-planned. I cannot wait to see the finished project!
