A complete waste of time due to poor communication. After Helen rescheduled my tour appointment on Wednesday for Thursday, I drove 20 minutes today only to be told she had to move in before July 1st for their affordable housing discount. (As if affordable housing applies only this month.)I had already made it clear my mother cannot move in until July 1st on her fixed income. As a property management professional, I find it incredibly frustrating that they hid this information just to get me in the door for a sales pitch. On top of that, never saw a unit. She was so busy trying to sell or get me to agree on a product that I never saw/toured.Make sure things are clear before driving to tour an apartment here.

The Tuscany at Goldmark is an all-adult independent living apartment complex for people who are 62+. The elevators are the main way to get to floors 1-4. There are staircases for those who wish to use them and in case of an emergency. I've lived here for several years, and I'm going to continue renewing my lease. Tuscany is under new ownership with some great management teams.

I came here to Dallas almost 3 months ago to visit a close friend of mine and I stopped by these retirement homes because I was looking into moving down to Dallas. Well here it is 3 months later and I am now a resident in Dallas at this property. I absolutely love it. The gentleman in the office takes care of my every need. I want to say thank you to the management and staff for taking care of my living needs as if they were you own.

Looking for a retirement community for my MIL, the grounds were nice, management was very accommodating during the showing. We all know that apartment communities have minor issues, but in due time I believe it can be resolved. This place is definitely on the list.

Tuscany is a comfortable, welcoming home. My father lived here for 10 years, so when it came time for me to retire, I knew EXACTLY where I wanted to be! And I'll be starting my 6th year in December '23, so I'm a 'second generation' Tuscany Resident . It's quiet, peaceful, neighbours help neighbours, close to stores, medical facilities, available community bus. If you're an 'independent Senior', I think you'll like it here, too.

It's a really nice senior living area. Lots of activities for the residents and a Continental breakfast for residents during the week days. Elevators for the upper floors. Feel good about my mother living there.
