We chose Arbor Woods for our loved one and never regretted it during his full year-and-a-half of residency. I remember the environment to be consistently clean, homey and comfortable. The residents seemed to spend a majority amount of their time in the living room where community was encouraged. Staff were also a huge attraction because of their hospitable attitudes (and sense of humor with the residents), and genuine interest in our questions and concerns. I had a lot of respect for the staff as they demonstrated competence throughout which was greatly reassuring. Overall, I feel confident that our loved one received optimal care at Arbor Woods and always felt a sincere welcome to spend time and visit there.

One of our favorite communities to work with. The staff is very friendly and engaging with residents, visitors and visiting healthcare professionals. They are very detailed and notice even slight changes in residents. Highly recommend The Arbor Woods!

I was totally blown away when I went to visit my uncle. The staff was so friendly and helpful I almost wanted to move in too lol. The facilities were well kept and overall cozy! Oh yeah, they allow pets which completely warmed my heart.

We can't describe how grateful we are to Arbor Woods. We highly recommend it! We looked at 3 other residential care homes and 2 nursing homes for my father when he was on hospice. Arbor Woods was the only residential care home we found where the majority of the residents did not have dementia. The rooms were lovely and there was a nice front and back patio. They provided excellent care for my father in his final days and treated him like family. The first nurse he had was also a veteran like my dad and my father was thrilled. They also brought a small dog to interact with him which he also enjoyed since he loves pets. Losing a loved one is a stressful experience especially if you do not live in the area but I felt secure knowing my father was being cared for by Keisha and Nicole. Run, do not walk to Arbor Woods!! You will not regret your decision!!

I highly recommend The Arbor Woods by Majestic Residences! When a loved one can no longer take care of themself, you will be making a good choice by choosing this facility. My precious Mom was in the care of Keisha, the Manager of this facility. Keisha truly cares for her patients. She cares for them and loves them as if they were her own parent. You will be leaving your loved one in good care. Hugs and love are part of the daily care given along with medical care, cleanliness, healthy food and even special food favorites of the patients are granted. Ask all the questions you need, and remember this is a good facility for your loved one.

Such a beautiful Senior Living home. Not only does it feel like the comfort of your own home for your loved one, but they have a Grow FarmStand, incontinence technology, loving/attentive staff 24-7 and more. I highly recommend The Arbor Woods Residential for anyone looking in the DFW Metroplex!!!

My mom needed many years of assisted living and she had many caregivers over that time. Keisha, as head of the care team, was one of the very best by a large margin. I would enthusiastically recommend and trust her for anyone that needed assistance. Arbor Woods would be one of the very first calls I would make because of her.
