We designed the dining area at Signature Pointe to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. The Administrator Sandi Adorizzi treats every patient like they are a family member. She does the same with the nurses and staff that work there. The patients are happy and continue to get better. It’s a very caring environment. Signature Pointe would definitely be my number one choice if my mom needed care.

We had to make the hard choice to send my mom to skilled nursing. We were very hesitant to send her anywhere but the hospital assured us that signature pointe was a great option. The therapy team was amazing. I’m sure that the therapy was the reason my mom got to go home and resume her life as before! The social worker, Chrissy, helped us every step of the way. From updates to planning the best option for my mom when it was time to go home. I think we could not have done this without the whole staff. Thanks to all!

Mother was admitted in the rehab center. Service was very lacking. Not very many workers wanted to work. Staff were rude. Never return phone calls. There are several good workers there but majority of them are just there for a paycheck. The lady in charge name Trudy was extremely rude and does not want to help. She claimed that she had lots of patients and work on her plate, therefore not able to help everyone. What a shame for her to even made that statement!!!

One of the most difficult times in ones life is caring for elderly parents. You have to decide about their living arrangements, whether or not to keep their cars, when to seek long term care, and eventually hospice. Unless youve assisted a friend or other family member with these challenges, you have to learn as you go; figuring out the next steps needed for your loved one and hoping you get it right. We had hoped our father would be able to go into assisted living at Signature Pointe, after rehabbing from a back injury. We searched and searched for a community where we thought he would thrive. Along this journey we encountered an incredible individual, Nancy, who helped us through this process. She took the time to listen to us while we explained where and what we thought Dad would need. She went through each of our concerns separately, and addressed each of them. For those concerns they couldnt accommodate, she offered other solutions. Not only was Nancy informative and happy to help, but kind and caring. My sweet Papa never made it to Signature Pointe, even though Nancy had let us get everything set up and ready for him. We all tried our best to will him healthy so he could live out his remaining time in such a nurturing place. This incredible woman went above and beyond to help us take care of our Dad. She followed up on his care, finding answers that we couldnt get to. All of this she did for him, and they had never met. She touched our hearts and helped us through this journey with grace. We honestly could not have done it without her. Thank you Nancy for your smile, kind words and loving heart. Dad would have loved you!

My mother has lived at Signature Pointe for many years starting in Independent living and now Assisted Living. She has utilized the rehab, skilled nursing unit a few times when needed. I cant say enough about Signature as the staff there are amazing. Nancy McCarthy is fabulous. She knows exactly what to recommend in each stage of care and is so very helpful and compassionate. I can always reach her, and she is always there to listen and lend a hand. Trying to make the best decisions for an elderly parent is not easy, but Signature Pointe helps me wade through all of it. I highly recommend this facility.

y visit with Mom went GREAT!!! After I arrived I was told I could take her out! So we went and got a hair cut, nails polished and had lunch. She seems great and the person that assisted me was wonderful. Mom really likes Neil and looks forward to him coming and helping with Zoom. I did find out, Zoom works fine in the courtyard, which by the way is beautiful!!! Mom seems happy and I think she if better than she was a year ago when I saw her in South Carolina. I will be trying to come out about once a month to see her and take her to lunch and get hair cuts or whatever she needs.

My mom was at Signature Pointe for two months recovering from covid and a shoulder injury. She received exceptional care from nursing, social work, and physical and cognitive therapy staff. Thanks to their help and encouragement she was able to move to another state into assisted living. Our family is grateful for her progress!

Moving my brother from Chicago to Dallas and placing him in the best living environment was a hard choice, but the right choice. I personally toured and met with over a dozen communities that would best meet his needs as we went down this path. I have never regretted making the choice to move him into the Signature Pointe community in Dallas. From the beginning of working with their staff, through his move into his apartment and through his day to day routine, everyone has been wonderful. The community and the staff are always warm and inviting. They are quick to respond to not only my brothers needs but to my questions along the way. Nancy and Elisha were hands on from the beginning, helping me find the best apartment to suit his situation all the way through the move in process. Albeit he has lived there for many months, they both still continue to support us with their kindness and help, which Im sure is above and beyond their already busy daily routines. I just cant say enough about everyone who has touched our lives from there.

My father was a patient at Signature Pointe and was just discharged home. We were very pleased with the care my dad received. The nurses were very kind and compassionate! The therapist were wonderful! My dad arrived in a wheelchair, and left on his on two feet! I would highly recommend Signature Pointe if you need rehabilitation care!

My Uncle was there during quarantine earlier this year and everyone there really helped,way more than they had to,and I told em if I get hurt when Im older Im coming there for sure. They answered all our questions and there were a lot and always made us feel better by the end of the call. Very sweet girls and nurses who really care about people.

My Aunt was at Signature Point for rehab after her hip surgery. I would highly recommend Signature Point to anyone looking for a place for their family. Staff is very friendly and made my Aunt feel welcomed and right at home. The Therapy Team did an outstanding job getting her up and walking again! I am very thankful to have chosen a place that took such great care of my Aunt. Blair and Sandy were so helpful with their weekly updates! 5 STARS!

Couldnt have asked for a better experience for my mother. The attention to detail and friendliness from the experienced staff assured me of the professional care my mom received. They explained in detail all of the top notch measures that were being taken in response to COVID-19 to reassure me and the family of her safety. I highly recommend Signature Pointe.

We have been lucky enough to work closely with Signature Pointe. We have seen first hand that their staff is dedicated to providing the best care possible. Their memory care staff has been exceptionally kind. Quinton and Sam are nurses in the Memory Care. They have both shown patience and compassion in very difficult situations. We are grateful for their knowledge and willingness to care for vulnerable patients.

A big shout out thank you to Neil B. and Nancy M. for working so hard to allow my mom to see her granddaughters wedding. Neil came in on his day off to set up the Zoom meeting so she could watch the wedding. Nancy helped me get the information to Neil. They absolutely did not have to do this. I have not been able to see my mom in person or visit the facility due to Covid-19, but because of this I know they care about their patients. I so appreciate them going above and beyond to help my mom be a part of that special day!

Ive toured almost a dozen Senior Living facilities and Nursing Homes over the past several months in search of the right place for my 86 year old Aunt. By far Signature Pointe is the nicest place that Ive visited. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they worked with me to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. We feel very blessed to have found such an amazing place for my Aunt to live.

My in-laws are at Signature Pointe for independent living and we couldnt be happier with the place. From the front office to the back, my 94 year old mother in law keeps saying: The people here are always so nice. What a relief to have them here and so well taken care of and happy. The lake is beautiful. The restaurant staff are especially wonderful to the residents. And there are plenty of activities!

Signature Pointe has gone above and beyond for my grandparents. Especially Amanda -- they love her, and she has been so incredibly helpful, getting them and picking them up from inconvenient or delayed appointments, staying after her shift is done to wait with my grandpa to make sure my grandma gets home safely, etc. I feel so much more comfortable knowing that they are in a safe and supportive place with people like her looking out for them.

Ive had many many opportunities to see the therapy and social work teams in action here, and can honestly share that this team is highly experienced, knowledgeable and caring, and it shows in the reports I hear from the residents as well. Ive seen them interact with their patients first hand, and they truly treat them as extended family. Always courteous and attentive. Cant say enough good things about this great team.
