Absolutely wonderful!! Two years ago I was looking for a place to help care for my uncle with early dementia. Manchester's St Michaels care home was the perfect fit. From my earliest meetings with Brian Levy and Sandi Greenberg, we knew they would genuinely care and love our uncle. We were very interested in a small home where he could get to know others and we did ourselves. The caregivers were amazing and kept my uncle engaged. We built a friendship with all of the staff. They kept me very informed on his care and health. What an amazing group!!

Their staff are trained to know the importance of independence yet provide all services with the highest level of dignity. A home like setting....tailored to fit the needs of their residents with their likes and dislikes...always recognizing that they are all individually different and unique in their own way. Their residents are not defined by their disease...but by WHO THEY HAVE BEEN IN LIFE...and who they are today.

During these difficult times Manchester Care Homes & their staff made this an enriched experience for our family. My mother’s needs were met with personalized care from a warm and seasoned staff. While you might find another great facility, you will not find a better home for your loved ones. So impressed with the care given that i even mentioned them in my eulogy spoken at my mother’s celebration of life. God bless the folks in and those that support these homes. Highly recommend the Manchester Care Homes - St. Michaels.

I moved my wife from a large and prominent assisted living and memory care home to the Manchester Care Homes St. Michaels location to provide a smaller, more personal experience for her. I have not been disappointed. As with any memory care home, the most important aspect of her care and overall experience is the quality of the professional staff and other support personnel. The St. Michaels care partners are professional, knowledgeable, well trained, and demonstrate very caring attitudes. In particular, my wifes lead Care Partner, Erin Shuford has far exceeded my expectations. Erin always seems to give extra effort and provide above and beyond support. Before my wife was diagnosed with Alzheimers, she always took pride in her personal appearance. Knowing this was important, Erin continues to help her have a positive daily experience. I believe my wife feels the love in her home.

Manchester has been a godsend to our family. They have a devoted staff who actively engages with the residents. My dad has been under their thoughtful and attentive care for 2 1-2 years now. My sister and I live out of state and are comforted to know that our father is in EXCELLENT hands!!
