A home like setting....tailored to fit the needs of their residents with their likes and dislikes...always recognizing that they are all individually different and unique in their own way. Their residents are not defined by their disease...but by WHO THEY HAVE BEEN IN LIFE...and who they are today.

When I entered the Queens Ferry home on my first visit it immediately felt like a warm environment. Sandi, the nurse for the homes is a gem. Every time I contacted her, she promptly answered all of my questions and provided excellent medical care for my mother. The staff at Queens Ferry was very welcoming when I visited. They were professional, kind and patient with my mother and treated her in a dignified manner. She always had a smile for them and she appreciated their help. The Queens Ferry home met and exceeded all my expectations of the place I had always envisioned and hoped to find for my mother when she needed additional care. I highly recommend Manchester Care Homes. I feel very fortunate to have had the staff at Queens Ferry home take care of my mother.

Once I realized that my mother was going to need more care than I could provide at my own home, we moved her to Manchester Care Homes-Queens Ferry in February 2022. It was exactly what she needed, and she was instantly comfortable with the amazing staff. Each and every caregiver was attentive to her needs and wishes. The thing that impressed me the most about Queens Ferry is that it truly felt "like home"---everything about the warm and inviting environment is designed to make the residents feel like they are living in their own home. When my mother passed away, the staff was so accommodating to our family's needs--I am grateful for everything they did for us.

Beautiful facility; very neat, clean and modern Extremely conscientious COVID-19 protocols Nurse on call Geriatric doctor and podiatrist available 24-7 experienced and enthusiastic staff Wonderful meals provided Special foods upon request Could NOT BE HAPPIER with facility and services; wish we had known about the group home earlier!

As a care manager, I have referred a few clients to the Manchester Place homes and they have been very pleased with the care. The staff is attentive and good with details like special diets.

Mom has lived here since January 2019 and our experiences have been nothing but positive. Ive recommended Manchester Homes to several of my friends. Theres not a day that goes by that my Mother hasnt told me that the staff is very caring--thats very important. Plus its a clean, well-maintained facility. The food is average, and thats why Ive not given this a 5-star rating. But whenever Mother hasnt liked what is being served, the staff is willing to fix her a bowl of soup, which is much more to her liking.
