Missed meds dosages, ran out of food twice, have taken no action to deal with Social Security account suspension, maintenance is slow to act.

This place is such a joy to come visit my mom now. We walked in here 18 months ago and it was crazy . Past 6-8 months has has had tremendous improvement. Office workers are fantastic. Mark, Mrs Bridgette, and Mrs. V have made so many improvements with this facility. It's comfortable and very nice to visit. Employees and residents are happier and have more smiles. Keep up the great work. I recommend this place for your parents.

Overall experience at this facility is good , helpful staff , from the office Mr mark ,vtoria ,Bridgette ,the kitchen Ms Judy and her crew ,also can't forget the house keeping department Ms Becky who goes above and beyond her duties and Mr josh maintenance tries his best to get the job done.

This review is solely based off my interaction with Victoria during a tour to see if this facility would be good for my mom. I think it is a pretty decent place. They aren't strict like a nursing home with rules and regulations. The people there can actually go out and live normal lives. Now back to Victoria, she was amazing, super helpful, and answered all of our questions. She was very personable, very easy to talk too and was just all around a positive vibe.

Lakewest Assisted Living has been my home for over a year now. I enjoy Lakewests Staff and the other Residents. . We have activities and we do fitness walks, if you want to participate. We enjoy parties along with classes about good Health !!!
