My mom was the one of the first to sign up at Belmont Dallas 12 years ago while it was being constructed. She will be 94 this year and is still living here. She has transitioned from Independent Living to Assisted Living this year. The Administrative Staff along with many support staff have been here as long as mom. They have become her second family and she loves them as much as they love her. They have become family to me also and have offered me such great support when I needed it. The care, activities, food, memory programs and facility are wonderful! Go visit!

I’m a relatively new resident at Belmont Village. I do have experience as a resident at 2 other Assisted Living Facilities in Dallas area. There is no comparison, believe me. The Kindness, Caring, Interesting and Varied Activities that match to individual needs and abilitiesand The Fooddid I mention the food??? It’s as good as any restaurant I’ve ever gone toand you can talk with the Chef every month to share what you liked or weren’t as fond of. The feedback is addressed via new menusand did I mention the ice creamokay I would be remiss if I didn’t miss the Employees (at ALL levels here. I was first struck by the fact that the executive team actually talk with (and really get to know) Residents, Family Members and anyone else who comes through the door. That is much more RARE than most folks know! Thinking through my experience I want to also commend the travel arrangements. Whether yours going to your doctor or Whole Foodsit can be arranged! That, too is incredibly rare. So if you’re wondering whether or not I’m happy at Belmont Villagelet me clarify: it’s the BEST DECISION I’ve made in the last 28 months (since having 3 strokes). I am GRATEFUL for this Building, This Staff and this level of Service. I smile every day at my good fortune that landed me here.

My Mother and her husband moved to Belmont Village in Turtle Creek 2 years ago. Mom needed help- and she's getting everything she needs here. The staff is wonderful. I love that they have gerontologists (as well dentists, podiatrists and audiologists) that come to the facility to see patients. Their nursing staff (and the head of this staff- Biz) are attentive and available to Mom and me when ever we need them. They have great activities for the residents- and always welcome the families to join in. The food at the restaurant is very good- my siblings and I eat with Mom frequently. With a recent refresh of the facility- it's more beautiful than ever. I love the decorations that change with the seasons. I have no worries that Mom will be well cared for at all times.

My mother has been at the Belmont for 7 years and we absolutely love this place! The staff in memory care are so sweet, patient, creative, and are truly called to do what they are doing...you can tell! The food is wonderful.

My experience at Belmont Village is from a visitor, in that I perform as an entertainer to assisted living and mem I ry care people. I have always fiund the people tobbe fruendly, residents content, surroundings clean, and staff helpful. One questionable asoect if tgese reviews us Belmont Village response to one star complaints. There is us usually a pat answer that thanks the writer for their positive(?) feedback, as if no one really reads the complaints.

My grandmother lived here for a few years. The staff is remarkable. The dining hall always had decent food with very good service. Her additional help made her stay seamless so I subtracted a star because that was another expense that Belmont did not provide. I understand that Belmont should not be blamed for falling short of things that they do not offer but I’m still subtracting a star.

Mom moved to Belmont Village last October when we all realized she could not live alone anymore. After researching and visiting over a dozen facilities in the Dallas area, we knew Belmont was the best option. It looks and feels more like a luxury apartment building than an assisted living facility, with all the high-end services and amenities expected by Turtle Creek residents. Mom has a beautiful apartment with lots of windows and light. She enjoys the weekly exercise programs, especially Boot Camp, and meets twice a week with an on-site physical therapist as well. Of course, she still complains that she’s gained weight since coming to Belmont, because the food is so good! Overall we are all very pleased with Belmont Village and highly recommend it (or its sister facilities) to our friends who are looking at assisted living facilities for themselves or their loved ones.

We have been very happy with the facilities and level of care shown at Belmont Village. Our Mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers about 4 years prior to the move from their farm. We tried daily in-home care however, it was not the correct course of action for either of our parents. It had become a safety issue as well as medical issue. We were worried Mother would wander out of the house and become lost in the cornfield located 200 feet from their house or Daddy would injure himself on farm equipment. We were going to the ER 1-2 times per month with dehydration or Urinary Tract Infections. There were days Mother did not want to get out of bed and Daddy was leaving her inside the house alone. It was a tough first few months, as we moved our parents against their will. Although it was a very difficult transition, It was the best decision we have ever made. Since their residence at BV, there have been no ER visits and we can sleep at night knowing that our parents are safe. They are both up and out of their apartment for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are so many activities, it is difficult to know what they are doing each day. Daddy loves the indoor pool and swims every single day. Mother loves the live music every Thursday as well as yoga and thai-chi. Her health and mood drastically improved about 3 months after they moved into their apartment. We have not had one incident of dehydration or UTI due to the attentive staff. They make sure everyone gets sufficient fluids at all times. It has been one year and nine months and our parents have adjusted wonderfully. They have made several friends and are truly living a much better quality of life than we could have ever provided on the farm. They enjoy the incredible food and activities every day. We visit often and also enjoy the food! Daddy recently told us he was living his second childhood. The staff is extremely accommodating to every want or need of their residents. We are convinced, that had we not moved our parents to Belmont Village, Mother would be bed ridden by now and that Daddy would have been severely hurt climbing on farm equipment.
