I just left Anchor Way Senior Living. I was greeted at the front door. I had a tour of the facility and it was very clean and it smelled really good. The owner was very friendly and well mannered. The atmosphere was very peaceful. If I had to put my loved ones in a facility, it definitely would be Anchor Way. God bless.

---------------------Update-----------------My dad passed today in his sleep due to old age and Alzheimers. The care here was the most EXCEPTIONAL out of all of the facilities my dad was in prior. Anchor Way is the best Assisted Living in the country (backs up to a horse farm for amazing views) with a beautiful staff and a heart unlike anywhere else. I only regret not finding them sooner). Prior care was at Legacy and Bethesda -- Anchor Way was a 6 star. Zero issues or complaints from anyone -- including the state.**********************************************eautiful location and the staff is most warm and welcoming. I have had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Woods and look forward to moving my father in January. Im grateful to see there are wonderful places available for Alzheimers disease.

Highly recommended. My dad has struggled with this disease (Alzheimers) for a while now. I moved to Texas -- because dad wanted to go back home. I was looking for a place in the country that felt like home to him. I found Anchor Way about 15 minutes from my place in Ft. Worth. The care has been exceptional.Thank you to Shelita, the owner who cares so much for others. Her story stems from her grandmother (it is on her website) and why she chooses to do this because of a love for others in this situation. Extremely clean, small (a key for Alzheimers disease) and she has a caring-empathetic staff who talk to residents as if they are a part of their own family. They call my dad Pop, just like I do.They also have independent apartments who are geared for those needing a great apartment with the benefits of a caring staff -- when-if needed down the road. *********Highly Recommended*******

Anchor Way Senior Care is one of the best Ive ever been to. The facility is very nice and clean. !! The staff is warm and friendly and they seem to cater to their patients. Anchor Way is located on a gorgeous campus. The site is always well manicured and inviting. The owner is nurturing and genuine, often spending time WITH the residents, rather than being a distant administrator. The facility and its amenities are frequently being updated for safety, comfort as well as a pleasing decor. In addition, the flexibility for residents to have as much or as little assistance as they need, is appealing for a variety of life stages. Definitely recommend!

As an RN case manager for AlēvCare hospice, I have the privilege of taking care of several patients at Anchor Way Senior living. The owner of Anchor Way, Shelita Woods, does an immaculate job of setting the bar very high as it relates to patient care. Her staff is competent, caring, friendly, and an absolute joy to work with. I love the way the staff cares for the patients- it is very apparent they really care about them. The patients are clean, well-cared for and happy. The facility is very clean and well-kept. I would highly recommend Anchor Way Senior living to anyone who is looking for long-term placement for an aging loved one.

I am so glad that I found this place. It is 100% better than where my was before. These people are so kind and sweet to my mom. I can not thank them enough with the turn around they have made with my mom. When she first got there they told me they didnt know how long my mom was going to make it. She is doing great now. I witnessed personally how much love, care, and respect they give to the residents and their family members.
