I cannot say enough good about Casa Apartments. The Manager, Anne-Marrie, is absolutely professional, inviting, informative and trustworthy. The maintenance staff, Mando and Justin, are by far the most concerned and timely maintenance I've ever dealt with. The whole staff here at Casa Apartments makes you feel right at home. I have been in many apartment communities before, and NEVER have I felt an instant connection to an apartment complex like I have this one. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and community focused apartment complex.

I have lived at Casa for a year now, and I can say that moving here was a great choice! The current maintenance team is wonderful! They get things done, and quickly, unlike other apartments I have lived at. The manager is efficient, professional and kind. She holds fun events for us every month. I moved to Casa because I was told it was a safe place to live for seniors, and that has proven to be true. There have also been A LOT of positive improvements from just a year ago. I am so happy that I have finally found an apartment complex I can sincerely call my home.

I used to live here for 3 years its was good but I moved out because of a new manager in the last year. That was between 2020 and 2023. I've moved back but let me say I'm very impressed with with all the renovations going on and the manager is there when ever you need to speak with her. Just call. Or if you live here her door is always open. I'm very impressed and there are even some get together with coffee, snacks,bingo. It gives you the opportunity to meet others if you would like to. Anne - Marie the manager is getting this place in tip top shape. I'm very impressed ‘

From the moment I walked in, I knew I had found my dream home. The location is simply unbeatable”nestled in a quaint neighborhood. The apartment itself is a masterpiece of design, cute finishes and a spacious open floor plan that feels incredibly luxurious. The bedroom is a serene haven, offering the perfect retreat after a long day. What truly sets this apartment apart is the impeccable management team. They are unbelievably responsive, warm, and always ready to go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. Living here has been an absolute dream come true. The value for the price is unparalleled, and I couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to call home. This 1-bedroom gem is, without a doubt, the epitome of luxury living in Corpus Christi!

We just moved into Casa de Oro, and I want to mention it was because of Linda Hernandez's professionalism and communication that we selected Casa. Had some disappointing issues with the apartment make-ready and she has worked very hard to get them remedied. They've all been taken care of. She is the heart and soul of the building, cares about the atmosphere and reputation of the building, and is an amazing asset for management.

I lived here back in 2018-2020. We had a major mold problem because the ventilation wasn’t good, but other than that was very good. I was a teenager and this was my first apartment and I recommend to anyone on a budget. It’s also in a quiet location.

Amy the manager is great at managing the building. Always available for tenants. Apartments are upgraded with new floors. Exercise room is loaded with equipment. Laundry mats on every other floor. Great complex. Even an activity room available for parties. And a courtyard to enjoy the sun.

Feel so lucky to have found a place to call home. I have been here several times and the staff is so friendly and nice. Makes you feel comfortable instantly. I read all the reviews and still came in. Shortly felt right at home. My experience has been wonderful.

This is a good place for seniors who have very limited income to pay rent. They strive to keep everything clean and working, but since there's only one maintenance guy, the service requests usually get backlogged.

Noti the typical ALL BILLS PAID apartment building it’s so much more. It has a beautiful fitness center not a gym that are typically offered in an apartment. You have so many luxuries and the building been renovated inside. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

I have been here for three years and it is a great place to live. The manager Amy is great she genuinely cares for is residents and makes sure this place is cleaned spotless and smells great. Albert is a great maintenance man if you have something wrong he is right on top of it and gets it fixed. I also like just paying one amount and having all bills paid it is great

I have lived at Casa de Oro for 4 yrs. It’s clean and neat. We have a well equipped gym. We have a fantastic manager, Amy and a really great maintenance man, Albert. We have holiday parties, bingos and it a fun place to live for us young ones here at Casa, since I am in my 80’s. I really enjoy living at Casa De Oro.Its fun to decorate your apartment to your liking and the controlled access it makes me feel safe.

I've lived at Casa de Oro for six years and there's a reason for that. The place is clean and well managed. Casa is also very affordable and it's all bills paid which is very important to me. Michelle is very nice and professional. I get upset when the last three posts (which are all related) try and hurt Michelle's reputation. I wouldn't believe anything they say.

This is a very clean friendly atmosphere. As soon as you walk in it reminds me of a hotel. Everything is spotless clean. The manager is very nice, friendly and understanding.
