Brookdale Trinity Towers has been an excellent place for my brother to be after suffering a stroke.Kelly Spears has been exceptionally helpful in assisting my brother physically and emotionally.We’re very grateful for such an excellent senior living facility.

This is the absolute worst facility you can send your parents or any patient to. The administrator [name removed] is completely rude and unprofessional. My father was placed into this facility to be taken care of after being in a car accident. Both her and [name removed] recommended for my parents to switch to traditional Medicare after they said he was denied by Humana to stay. We found out today from Humana after speaking to a supervisor that they had not filed a single appeal to extend my father’s care. When we pushed [name removed] about Humana covering his stay she said we were speaking to the wrong people and she was speaking to the case manager. When I asked for that number she said she would contact them and have a conference call with us. She then proceeded to ask my mother to leave her office. When we spoke to a supervisor (Rachel) with Humana she informed us they did not have case managers and no appeal had ever been filed to Humana on my father’s behalf. They just wanted my father out. Well they got their wish because he was sent home today. There are other things they were making my father do without prior approval from his specialist their director that handles rehabilitation [name removed] (I believe that was her name) stated that they go by what they want to do not by what the doctor recommends. When we pushed back on that, that is when they wanted my dad out. If anyone from this facility wants more information please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I will gladly speak to anyone in charge especially to whoever [name removed] boss is.

The facility itself needs to be updated, but we are impressed by the care and compassion provided to residents. The activity director, Rossana, creates a warm, inviting, and energetic environment. We witnessed her patience, kindness, and genuine dedication in every interaction. She has the necessary skills and a deep understanding of memory related conditions. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend Brookdale Memory Care to anyone seeking an exceptional memory care facility.

I would like to share how pleased my mom was with Brookdale. It is hard to leave your home but moving to Brookdale was a pleasant surprise. If a person chooses there are activities going on constantly. I saw a positive change in mom in that she was around people and not lonely. But most importantly, THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL! Mom's words "I can't beleive that everyone is nice. How can they find so many good people". The facility was easy to navagiate through which was very important. I was impressed with the large number of food choices. My family has recommended Brookdale Trinity to several people.

I would like to say my mom's nurses Travis, Emma, and the CNA Simon and one more young lady was very good and I give them 5 stars. On August 18,2019 I moved into Trinity Towers. Trinity Towers is an incredible senior living facility. I have been extremely happy in my new home. The residents are wonderful and the most interesting people. They have great adventures and great stories. The Directors and staff are fantastic and know how to make you feel at home. Their smiling faces and good humor are very contagious and welcoming.The meals are delicious. Some of the fun things that we do are two happy hours a week. Bridge, poker and bingo and other fun games are available. Since I have been here,they have had many interesting speakers from the community. Other night time fun include marti -gra Casino night ,mask ball, and a Mexican breakfast with a marachi band . There are beautiful views from all the apartments.This is definitely the place to be if you are thinking about changing from living at home to an outstanding senior living facility.If you would like to hear more or schedule a tour of the facility call 361-887-2000. I moved my Mom here to retire 1.5 ya ago. Her health was failing and she was very down. Since she has had a knee reconstruction and is in her way to a full any happy healthy retirement. Brookdale has been a blessing and very instrumental in her recovery and reconditioning. Their staff has been outstanding in every facet. From dinning to maintenance and everyone in between. They have made her feel like this is her home. The security is well established and dependable. The administration is helpfully approachable if there are questions and are willing to listen. We are very grateful for this time she has had there and look forward to the many coming years.

we are new residents to Brookdale Trinity Towers and we love it! The view of Corpus Cristi Bay can be seen from all rooms of our apt and we love the spacious apt. I moved to Brookdale Trinity Towers almost four years ago. Best thing I ever did for myself! I love that my apartment has a full kitchen so I can indulge my culinary fantasies. I gave up my car before I moved here but never miss it because the transportation system takes me everywhere I need to go. Can you believe they take me grocery shopping and even deliver my groceries to my apartment and place them on my kitchen counter! Never had that kind of service before. Excellent food and service. A wide variety of activities to choose from including guest lecturers, concerts, theatrical productions, shopping excursions, and even visits to a local farmers market. I feel so safe here and know that my every need will be met by the outstanding staff of caring associates and directors.

Fantastic. Management and Staff are the best. We have 24 hour security, fine dining, library, fitness center, beauty shop, etc, you name it we have it, plus a beautiful view of the bay. Transportation is furnished for Dr. appointments, and local functions, trips to the Mall and Walmart. We just had a Masquerade ball and have a Casino night coming up, happy hour every Tues. and Friday, bingo, bridge, poker, something for everyone, your choice. I have lived here almost 2 years, have met and made wonderful friends, love it, come check us out, you will be so happy that you did.

After my father had fallen and ended up in a coma for five weeks, the thought of him going home was unfathomable. I toured what the surrounding area had to offer and soon realized there was not a better place for my family than Brookdale/Trinity Towers. Christina is and shall forever be an angel to our family as if I ever have any questions or need anything she is there. A true constant professional, all while giving you the courtesy of listening to you and taking care of the questions that arise efficiently and with a caring I got from nowhere else. First they had the rehab facility that my dad was going to need after coming out of his coma. He did the first part at Spohn but I needed a place where Mom and Dad could be together. The walkway from Trinity to Brookdale truly is the Stairway to Heaven. Second they had the Trinity side with meals, rides to doctors and activities that are all included in the price they were charging. I looked at what that cost and what the "others" were charging and this was a way better deal than the ala cart way that looks better at first but when you really looked at the numbers, Trinity is the only way to go. So with my mother at Trinity and my dad at Brookdale, I was able to come home Christmas Eve, After the weight was lifted from my brother and I knowing the type of care they were going to receive, it took me four months of work to get them used to the idea of excepting help. But with the great staff and their willingness to take each person on individually, it was a no brainer. Not even my parents could deny that this was a better place for them. . Next came the time to move my Dad from rehab to Trinity. The well checks were a new thing for my parents as they never had to "answer to anyone before" but for my brother and I who now had full responsibility for them, it was a welcome change. From tai chi classes to Christmas concerts. IPhone classes to Happy Hour. This gives seniors dignity and a way to socialize that had been missing in their lives for so long. Then dad took a fall as he still doesn't want to ask for help. The staff was there in a flash and insisted dad go get checked. If it were up to my parents they would have put a bandaid on it and not gone for the checkup. Thank God he did as that opened the door for more rehab. Literally learning how to swallow and eat, talk and chew, walk and use the walker. All while the staff is learning and truly caring about my family. Then came the day that Dad had to go to Brookdale side permanently. Mom moved from her third floor apartment to all the way up to the 17th floor!! All my life all she said she wanted was a "view of the ocean and to pick sand dollars on the beach." This gives her the peace of mind knowing my Dad is getting the care he deserves all while making friends and utilizing all the amenities including dinner with her new group of friends as well as tai chi. Who would have thought it? Now both Mom and Dad have IPhones and have learned to text. (Mom more than Dad). Dad bugs all the nurses and Mom is living out her dream over looking the Bay. By going the extra mile. Taking security seriously all while giving my parents a self worth that can only be called a miracle. That is what Dalia, Tammy and the fine folks at Brookdale have given my family. How do you put a price on that? You can't. My Brother and I sleep better now, knowing our parents are in good hands. I know they can give your family the peace my family has found, at Brookdale Trinity Towers.

My father mover into Trinity Towers during a very challenging time in his life. I had been researching independent living for my father for awhile. After visiting all of the places on our list my father was sold on Trinity Towers. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and I saw smiling faces on the residents. I made a point to talk with some residents. They all stated how much they like living here. When it was time to move my father I was very concerned because I live out of state and could not be there for the move. The wonderful staff took care of everything. They arranged for the movers. Helped him move and settle into his apartment. They made sure he had everything he needed and that he was comfortable. They even brought him a new shower curtain when they saw he didn’t have one. No detail was to small or to big to help him with. The staff kept in contact with me to make sure all his needs were being met. I know my father is in a safe environment where he enjoys his independent lifestyle. He loves interacting with staff members. To him they are extended family. I cannot sing the praises of the staff at Trinity Towers enough. I especially would like to thank Dalia Brem. She went above and beyond to help my father and myself with every detail in moving my father into Trinity Towers. The love and compassion she showed us was a true blessing.

The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff works hard to provide opportunities for social engagement and cultural entertainment. The folks who live here are very friendly and inviting to new tenants. I join my Mom most Sundays for Brunch and the food is great.

My husband broke his hip at Christmas and after surgery, went to Holmgreen rehab floor. He's been somewhat confused from anesthesia. That can be challenging, however, the staff has been so helpful in problem solving issues that arise. Sitting in a straight back chair could be unsafe, so in 30 min his recliner from his 3rd floor room was in his rehab room. Activities staff have included him in social events and staff has even played dominoes with him. The rehab staff is of the highest caliber. I couldn't be more grateful for all the staff, from the Executive Director to housekeeping and more.
