Carriage Inn has some of the most amazing Directors like Ms. Rosetta, Ms. Patsy and Ms. Ann and the extended team. They have been dedicated to serving the community for many years. I recommend Carriage Inn to anyone who enjoys living independently and wish to take part in many of the activities and events provided here.

I was looking for a place my mother and while this place didn't work out for her the person I spoke with, Terri was extremely helpful going the extra mile to help me. She provided me a list with some alternative options that would work for her, gave me information to assist with filling out the paperwork and told me could call her if I needed any assistance with my search. Now if they put that much effort into helping someone who will not be one of their tenants I can only imagine how wonderful they are to their own residents. I really wish it would have worked out but with her help I think we might have found my mother a nice place that works for her.

Mom had lived in her own home independently until she had a light stroke in June. Mom is almost 91.We gave her a chance to still live independently at Carriage Inn. She was only at Carriage Inn for about a month until she had a second stroke. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. The chef, Tony, and the dining room supervisor, Jonathan, greeting Mom with a food gift when she moved in. The office staff Rosetta (director), Jodi and Terri were always wonderful to answer questions and help us navigate the best for Mom. The dining ladies, the cleaning lady, and the residents seem to love being at Carriage Inn. It is great they have a complimentary car service as well as a bus. If you are looking for independent living in Conroe, this is your place. We were sad when we had to move Mom out of this place because Mom had really begun to feel at home here.

Friendly staff, know all the names of residents by heart, everything is clean and beautifully decorated. My mother-in-law said the food is excellent.

Looking for an independent living home in Conroe where residents are truly cared about and appreciated? Look no further. Carriage Inn is an extraordinary place. While the apartments can be cramped and a bit dated, the amazingly devoted staff makes it feel like home. Our parents time there was a truly wonderful experience.

Attended a marketing event right before the pandemic. The facility is beautiful and up-to-date I attended during a Holiday and all of the residents looked very happy and enjoyed being apart of a community of friends it seemed. Very warm environment with friendly and caring staff who seemed to enjoy serving the residents everyone knew each others name staff and residents alike. Would recommend. Also liked that all management was socializing with residents and families in a personal way.

I have been here many, many times. I have had friends live here and it is a very warm comfortable place to live. The staff are very friendly and help the residents or they direct them to someone who can help. My senior friends enjoy the activities and the holidays especially because nearly every hall is decorated. The people living at Carriage Inn are all very welcoming and love meeting new residents.

I would very much like anyone that is looking for a place for their loved one to look at Carriage Inn-Conroe. I have seen their apartment and the facility and it is A++. I have met their attendants and everyone including residents are happy and very content.

My parents lived here for 10 years. They loved everything about it because of the caring staff and the multitude of activities. When my dad turned 100, the facility had a huge party for him. I was not worried about my mom living alone after my dad died because I knew she would be well looked after by the staff of Carriage Inn and her many friends there.

Oh my goodness, this is a beautiful place.. they really treat you like family, I would highly recommend this place for you or your loved ones.. Ms Terri is a exceptional host.. and took her time and explained everything they had to offer, was very concerned with our needs.. the staff was super exceptional as well.. it was like being on a cruise ship but on land.. =) you will not be disappointed.. =)

My dad lived here for about a year. I cant say enough good things about Carriage Inn-Conroe. Everyone from the front desk, to kitchen staff, to housekeeping, to maintenance treated my dad like family. Unfortunately my dad is unable to care for himself and we had to move him to an assisted living.
