Very nice and clean facility. Most staff members were very pleasant and friendly. However, the marketing representative and corporate manager were very dismissive of any important questions or concerns. They made harsh judgments of my character and remained condescending during the few conversations we had in regards to questions I sought answers for. These ladies were very unprofessional and regardless of how nice the facility is, I wouldn’t recommend loved ones living there knowing they don’t care to deal with your concerns, questions, nor care about issues dealing with safety. Far too much money to pay to not be accommodated properly or cared about as a paying individual.

My parents were long time residents in Assisted Living at The Waterford (7 years). The care that they received was top notch, and the daily activities were outstanding to keep them engaged in the community. I strongly feel that the staff treated them as family - through good times & hard times. Not sure if we could have done it without the full staff!

Definitely giving 5 stars! Everyone here is so welcoming and helpful, such a great environment. Dianne, Dawn, Erin, and Robbin were wonderful to work with. I accidentally hit the help button while doing a drywall repair and the staff were there immediately with no time to spare. Your loved ones will definitely be well taken care of at this facility.

After touring several possible assisted living facilities for our mom, we selected Waterford in College Station - it has an intimate atmosphere for a small number of residents, which also ensures a good amount of attention from staff members for each resident. Dawn Fennell was a great host in touring the facility and walking us through the process of getting Mom settled in and understanding her new lifestyle. Her attention to detail and devotion to her staff and residents makes all the difference in making Waterford what it is! She

Waterford at College Station was everything it advertised itself to be! After going online to see the local options for our mother's care, all the siblings quickly agreed on this choice being the right one to care for our Mom. From our first visit, Dawn Fennel was a wealth of information-she told us what we could expect in the facility, the different rooms available, and the daily activities offered to the residents. She noted Mom's activities for daily living would be incorporated into her care plan-she wanted to know about our Mom's daily habits, her likes/dislikes, routines and preferences. While moving your parent somewhere is usually met with skepticism-we had absolute faith and trust in Waterford & Dawn Fennel!

Place was clean and smelled good. My brother lives here and he says there is too much chicken on the menu for a farm boy. Need some beef or a big serving of river catfish. Thanks for taking care of him.

If I could give 10 stars I would for the Waterford. I have a loved one that resides here. I do not have any worries they are very well taken care of. The staff is fantastic, especially Robbin their activities director and Dawn their executive director. They stay on top of holidays and daily activities. And are very supportive of their veterans. Last year Veterans Day 2020 they orchestrated with local restaurants. To get them their meals that they normally would be taken to get before the pandemic. My loved one was overly thankful and happy that Robbin and Dawn did that for them. Awesome place, and staff couldn’t ask for better people or place for my loved one.

Our parents moved into The Waterford in 2019. While it is never easy to make the transition from independent living to assisted living, the kind staff did all they could to make the transition as smooth as possible. We are truly grateful for the staff that treat our folks like a member of their family., especially during the long months of Covid and during the times we were unable to visit.

Very friendly staff that believes in going above and beyond in helping the residents. Everything from games & activities, hosting events (in a safe manner), and providing transportation services for residents locally to attend doctor's appointments.

I moved my mom into The Waterford in May 2019. It was a scary process because she was in the beginning stages of dementia and I knew it would be very confusing for her. We were met by the sweetest, kindest soul when we entered the facility. She introduced herself as Dawn and she loved on Mom immediately. Dawn, Robbin, Casey, Pam and Elsa are shining stars and have a calling for caring for the elderly. I visited two other facilities before The Waterford. I was literally in tears because I felt like it was all just business. When I walked into The Waterford I knew Mom was home.’

We selected the Waterford College Station for my mother because of the leadership of Dawn Fennell. We could tell that she would be easy to work with and responsive to needs and requests. We have not been disappointed. She truly wants what is best for the residents and their families. She has high expectations of the staff, has brought in high quality food service, and has been remodeling the facility. I feel my mother is getting a great quality of care. The activities director Robin also does an amazing job.

This facility is beautiful! I love how it’s tucked away off of the main road; it’s even cozier that way. Also, the staff here is so kind and caring. You couldn’t ask for better people to care for your loved ones.

The staff is taking excellent care of the person I have there. They keep me informed about any changes with him. There are opportunities to go out for lunch, exercise, go shopping, and enjoy walks around the property. I recommend this AL!
