My brother is very happy at the Waterford. The staff go out of their way to make him feel at home. He has expressed many times how much he likes it there and he is quite a bit younger than the other residents. I especially appreciate Robbin, the Activities Director. She pays special attention to every resident.

Ive worked as a hair stylist for 10 years at Waterford , its a wonderful place , the activity director goes above and beyond to keep the residents busy with crafts , games and daily exercise and she genuinely cares for the precious residents .

Our parents moved into The Waterford in 2019. While it is never easy to make the transition from independent living to assisted living, the kind staff did all they could to make the transition as smooth as possible. We are truly grateful for the staff that treat our folks like a member of their family., especially during the long months of Covid and during the times we were unable to visit.

Had the best tour on Friday with the ED as she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Beautiful community with an abundance of activities going on with the residents. All were so happy and entertained. Absolutely love this place as I have visited so many in the search for my dad.

If I could give 10 stars I would for the Waterford. I have a loved one that resides here. I do not have any worries they are very well taken care of. The staff is fantastic, especially Robbin their activities director and Dawn their executive director. They stay on top of holidays and daily activities. And are very supportive of their veterans. Last year Veterans Day 2020 they orchestrated with local restaurants. To get them their meals that they normally would be taken to get before the pandemic. My loved one was overly thankful and happy that Robbin and Dawn did that for them. Awesome place, and staff couldnt ask for better people or place for my loved one.

My wife and I have bee extremely pleased with the Waterford staff and facility since we moved my Mom in over a year and a half ago. Like many of the assisted living facilities during 2020 they met many challenging times but have continued to provide my Mom and other professional care throughout. Dawn and her staff have done wonders throughout providing a healthy, safe and caring environment. Robbin, the Activities Director, continues to provide a wealth of enjoyable mentally and physically challenging activities for residents. Pam has also been a key component to the success of this professional facility. Thanks to the Waterford staff my Mom of 95 years continues to thrive!

Very friendly staff that believes in going above and beyond in helping the residents. Everything from games and activities, hosting events (in a safe manner), and providing transportation services for residents locally to attend doctors appointments.

The staff is taking excellent care of the person I have there. They keep me informed about any changes with him. There are opportunities to go out for lunch, exercise, go shopping, and enjoy walks around the property. I recommend this AL!

We selected the Waterford College Station for my mother because of the leadership of Dawn Fennell. We could tell that she would be easy to work with and responsive to needs and requests. We have not been disappointed. She truly wants what is best for the residents and their families. She has high expectations of the staff, has brought in high quality food service, and has been remodeling the facility. I feel my mother is getting a great quality of care. The activities director Robin also does an amazing job.

This facility is beautiful! I love how its tucked away off of the main road; its even cozier that way. Also, the staff here is so kind and caring. You couldnt ask for better people to care for your loved ones.

I moved my mom into The Waterford in May 2019. It was a scary process because she was in the beginning stages of dementia and I knew it would be very confusing for her. We were met by the sweetest, kindest soul when we entered the facility. She introduced herself as Dawn and she loved on Mom immediately. Dawn, Robbin, Casey, Pam and Elsa are shining stars and have a calling for caring for the elderly. I visited two other facilities before The Waterford. I was literally in tears because I felt like it was all just business. When I walked into The Waterford I knew Mom was ‘home.

The Waterford at College Station was a nice place. The manager took me around, gave me a thorough walkthrough, and it was nice. Some of the rooms had little kitchenettes and some are just studios.

We saw The Waterford at College Station. It's clean. They have lots of activities. They have people who are more involved and less involved than my mother. Their ratio of their caregivers to people is adequate for my mother's needs, I think. They have activities scheduled Monday through Friday. They have activities such as a memory game and history game, and bingo is offered every afternoon. Food is presented well, and if you need assistance, that is adequate as well.

The Waterford at College was beautiful. It was brand new and very modern, but you felt more like you were in a hotel than in an apartment because of the elevators, all the inside rooms, and you went down to the halls to your door. Everything was inside or enclosed. Even though it was new and modern, the room sizes were not as big.

My mom is in assisted living at The Waterford at College Station. We needed a facility closer to us that she would like, and she seems comfortable. She doesn't have any complaints about the staff. She talks about how much she likes them and what a good job they do. We don't have any problems with them, either. The overall impression has been positive. The building is well maintained, clean, and attractive.

The Waterford was a great place. The manager was a super guy. They had assisted living and memory care. The rooms were big, and you got your own bathroom. The food was really good. The staff were very friendly and wonderful. They play bingo and different games. I fell in love with it, and they'll take care of you.
