Had the opportunity to visit Oxford Glen Carrollton on several occasions and the staff are so warm and welcoming. Alise took me on a tour of their community, and it was definitely planned for a "feels like home" feeling. Their community room is very open with lots of natural light, and A piano for residents to play.

My wife has been a resident of Oxford Glen Carrollton for over 3 years and has received excellent care from the first day. I like the physical arrangement of the facility. Each of the five cottages has an assigned attendant and CNA. The facility has a primary nurse, an activity director with an assistant, front desk administrator, kitchen staff, cleaning and janitorial staff and then the primary administrator. Over the years there has been rotation in staffing, but each new hire seems to have the character of care and will take time to be kind. My list of favorites is too long and includes Francise, Jan, Peter, Robert, Shai, Dee, Cinthia, Ishmail, Martha, and so many more. Thank You All for your good hearts and the care you provide for my wife.

Andraya & the care staff (specifically Faith, Judy, & Peter) have been so wonderful in helping my mom transition into memory care. Anytime I have asked for help for her with very specific things, it has been addressed immediately with great communication. They really try to get to know each of the residents individually and their likes, dislikes and needs. It was also VERY important to my family that my mom was able to transition into memory care with her pet so she had something "consistent" in an unfamiliar place. Thank you for being kind to my mom and her dog.... she may not remember what you do for her each day but she definitely remembers how you make her feel!

I looked at dozens of facilities and Oxford Glen of Carrolton was by far the best choice. Now my mother has been there almost a year. The staff are friendly and caring. They stay on top of any of my mothers medical needs or any of my specific requests. The daily activities are engaging for the residents and the staff are supportive and interactive. This is such a lovely community that really cares about their residents. The Grand Baby Project has Babies there and will be putting more in soon. Their staff is amazing, and I can say if my family was in need of care, this is the first place I would look.

I am writing this review from the perspecitve of having had both parents in OG from 2016 until my mum's recent death in November. I live overseas, so getting good and kind care for my folks was hugely important. OG has provided this for me and helped to make an incredibly hard thing that bit eaiser. A large part of this is down to a very kind and consistent group of staff who over nearly 10 years loved and cared for my parents. Christina, Keshia, Peres, Martha and so many others, thank you for that. You are good people. The other thing that has made the facility even stronger is the leadership of Shai who has helped to build the team and make things run well. I would highly recommend them!!

This place is top notch. Best Memory Care in Carrollton. We moved my father here from another memory care and are glad we did. The care he gets now is so much better. We consider his caregivers (like Paris, Rosie and Robert) an extension of the family. Likewise, Toni, Shai, Andraya and Dee are all high quality people and extremely professional.

After numerous tries in different assistant living and memory care centers, my mom finally find the right place for her respite care at Oxford Glen in Carrollton. From the moment you walk in, it is a happy family. The staffs are very professional, helpful and friendly. The executive director is always willing to accommodate my mom stays from a week to months with a spacious clean bedroom. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones!

I used Oxford Glen for a short period of time. From the moment you walk in the door; you are greeted by a wonderful staff. From marketing lady to care manager and executive director and Martha - Everyone is top notch and great at what they do. Extremely professional and quick action when issues happen. Perfect solution for your family needs. If you choose this place you will be in good hands, my mother was in her final days. But above else, she was happy there. Perfect fit for us based on location.

My dad was at Oxford Glen in Carrollton from April, 2021 until January, 2023. The whole staff loved on him and took excellent care of him. They did everything they could to make his time there pleasant. I knew that he was in good hands with them. Everyone treated us like family. Upon my dad’s death I was touched by how many people told me how much they would miss him. Do not hesitate to place your loved one in this facility.

This is a wonderful building. The residents are taken care of and the staff is always pleasant. I go into multiple buildings and staff doesn’t look happy! Not this building, staff is always so helpful and nice, it makes a difference. This building has an administrator who makes the environment a pleasant experience for staff family and residents. I have been very impressed with Oxford Glen. They made sure to prepare my mother and us on what to expect, how to transition her, and what extra services they offer. My mom seems happy and content at Oxford Glen. The staff is very upbeat, always available and keeps us informed daily. They actually have an app where we get updates and pictures throughout the day. I feel confident she is in good hands and they are keeping her safe and happy. I highly recommend Oxford Glen for any family members suffering from memory problems.

After a horrifying experience at another memory care facility, we moved Mom to Oxford Glen 5 months ago. We are so thankful to have her here! Let me start at the top: the administrator serves her residents personally with compassion & respect. That attitude is visible throughout the facility because of her professional leadership. The activities director, marketing director, & nursing director all exhibit this same care. From personal experience I can also testify that they care for the families & their needs as well. The care givers that watch over Mom are very kind & professional---evidence of excellent training & job satisfaction. Activities are a cornerstone of their care & they encourage residents to participate with respect & enthusiasm. They encourage life with purpose by having activities that provide residents with a sense of contributing, of being needed. We have seen Mom greatly encouraged by such an approach to Alzheimer’s care. And yes, Mom is clean. The facility is clean. The care spaces are well-thought out & foster relationships. I give Oxford Glen Carrollton 5 STARS! for OUTSTANDING care & compassion for their residents!! Job Well-Done!
