After numerous tries in different assistant living and memory care centers, my mom finally find the right place for her respite care at Oxford Glen in Carrollton. From the moment you walk in, it is a happy family. The staffs are very professional, helpful and friendly. The executive director is always willing to accommodate my mom stays from a week to months with a spacious clean bedroom. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones!

My dad was at Oxford Glen in Carrollton from April, 2021 until January, 2023. The whole staff loved on him and took excellent care of him. They did everything they could to make his time there pleasant. I knew that he was in good hands with them. Everyone treated us like family. Upon my dad’s death I was touched by how many people told me how much they would miss him. Do not hesitate to place your loved one in this facility.

I used Oxford Glen for a short period of time. From the moment you walk in the door; you are greeted by a wonderful staff. From marketing lady to care manager and executive director and Martha - Everyone is top notch and great at what they do. Extremely professional and quick action when issues happen. Perfect solution for your family needs. If you choose this place you will be in good hands, my mother was in her final days. But above else, she was happy there. Perfect fit for us based on location.

This is a wonderful building. The residents are taken care of and the staff is always pleasant. I go into multiple buildings and staff doesn't look happy! Not this building, staff is always so helpful and nice, it makes a difference. This building has an administrator who makes the environment a pleasant experience for staff family and residents. As someone who toured Oxford Glen Carrollton years ago, I was impressed at that time with the courteous staff and the cleanliness of the community. Years later, I had the opportunity to work there and become a part of the team. Without any bias, I can say that getting to know the staff and the care they provide to the residents is amazing. The community/property was always clean and it smelled fresh and inviting to family members and guests coming to visit (tour) for their loved ones. Ron and his team really do care about what they do and it shows!

Beautiful living quarters and very caring staff are what makes Oxford Glen stand out from the rest. After a horrifying experience at another memory care facility, we moved Mom to Oxford Glen 5 months ago. We are so thankful to have her here! Let me start at the top: the administrator serves her residents personally with compassion respect. That attitude is visible throughout the facility because of her professional leadership. The activities director, marketing director, nursing director all exhibit this same care. From personal experience I can also testify that they care for the families their needs as well. The care givers that watch over Mom are very kind professional---evidence of excellent training job satisfaction. Activities are a cornerstone of their care they encourage residents to participate with respect enthusiasm. They encourage life with purpose by having activities that provide residents with a sense of contributing, of being needed. We have seen Mom greatly encouraged by such an approach to Alzheimers care. And yes, Mom is clean. The facility is clean. The care spaces are well-thought out foster relationships. I give Oxford Glen Carrollton 5 STARS! for OUTSTANDING care compassion for their residents!! Job Well-Done!

This is the most friendlyplace I know for my love ones. They are very Professional and they always have things to do for the residents.They are quick to answer questions and address any concerns that you may have about your love ones and the services that are received. I have been very impressed with Oxford Glen. They made sure to prepare my mother and us on what to expect, how to transition her, and what extra services they offer. Ill be honest: The decision to send our loved one to live in a care center felt like a failure. And if our family was unable to properly care for our loved one (who has more medical issues than just dementia), how, we wondered, could strangers possibly do better? What we found at Oxford Glen Carrollton is so much more than we ever imagined. Dedicated, insightful, diligent, LOVING caretakers. Intelligent, communicative, devoted administrative professionals. Our loved one has blossomed in ways we did not imagine were possible for a 92-year-old dementia patient thanks to the outstanding body-and-mind health care provided by his direct-care staff, the nutritious meals prepared on-site by the chef and his crew and the wide variety of physically- and mentally-engaging activities directed by the Life Enrichment coordinators. I wish every dementia sufferer could live in such a magical place.

Did a tour for employment was very impressed with the facility. Residence all were clean and appeared to be happy. A real unique facility with a home like atmosphere. Would put a loved one of mine there. Staff were all so friendly got a good vibe. Even though though I did not get the job I would still recommend this facility. Go by and take a tour you will be glad you did.
