My Mom and I have experienced nothing but the best at Briarview Assisted Living. The staff, especially Sharnice and Ariel have been most helpful , kind, and thoughtful. Really everyone goes out and of their way to greet you and help in anyway possible. Shirley, the director of entertainment is continually promoting her great activities for the residents. The staff should be encouraged as they continue to work to make Briarview a comfortable place to call home.

The staff at Briarview Senior Living truly have a heart for service. They treat the residents if as they are their very own family members. I have never walked into the community without being met with a warm, welcoming, friendly face. I have been in the senior living industry for over 17 years, and this community is by far the best I have ever encountered. Briarview is not a facility. It is a community of caring people who truly love our older adults.

My parents had been with Briarview since they opened. They started out in assisted living and then moved to memory care. Dementia is a difficult thing to deal with. Sometimes the person with dementia behaves in ways that they wouldn’t if they were healthy, and the staff needs to deal with a variety of behaviors. It was hard for our family when both our elderly parents came down with dementia. The Briarview staff was with us every step of the way. I think what sets Briarview apart is their staff. I think they do a good job of screening the people they hire. These people are some of the unsung heroes of our society….they do a lot of difficult things without complaint, and with compassion. We are thankful that our parents were at Briarview during the last years of their lives

Briarview is a safe and clean living experience for my Father. The staff is friendly and caring and they provide quality service. The food provided is of good quality and has a nice variety to choose from, while still providing some staple meals. The most impressive thing about Briarview is their handling of crisis. They were able to handle both the COVID-19 crisis and the extended power outage due to the Texas winter storm of 2021 with great care for the safety and comfort of the residents. Both of these crisis were extremely difficult for everyone but especially for a Senior Living Facility. Briarview's professionalism and care for its residents truly shone during these difficult times.

My wife has been at Briarview for over a year. She recently moved into the memory care wing. The staff is wonderful and caring. Food is good. There are lots of activities. Medical supervision is excellent. I couldnt imagine a better place for her.

Briarview provided wonderful care for my mom. I give high marks to the facility, food service, medical staff, social environment, caretaker staff and business staff. I wish to particularly recognize Suja Koruthu, Resident Services director, and Diana Garnand, Resident Services Coordinator, who went out of their way to make sure my mom had the best of care, especially at the end of her life when it mattered the most. Briarview is the best, most comprehensive care facility in north Texas, and its staff really cares about its residents.

Visited Memory care with youths from my church, the place is very clean, manager very professional and organized. All staff that were present were very friendly and professional. We were even given a refreshment drink and snacks. Our youths had great experience with the residents. Will definitely go again if opportunity if available. Thanks

I visited the Briarview memory care facility three weeks ago with a youth group from my church. We received a warm and welcoming reception from the staff and director, who was exceptional throughout the event. We look forward to making our next visit.

Briarview is a beautiful community. When you walk in for the first time, you see why residents make it their home. I came on a day when there was live entertainment and residents from assisted living and memory care were enjoying great music, and some residents were even dancing.

Briarview Memory Care is wonderful!! My mother lives here and is very content. The Memory Care Director (Fridah), the Activity Director (Bri), the Medical Technicians, the Certified Nurse Assistants, and the housekeeping staff are like family to us. They not only provide excellent care to the residents but they provide a loving, personal environment for the residents and their families. The facility is very secure to provide a safe environment but it also has a beautiful courtyard and screened in sun room which allows the residents to take walks on the paved walkway, plant flowers, fly kites, and enjoy the sunshine. The staff also encourages residents to participate in games, exercises, and simple tasks to stimulate their minds and to be successful at familiar tasks. There is a kitchen for the residents to help make cookies, brownies, and other treats. There are evening activities such as Family Night so that residents can enjoy a special evening with their family members. I am so thankful that we selected Briarview for my mother and am so grateful for the entire Briarview staff!

I love the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful new cottage where I live. It is great to no longer have to be concerned about a house and everything that goes with that. I love the leadership and the listening ears. Glad I made a so-unlike-me snap decision that has improved my quality of life.
