My parents are in the process of moving into Crestview. What even in the best of circumstances is a very emotional transition, the staff has been so incredibly lovely, helpful, and understanding. They respond to emails/questions promptly. The property is beautifully maintained and they've streamlined the registration process to make it smooth and yet retain the human/compassionate feel. I can't give the staff enough praise for not only making my parents feel cared for and welcome. But also, the rest of our family.

Crestview took excellent care of my dad for the 18 months he resided at the facility. Nurses and all staff were very attentive to my dad's needs. The facility is located approximately one block from St. Joseph's hospital and doctors on 29th St., which made Crestview the best choice for my dad. My dad was able to keep all of his doctors. Transportation is provided to and from doctor appointments, and shopping trips. The facility offers weekly housekeeping, on site laundry and salon services. Laundry and salon costs are extra. All meals and housekeeping are included in the rent. 24 hour nursing staff and 24 hour maintenance is also provided. The staff worked very closely with hospice when my dad required end of life care. The nursing staff are very good at notifying family of any falls or emergency situations regarding your loved one. Our family is very grateful to Crestview for everything they did for my dad during his time there. We would highly recommend Crestview for your loved one's care.

There is a nurse that works the night shift on the skilled nurses wing named [name removed] and she has been having men come see her at night while she is supposed to be working. For over the past year she has had multiple men come see at work and has been using that facility as her own personal motel to have sex with them while at work. I have a family member who has seen this going on and has tried to talk to [name removed] supervisor and has gotten shut down. [name removed] has been caught in the act several times by my family at the Crestview facility doing such sexual acts as physical intercourse and oral intercourse as well. This needs to be addressed and put to an immediate stop. I have contacted the police , Bryan City Hall, and Bryan health department. I am filing a lawsuit against your facility because of [name removed] actions of neglegence and unprofessional work ethics. My family shouldn't have to be hearing or seeing a "so-called" nurse acting like a prostitute at a medical facility, or place of business , period. My family shouldn't have to wait until [name removed] done acting like a prostitute before they are able to get any kind of medical assistance.

I cannot say enough good things about the Crestview Community (Arbor Oaks/Crestview). The facility is beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff throughout the facility is very helpful and everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend this community for anyone considering a retirement and long-term continuum care community.

My mom has only been in the memory care unit for a little over a week , and so far it has been such a welcoming place when we go see her. The staff has been very helpful and caring. The administrators have been very kind and helpful with all the transferring from a different place. It's so peaceful and clean when I go see mom. So far very pleased!!

My dad was at Crestview 2 times to take advantage of the great rehab services after surgeries. I love to tell the story about how he was apprehensive the first time coming here, unsure of being away from home (he was ready to get home after his hospital stay) and being away from his little 4 legged companions. We came to Crestview and got settled in on a Monday. My dad had made it very clear that he was ONLY there to do rehab and that he was "staying and eating in his room everyday and only coming out to exercise". Long story short, BY Wednesday (2 days later) I found my dad in the activity room laughing, joking and thoroughly enjoying the new friends he had just met. The same man who was reluctant to come and who "refused" to participate in anything outside of his room. I tell you this, because my dad embracing his stay, thriving in rehab, and coming home stronger and healthier, happened because of the care and love he received from the staff at Crestview. I will forever be grateful to his nurse, C.N.A., his housekeeper, PT, and his dietary assistant-they all played such a HUGE role in his success here. I remember a few weeks after he left Crestview, we were at church and he was telling someone about his stay and he said "If you ever need to go get stronger, you need to go to Crestview, those folks there really take good care of you". I couldn't agree more. Thank you Crestview!

Coming from a background where I knew absolutely nothing about senior working to experiencing first hand-- I can say this is the best place to live for seniors! I think if I had to choose one best thing about crestview it would be the staff! You may find attractive senior living buildings all around the town but the staff you leave your loved ones with is so significant! Special mention to the CNA's, Housekeeping and maintenance staff! They are extremely kind, sweet and make sure your needs are met timely! definitely recommend this place for your loved one. You will not regret it:)

My Father is a resident at Crestview Retirement Community and loves being there. The caring and compassionate staff watch out for all of the residents and treat them like family members. The food is excellent, and my Father is a "picky" eater! Much of the staff have worked at Crestview for many years and are experienced care providers. We couldn't have picked a better place for my Father!
