From our first point of contact, every person we've had the pleasure to interface with has brought an extraordinary level of excellence, compassion, and dignity to our experience. It is clear that each person on staff takes great pride in and understands the magnitude of their work, and it is similarly clear that the Executive Director and leadership in the community understand the great importance of supporting their wonderful staff in every way possible. We found The Village at the Triangle at a moment of stress and uncertainty in our lives as Alzheimer's rapidly advanced in my Mother, at the height of the pandemic. The team managed this unknown period with absolute skill and grace that perfectly balanced physical and psychological needs. I knew at move in, unequivocally, that my my Mother is receiving the best care possible - far superior to anything I could provide in our home setting. With this knowledge, the impact of The Village reaches far beyond the immediate care they provide. It extends support to my entire family, and allows us the opportunity to show up as our best we possibly can each day - during visits and in the world at large. Now, a couple years later, my mother is living beyond any expectation or dream we ever could have hoped for. The medical attention is thorough, the programming is phenomenal, the food is fine dining, the facilities are sparkling, and - most importantly - my Mother feels very well cared for and at home in the community.

I've known the amazing team at The Village at The Triangle since they were first opened! They have a wonderful team that truly cares about all of the residents, and creating an amazing experience for all that live there. The building is so nice, and it looks and feels like a resort. Every time I go there, the residents are happy and enjoy being there. And all of the team members know them all by name and are very attentive. There aren't many places like The Village, not only in Austin, but the whole country!

This community is just top notch. The staff are excellent, especially under the leadership of Joel Quade - such a wonderful and committed Executive Director. Everything at the community is just so beautiful, with wonderful food and lots of social interaction for the residents. The residents all seem to be so happy to there, and I've had residents tell me that they feel so safe with Joel Quade at the helm. Just a fantastic place. I would live there in a heartbeat.

Our 95 year old mother has been a resident at The Village at the Triangle since it's opening. She has received excellent care...delivered with compassion, skill and understanding. After much searching in the Austin area, we moved my parents into the Village at the Triangle in 2021. It was the best decision we made for their health and their happiness. The exceptional care they offer in all areas has provided us with confidence and comfort that those we love are in good hands. Two years ago my daughter and I started looking at Independent Living locations. After seeing 7 such locations, seeing only 1 that met our expectations, we visited The Village at The Triangle at the suggestion of friends who lived here. It didn't take us long to see the beautiful common areas, dining locations and 1- bedroom apartments to make the decision to sign a lease! Our entire staff, from Maintenance up to Executive Director, is totally commited to excellent service and care for our community. Joel is an outstanding leader, along with his management team and all of the staff. Sarah Turner (the Director of Life Enrichment - Independent Living) did a terrific job managing the Passover Seder for the Jewish community residents and their guests. She coordinated with both the family volunteer who was in charge of the program and chef, ensured each participant had their own subset of the symbol plate items as well as their own copy of the Haggadah and song sheet, each table had a symbol plate, and there was plenty of wine to go with the matzo ball soup, salmon salad, and brisket. The flourless dessert was a great way to end the meal together. Thank you Sarah, and thank you too to Joel Quade, who is the terrific Executive Director/VP of Operations. My Dad and I had a lovely and meaningful evening.

My mom decided (on her own, yay!) to move from our small hometown to my beloved Austin in summer 2021. She visited several properties before choosing independent living at The Village. It's been the best experience for both of us in so many ways! The director's enthusiasm and professionalism trickle down through every staff member—and they care for the residents as if they were family. The facilities are new, stylish and comfortable; the food is delish; the activities director keeps everyone going; and the residents are sincerely welcoming when newbies arrive. My mom has made a new circle of friends and loves the comradery, which she was losing back home as friends died or moved to be near their children. I'm delighted to recommend The Village!

I give the highest praise to the staff and Administration of the Triangle for the masterful job they have done over the past year. The skill and kindness with which they cared for our families in this difficult time will never be forgotten. My mother has lived at the Triangle since it opened both in Independent Living and ultimately in Memory Care. The transition was made during the Pandemic and while difficult under normal circumstances was far more so when family could not participate. My 96 year old mom has lived at the Village at the Triangle since it opened. They have always cared for her like she was a family member. Joel and his team are wonderful to work with, and I know Mom is safe and happy at the Village. During the Covid shutdown the staff went above and beyond to make sure the residents were protected from illness. They were one of the first facilities to acquire and distribute the vaccine! Then we went through the terrible week of snow, ice, and water problems. While others were worried about their elderly parents, I knew my mom was receiving the best care available. Her favorite part was when they delivered the meals to her apartment! Joel wrote daily updates to reassure us, and many of the team members volunteered to spend the night there so they could keep working. That is loyalty! I cant say enough how much I appreciate all the staff at the village! They have made my moms golden years happy ones!

It can be difficult having to place your loved one into assisted living. A couple of years and a few of moves, we finally found Joel and his team at the Parc in the Village at the triangle. Mom is in great hands and is very safe. Recent events such as the pandemic and more recently, unprecedented storms, weve seen how well this community cares for its residents. We feel very blessed to this level of attention, care and responsiveness. Its like we have an extension of our own family looking after mom when were unable to.

I have known since the day we moved here (18 months ago) that we had made a good decision. However this past week of un-Austinly weather has made Larry and me see so very clearly why The Village gets top ratings. Joel Quade, our Captain Q, runs the ship with a smart, caring, steady hand and the staffs attention to all of our needs has been astonishing. Many of the staff were stranded at home, of course, but Joel had the foresight to have vital staffers sleep here during the snowmageddon: the concierge, two building maintenance men, the chefs, and a handful of servers. Even without food delivery trucks we were provided with 3 tasty and nutritious meals a day. We never lost power and when our water supply went out along with the rest of the city, we were given fresh water, and our other water needs were met. Amazing! To me , efficient and excellent management and service matter, along with living with a warm and compatible group of great residents. So thanks to all who make it possible for us to share life at our Village.

Life doesnt get any better than it does at The Village at the Triangle! Even in the midst of the extreme weather we all suffered through, we were well taken care of, fed three hot meals a day and always greeted with (masked) smiles by the dedicated staff, many of whom stayed here for several days without going home. During the past snow and ice episode here in Austin, Texas, the staff at the Village at the Triangle could not have been more professional and helpful. Our building never lost electricity, but it did lack water pressure and potable water for several days. Because most roads were impassible, numerous staff members spent the night at the building, away from their homes and their own families. We never missed a meal; meals were delivered to our apartments three times each day, hot and tasty. The staff provided bottled water on demand and even brought buckets of water from the swimming pool to refill the tanks of our toilets. Going further, RCM Senior Living allowed friends and family a warm place to sleep for those who lost electricity and water during the worst of the storm. I have never seen anything like the level accommodation and service we experienced! It was beyond exceptional!

During the worst winter storm in the history of Texas, the Village at the Triangle never presented any problems to the residents including my parents. They had heat, power and food and they were safe and sound. Even before that, the integration of all of the cultural, wellness, and hospitality features of this Independent Living facility are all well managed, secure and provide a sense of ease to my parents. My parents have found a little group of friends there. Every time I go there, the staff are so courteous to my parents. Heck, Id like to live there sometimes! im jealous of my parents for getting to live there! 🙂

My mother has lived at The Village at The Triangle in an independent apartment since May 2019. The last year has been incredibly difficult - first navigating the global pandemic with a residents in the most vulnerable age group, and then most recently dealing with a severe ice and snow storm that knocked out power and water for much of Texas. The staff have been fabulous throughout. Joel, Executive Director, communicates clearly and regularly with residents and families via email. We always know the status of every situation. He kept the residents as safe as possible by enforcing policies to minimize risk. He was proactive in working with a local pharmacy to provide Covid vaccines before the December holidays, and by mid-January, all residents and staff who wanted the vaccine had access to both doses. Although many of my family lost power andor water during the February 2021 snow and ice storm, The Village retained electricity and heat the entire time. They did experience some issues with water supply, so immediately delivered bottled water and water for other needs. I never had to worry about my mother, while we dealt with our own power outage. She was in a safe place, and I knew that I would hear from Joel immediately if there were any issues. In normal times, The Village is a great place with many amenities like exercise and wellness classes, on-site medical care, dining services, and transportation to events and appointments. But nothing compares to knowing that my precious mother is cared for in difficult times. She loves her Village friends and the dedicated staff. I hope for Joels and the staffs sake, we all get back to a much-deserved normal time soon.

When we moved to Austin in 2013, we looked first for an independent living facility for my mother, Betty. When we visited the facility run by Joel Quade at that time, we knew we had found the right place. In 2017, my mother in law moved in. Joel and his staff were exemplary. Our mothers were always delighted. When Joel opened the Village at the Triangle, we knew it was only a matter of time before we would be moving our mothers. Moving two apartments furnishings was no small task but Joel and his staff were incomparable and we felt that our mothers deserved only the best. If you think 2020 and Covid 19 were difficult to navigate, imagine how much work it would be to run a multi level care facility. But Joel and his staff were incomparable. Our mothers were safe and happy. Since we have two mothers at the Village at the Triangle, take my five star rating and double it! The Great Texas S**t Show of 2021 brought untold misery to Austin. But once again the Triangle staff made sure every resident was fed, watered, and warm. The extraordinary efforts to care for our mothers was only possible because the dedicated staff did the impossible. They left their homes and families during a blizzard to take care of our family. Finding Joel Quade and his crew of super heroes in 2013 was our luck.Moving our mothers again in 2019 to Joels new facility was a no brainer: we werent going to find people like the Triangle staff anywhere else. We know there is not another dedicated team like the Triangle team anywhere in Austin. In fact, I dare you to find a better team anywhere else!

My wife is in memory care at The Triangle. Moving her there was the hardest thing I have done in my life after 50 years of marriage. Even with multiple caregivers at home, she needed more care than we could provide. I have been very pleased with the The Triangle. My satisfaction was amplified during the week of February 14, 2021 when Austin was hit with a devastating week long ice storm and subfreezing temperatures including power and water outages as well as food shortages. I was very worried about her, but the dedication of those who work at The Triangle was amazing. The ongoing communications to families were a welcome relief, and I knew she was under exceptional care even under the most difficult circumstances. When I finally saw my wife at the end of it all, she said what storm…. Since my wife is unable to be at home any longer, I am happy our family chose The Triangle. It fits the definition of a home away from home.

I have had relatives in various care communities and The Village is absolutely the best. The team and leadership are exemplary and the facility itself is gorgeous. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to ensure their loved one gets the beat care possible in a truly lovely environment. And their response to the COVID scare has been excellent. They took significant preventative measures early and have done a great job keeping us informed. During Austins recent historic winter weather, again, excellent communication and consideration to ensure our family members were safe and we were well-informed.

Happy 2nd Anniversary to The Village at The Triangle! We want to take this opportunity to say Happy Birthday to the Triangle and to express our most sincere gratitude for everything Joel Quade, director, does for our mothers.We have found that dealing with aging parents has its own very steep learning curve. Each situation is unique and requires a great deal of flexibility. And it requires luck. Lots and lots of luck. We were the lucky senior children who first met Joel Quade and his outstanding staff at the Atria at the Arboretum in the spring of 2013. Once we walked into the Atria lobby and met the staff we knew it was the only place for my mother, Betty, to call home in Austin. A few years later, it was time for Judys mother, Mildred, to move closer to us and there was no question where she would call home. However, when Joel and his team moved on and opened the Triangle facility we knew what we had to do...move the mothers! Now, Judy and I can honestly say that while we wished we could have moved Betty and Mildred to the Triangle the day it opened, we can truthfully say, we got them here as soon as we could! Our mothers are blessed with caregivers from Heaven and the entire staff at the Village has to be the benchmark for elder care. You have made our lives so much easier and we know that our mothers could not possibly get better care anywhere else. We are the lucky ones. Thanks for all that you do, and if I have one request? Today Im writing to commend the fabulous staff for taking such great care of our 2 moms as they navigated the freeze and water loss in the city of Austin. Luckily they have a generator so we werent worried about power. However, the water outage was a feature of the storm throughout Austin. The Captain of the Team Joel made sure he wrote emails each day explaining the progress they were making. They delivered bottles of water to each apartment and also brought water from the pool to facilitate toilet flushing. Luckily this was only a couple of days. The team at the Triangle have been through a once in a Century Pandemic and now a once in a Century freeze in TX. We never worried for a minute because they are so on top of things and work tirelessly to make sure the residents are safe. Thank you to Joel Quade and his incredible team of dedicated employees.

I find the staff very friendly and helpful. We were lucky during the recent severe weather problem (February 2021). Even though many in the city had no food or water, we had heat and electricity at all times. Our biggest problem was the water. First we didnt have any, then when it started flowing we did not have hot water. Some staff stayed overnight to make sure that we had bottled water and warm food during the ice and snow storm. Finally, everything turned out well, and we were well-cared-for the entire time. Also Joel, the Executive Director, is so involved in our care. We were blessed to get the first Covid vaccine before the December holidays and the second in mid-January. It is a wonderful place to live. Kitty (resident)

The Village is great -- not only is it convenient, but Joel runs a very good ship, and I spent 15 years in medical administration at a very large institution in Texas. As one of my former CEO bosses said when we were building an institution: you are only as good as those by whom you surround yourself - and The Village has done that. We are lucky to have it in Austin.

I moved my mother-in-law here to independent living during the height of COVID. I have been nothing but very pleased since then. The facility is beautiful and the food is fantastic. The people are caring, compassionate, and qualified. The director and his staff heroically ran the facility during the recent ice storm. They never left and worked tirelessly around the clock. I am so grateful that we are a part of this community.

It was nice to know my Aunt was well taken care of during the Snowpacolypse 2021. Having frequent updates via email was such a great outreach to inform a lot of residents and family members the status of power, food and water day-by-day. Even though we were lucky and had little to no issues, knowing that my Aunt was taking care of by a team of professionals that were willing to sleep over to make sure everyone was safe and healthy took so much worry off my plate so I could focus on my 86 year old Mother. I am grateful we found The Village at The Triangle.

My parents have lived at The Village for over a year now. They have received excellent care at all times. There are always activities going on to keep them busy and they have made lots of new friends. The directors and staff are all very professional and deliver the highest level of care and customer service. They have always gone above and beyond to be sure that my parents receive the highest level of care. I like to think of it as The Four Seasons of assisted living and I would highly recommend to anyone considering.

My parents sold their home in Westlake and moved into The Village at the Triangle in November 2018. They Love it. I describe it as a combination of a luxury hotel meets cruise ship. The cleanliness, bright, happy atmosphere, delicious food, housekeeping, bridge, exercise room, movies and superior management all contribute to keep my parents happy (not an easy task) and confirm this was the right decision and the very best place in Austin. Im amazed at the parties with special foods to match the occasion along with music and decorations. The dedicated staff have patience, a wonderful attitude and creativity to create constant celebrations. Thank you Joel and the entire staff

The Village at the Triangle is a great senior living community! As a care manager it is nice to have a community that has consistently provided excellent care to our clients. We have been happy with all of the staff from management to direct care staff, overall an amazing community to work with and place to live.

We have been here since Dec. 2018 and offer the upmost praise for Joel and his staff at the Village at the Triangle. Keep up the good work. I have seen a negative report about some of the ladies on the front desk but I would like to say that have found them all to be very friendly and most helpful.
