The staff on all levels are very kind and helpful no matter the questions.The place is very clean and they respond quickly if something needs to be fixed. There’s a wide choice of activities to choose from: art classes , games like Majong,exercises like Tai Chi,entertainers of all musical types,,cultural entertainment and holiday activities of many cultures. The clients are very smart even though some have some disabilities but people mingle and talk in a variety of places on campus. I feel at home here , safe and excited to participate in things at the site or excursions away from here. It’s really worth coming and living here! Tyann B.

Walking into the beautiful, bright, well-decorated lobby, with a view of the outside terrace, one gets a very favorable impression. The executive management is exceptional”very professional and, at the same time, very personal, knowing all of the residents, and listening to their concerns. This community has been since opening in 2018 and continues to be completely stellar. It’s beautiful, perfectly located, but more and most importantly, it has long tenured staff members starting with those people in leadership roles which has allowed them to create an extremely positive culture and atmosphere for those who have made The Village their community of choice. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and my mother could not be happier to be a part of this vibrate and very well managed community.

My wife and I have toured several senior living communities over the past few months, and I can honestly say that The Village at the Triangle stood out from the moment we walked through the front door. The first thing we noticed was how genuinely warm and welcoming everyone was. The concierge greeted us with a smile, several residents stopped to say hello and share their experiences, and our salesperson made us feel like we were old friends rather than prospective residents. It never felt pushy, it felt like people were proud of where they live and excited to show us around. The community itself is beautiful. The architecture has a modern, upscale feel while still feeling warm and comfortable. The common areas are bright and inviting, with comfortable seating, elegant d©cor, and tons of windows that let in plenty of natural light. The outdoor spaces were just as impressive, with lovely terraces, landscaped walking paths, and peaceful areas to sit and enjoy the day. We especially liked the fact that it is located close to restaurants, shopping, and everything Central Austin has to offer. The apartments exceeded our expectations. They are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and feel more like luxury condominiums than senior living apartments. We loved the large windows, beautiful kitchens with quartz countertops, walk-in showers, modern finishes, and private balconies. Everything felt bright, open, and carefully planned for comfortable everyday living. One of the biggest reasons this community impressed us is that they offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care all in one place. Knowing that additional support is available if our needs ever change provides tremendous peace of mind. It is reassuring to know you don't necessarily have to leave the community and the friends you've made if more care becomes necessary. The amenities were another highlight. The restaurant, caf©, fitness center, heated pool, Sky Lounge, activity spaces, concierge service, housekeeping, and full calendar of social events made it feel more like a luxury resort than a retirement community. It was easy to picture staying active, making new friends, and truly enjoying life here. After our visit, my wife and I left saying the same thing: "This feels right.". The beautiful community is certainly impressive, but it was the kindness of the staff and residents that made the biggest impression on us.

My wife and I wanted to get on a list for an independent living facility and did some research around Austin. The first place we looked was the Village At The Triangle. When we looked at other places, nothing else could compare. Before department came open, my wife had to spend some time in a memory care facility. Once again, I did some research And looked at about four or five memory care facilities and kept on coming back to the Village At The Triangle. After she passed, I was contacted that an apartment had come available for me. At 79 I was not sure if I was ready for an independent living situation, however, when I was shown the apartment, it was exactly what I was looking for and looking back. It was the best decision I could’ve made for myself. The people here really look out for each other, and I have felt very much at home in the community. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly, and I cannot recommend the Village At The Triangle more highly.

INDEPENDENT LIVING: The physical property is secure, very nice and well maintained. The "independent living apartments" are modern, great in layout and size and generally wonderful . The food, from my personal experience and from speaking to my relatives, longtime Austin friends and others who have relatives at the Triangle, the food served is acceptable but by no means "delicious" or "anything special" on a regular basis. Food comments range from "pretty good to OK to not good" and I know residents frequently complained to the Executive Staff about the food. The dining room is very small, has limited hours and feels cramped when eating or even when walking to a table. The posted hours of the dining room actually mean to be there 30 mins prior to closure time because if you arrive for example 15 minutes before closing you may or may not be seated. The activities are fine but given that this is considered a luxury setting, I would say the activities are pretty run of the mill i.e. lots of bridge, some movies and a few excursions off property. The front desk at the Triangle (which in my view is really in charge of so many things important to the residents) is very good and the everyday staff are very friendly and try hard to please the residents. However, many similar high cost facilities have people onsite to help with minor lifting and minor manual tasks. The Triangle, not so much and while not specifying that it really only wants very healthy residents, that became clear over time. For example, In the event of a minor stumble and fall and difficulty in getting back up (common for many seniors), the Triangle leaves you on your own to call 911 EMS and request lift service which will result in a costly bill from the city. In dealing with the Executive Staff, I recommend caution in general. Understand that the Executive Staff's focus is "occupancy" to keep not only independent living apartments filled but also to fill the assisted living apartments. Be clear as to who has authority to speak on behalf of your resident relative or friend. ASSISTED LIVING: Before moving to or renting an assisted living apartment, inspect the apartment or one identical to renting way in advance of move-in or you may be surprised with the apartment after you move-in. I found the assisted living at the Triangle to be a VERY POOR VALUE PROPOSITION. Very high cost, marginally acceptable apartments, marginal security, little to no daily resident care-giving activities but with MANAGED MEDICATION and a BUTTON to push for "service" wherein someone would respond usually within about 20 minutes to inquire as to your request who then leaves to notify the appropriate person who will likely appear after another 20 minute wait. This was the pattern regardless of the type of request.

My mother, who is visually impaired, has lived at the Village (independent living) now for several years. We have been very pleased. As one resident told me as she was calling to check on my mom after a recent surgery: we are not just a community, we are a family. Most of the people there, staff and residents alike, embody that genuine caring, loving atmosphere, and that makes this place feel like a home. I found the facility to be clean, festive, and happy. There are always holiday related decorations, music, and events. Everything feels first class. What I like most is that every time I walk in, I smile because I can sense the joy and life here. I found the Village to be professional and well run. When my mom needed some extra help temporarily, there were easily accessible "extra" services that were seamless. I highly recommend this place.

She lived in Independent living for three and then moved to Assisted Living and then Memory care. The facilities and the staff are first rate. Wow, this is a beautiful community, gorgeous on the inside and out. The location is amazing and the staff are all friendly. I toured with Jenny and was amazed by the views, floor plans and accommodations. I would recommend contacting Jenny (call and ask for her, that’s how I got to tour) to anyone because she is knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with.

My mother was a resident at Triangle’s Memory Care for six years. Before choosing Triangle we carefully checked out other memory care facilities. Many were good, but none seemed to equal the level of personalized care at Triangle. After she had been there for a month, we definitely knew that Triangle dramatically exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, clean, and well-kept. But what they really excel in is hiring caring, compassionate staff who truly love the guests and treat them with dignity, patience, dedication and individualized care. Joel, who manages Triangle, knows all the guests and is very careful about consistently hiring only the best people. Highly recommend this place.

I think the village is a top-notch well run residence, but I would suggest your residence guess be offered a permanent easy sign in option. I will be coming to see Henry frequently and it is rather cumbersome to go through that security check “ please consider.

My Dad has been living in the memory care unit for about seven months and we have been over-the-moon happy with the care. He loves the food, has a great report with the aides and medical staff, and above all is safe and cared for. My sister and I appreciate the prompt and honest interactions we have with his medical team; they are open to hear our experiences (even when they're not 100% positive) and answer all our questions. The memory care activities team works hard to have lots of programming for him and the facility itself is really nice. Highly recommend looking to see if The Village at the Triangle is right for your loved one.

A place that feels like home. You immediately feel welcome, smiling faces walking around everywhere, employees and residents alike. Smells amazing. They have tons of amenities and living spaces. The residents also have a lot of engaging activities and they had gorgeous wreaths on their doors for Easter. Would not hesitate to move here and move a family member to The Village at the Triangle. Out of all the Senior Livings I’ve visited, they stand out across the board!!!

This community is just top notch. The staff are excellent, especially under the leadership of Joel Quade - such a wonderful and committed Executive Director. Everything at the community is just so beautiful, with wonderful food and lots of social interaction for the residents. The residents all seem to be so happy to there, and I've had residents tell me that they feel so safe with Joel Quade at the helm. Just a fantastic place. I would live there in a heartbeat.

It is clear that each person on staff takes great pride in and understands the magnitude of their work, and it is similarly clear that the Executive Director and leadership in the community understand the great importance of supporting their wonderful staff in every way possible. We found The Village at the Triangle at a moment of stress and uncertainty in our lives as Alzheimer’s rapidly advanced in my Mother, at the height of the pandemic. The team managed this unknown period with absolute skill and grace that perfectly balanced physical and psychological needs. I knew at move in, unequivocally, that my my Mother is receiving the best care possible - far superior to anything I could provide in our home setting. With this knowledge, the impact of The Village reaches far beyond the immediate care they provide. It extends support to my entire family, and allows us the opportunity to show up as our best we possibly can each day - during visits and in the world at large. Now, a couple years later, my mother is living beyond any expectation or dream we ever could have hoped for. The medical attention is thorough, the programming is phenomenal, the food is fine dining, the facilities are sparkling, and - most importantly - my Mother feels very well cared for and at home in the community.
