Had a wonderful experience with Sodalis. Everyone made me feel so comfortable while I was searching for a place for my grandfather. We both loved the experience we received and the staff is so compassionate with the residents and resident guests! Kelly went above and beyond for us and made us feel like family. They gave me peace of mind during a difficult time and I can't thank them enough!!

We took a tour of Sodalis today and I thought it was amazing! It is a beautiful community. Kelly was very nice and went our of her way to make us feel comfortable. She gave us all the information we needed, and we decided we definitely want our grandmother to reside in this community. We feel that we can rest our current worries knowing that she is being taken care of by people who love their job! We are very excited to join the family!

Sodalis Oak Hill (southwest Austin, Texas) is an excellent caring assisted living facility. I'm proud of the generous, caring and professional way they have been taking care of my 98 year old mother. I highly recommend them compared to many other facilities that I've personally visited.

Sodalis Oak Hill is the definition of making a place feel like a home. The staff at this community give inspiration for the future of healthcare. The community interaction and the unwavering notability of personalization is the reason there is no question, if asked, this is where, when needed-anyone would want to call home.

My Grandmother was here for many years for their general care and then to the memory care center. The Crossing's facilities and staff were incredible and made this process so smooth. They were incredibly accommodating and took such great care of her. Candace and her team truly care and I would recommend this facility for any loved ones.

I have worked with clients and staff at Legacy Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care for the past 3+ years and it is my favorite facility to be in. It is CLEAN, does not smell, I often eat their cuisine myself, and the staff is truly invested in the wellbeing of the community that lives there. I have come to know many who partner in caring for my clients at Legacy Oaks,, and I hope to have the same level of care in my own later years. My clients have been comfortable and they look forward to the friendly faces that come in throughout the day. Its been an incredibly sweet experience.

My mother stayed here for a respite care visit and liked it that she moved here! The community has nice apartments with lots of windows, enrichment activities ranging from games to trips to celebrations to arts and crafts - and more. The community is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and caring. There is a lovely courtyard to sit in and enjoy. Family is welcome to interact with the events, eat with their person! I think Legacy Oaks South has been an excellent choice for my mother!

This is one of the best facilities in Texas. I highly recommend a visit if you are interested in an assisted living facility. The staff here is excellent, the food is delicious, and the scenery is gorgeous.

Management staff turnover has been very bad over the past year. So far there have been three executive directors in the past 12 months. There has also been a number of wellness directors during this same time. While theres that level of turnover the general staff is more stable. That said Im generally happy with the level of care that my mom receives in memory care.

A co-worker recommended Legacy Oaks to me as both of her parents were there. My mother has been there one year now in the Assisted Living section but needing additional care and attention. Turnover seems to be low and everyone on staff seems to know her name and will STOP what they are doing to assist her, you. The Admin folks are sincere, committed , intelligent and friendly. The guy that answers the phone is a real multi-tasker. The dining room, game and reading areas are nice on two floors, there is LOTS to do and staff pop in and out to see how youre doing. Laundry is done, showers given, meds disbursed, perms given in the beauty shop, help provided when you push the button on the chain around your neck, all in a gentle respectful way. People bring dogs and go from room to room for hugs and licks (BIG hit!). Weekly trips to HEB and other places are provided in their bus. LO opened in Sept of 15 so new and modern. Few rookies on staff. I HIGHLY recommend your parents or loved ones staying there.

Legacy Oaks of Lakeway is a fantastic assisted living home. The building is brand new and equipped with the most modern items and equipment to help our seniors. Molly and Nikki take a huge interest in the residents and their quality of care. I have to say, since the new management team arrived Lagacy Oaks is much better than before. Ive attended events there and thought the food was very good. There is always a ton of events planned on the Activies Calendar for the residents. If you or your parents are looking for a higher level of care than look no further. Legacy Oaks is a wonderful community.
