We had a nice visit today with my former neighbor of 42 yrs. Her little apt.was very nice & all the staff members were friendly & accommodating. The entire place was spotless & all the tenants seemed to be enjoying themselves.

My mother just moved into the Arli gton complex. Glenda, the moving coordinator, was extremely helpful and checked on her a few times. The residents went out if their way to make her feel welcomed.

I had such a good time playing a foursome of bridge with friends today who live at Town Village Crossing. The facility is so clean and welcoming and the food was GREAT. Looking forward to doing it again soon!

I moved my sister here to be closer to our family. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful with her transition. It is a comfort that so many people are looking after her needs and I am only a few minutes away. Very encouraging to go visit our friends that live here. The staff is polite and courteous to everyone. Their goal is to encourage each individual that lives there or comes to visit. We had an enjoyable time.

It’s a relatively nice facility with decently sized apartments. However, some of the staff have been at times standoffish and don’t listen well. The food has become a big issue as well. I have two relatives living here. Since they moved in, the facility has cut the amount of meals included and drastically reduced portions. The other day a shrimp salad was served contains about 1/4 cup of greens and 4 micro-shrimp. That is not a meal.

Visiting my friend in Town Village Crossing was a pleasant experience. Grounds and facility are clean and a pleasing atmosphere. Residence are friendly! For all the activities going on it is relatively quiet. My friend lives next to the salon which can get rather loud! That’s us gals!. I am happy to know Fred has a clean, friendly, safe place to live. Thank you for making such a place as this available for our Sr. citizens.

Staff is caring, food is delicious and environment is inviting. Residents can be as active and involved as they choose. There's always something happening. Mom has been here nearly five years and we've felt this was a great decision for her from Day One.

Terrible service I would not recommend Town village crossing to any senior they only do busyin spite of themselves [name removed] is not a person I would recommend for the front desk she is terrible at assisting people asking for direction and no knowledge of the whereabouts of people living in the home she needs a course in compassion.

We've had a family member at Town Village for 4 years now and I've been very impressed with the staff and facilities. The building is clean and the staff offers multiple activities for the residents. Staff members are always helpful and friendly. Overall, a positive experience.

I just moved my dad here, and so glad I did! He was greeted with a great staff and residents. He loves the food, activities, and the resident dog Tucker. The rooms come with full size closets and appliances. He is very happy here and that makes me know he is in the right place.

My mom just moved in today and the experience has been superior. The staff left us sandwiches knowing we would be tired and hungry from the move. Many of the residents told us how happy they were living at Town Village. It seems that everyone enjoys the food.

My Mother is so happy at TVC! The staff is amazing; so attentive and caring. We visited several other very nice facilities but the minute we walked into TVC she knew it's where she wanted to be. We made the right decision.

I looked at many Senior Living Centers and decided to choose Town Village Crossing (TVC). I love living here. The residents are friendly as is the Staff who are genuinely concerned for the residents’ well being and are always ready to try and accommodate our needs & wants. TVC offers several spacious apartments with varied floor plans. Their 1BR/1Bath with study is perfect for my needs. There are many activities in which we can participate such as cards, games, puzzles, Silver Sneakers, etc. I enjoy the art & crafts classes & the Book Club the most. The Chef prepares delicious meals iis a brought to the table by a friendly serving staff. The grounds are beautiful and wonderfully kept with many places to enjoy the outdoors. The fact that pets are allowed at TVC was a big plus to me. I’m glad I live here at Town Village Crossing. It was the right choice for me.

I am very impress when the staff are able to provide the residents with there meals in their rooms. When the resident aren't able to ambulate to the dining room. Staff is very friendly. The front receptionist always addressing everyone that walks into the facility.
