Terrible service I would not recommend Town village crossing to any senior they only do busyin spite of themselves [name removed] is not a person I would recommend for the front desk she is terrible at assisting people asking for direction and no knowledge of the whereabouts of people living in the home she needs a course in compassion.

My mom just moved in today and the experience has been superior. The staff left us sandwiches knowing we would be tired and hungry from the move. Many of the residents told us how happy they were living at Town Village. It seems that everyone enjoys the food.

Town Village Crossing in Arlington is such a welcoming facility! The staff was accommodating and friendly and professional. The residents are happy and rave about living there and are very pleased with the chef and staff. The facility is immaculate and very impressive

We have been to Town Village Crossing several times to visit friends and are so impressed! It is beautiful and perfectly kept. I love following you on face book to see the fun activities, especially when I see a picture of our friends. From everything I see and hear, you have created a wonderful community.

This facility is phenomenal. The staff knew her first name and the people staying there we passed greeted her cordially. The facility is top notch clean with a great looking dining room. Plenty of outside sitting in tranquil setting. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

I looked at many Senior Living Centers and decided to choose Town Village Crossing (TVC). I love living here. The residents are friendly as is the Staff who are genuinely concerned for the residents’ well being and are always ready to try and accommodate our needs & wants. TVC offers several spacious apartments with varied floor plans. Their 1BR/1Bath with study is perfect for my needs. There are many activities in which we can participate such as cards, games, puzzles, Silver Sneakers, etc. I enjoy the art & crafts classes & the Book Club the most. The Chef prepares delicious meals iis a brought to the table by a friendly serving staff. The grounds are beautiful and wonderfully kept with many places to enjoy the outdoors. The fact that pets are allowed at TVC was a big plus to me. I’m glad I live here at Town Village Crossing. It was the right choice for me.

I moved in last April and we were looking at another community during the time. On a whim, we decided to go to Town Village Crossing and see what they had to offer. We were so glad to stumble upon this community! We chose Town Village because its clean, well-kept, and great management. I love the people and we were greatly accepted. Everyone here is nice and friendly.

I love that place, I love the people, I love the staff, I love the residents- it is a welcoming environment from all the folks there. There is just an at home feeling as soon as you walk through the door from the Executive Director Candy Smith right down to the maintenance crew and every last resident shows you their abundant sense of hospitality to anyone they meet. It is a very beautiful and clean place to live and work, it is in the heart of a big city but has a small town feel to it that would be inviting to anyone looking for their future home. Im not quite old enough yet to live there but it is definitely in my sites for the future. I hope to be a part of the community for a very long time!Belinda D.

Just like the kitchen is the heart of the home, so The Nook is the heart of Town Village Crossing. With a welcoming warmth, The Nook offer residents a wide variety of --- well, of everything. If you need a cup of coffee, some popcorn or a sandwich, the Nook is your go-to place. Cards, cookies, or a game of Scrabble - youll find all of them at the Nook.But perhaps the most genuine feeling I get in the Nook is a sense of belonging. Im always greeted with a smile, called by name, and always know Im at home.It doesnt get better than that.

One of the greatest assets is that the staff is friendly, very helpful, very caring, and very hardworking. The apartments are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped adequately to be able to prepare anything you might want. I enjoy the landscaping and the flower beds, they make it feel like home. The transportation program is very easy to use and I am able to make appointments fairly easy.

Ive lived at Town Village Crossing for over 6 years now...my best friend lived here for over 10 years, and she told me that it was the best place in town. When it was time to move into a retirement community, I already knew Town Village was the place for me. I had several friends that lived here, and they helped make the transition so much easier for me. My adult children live here locally, but, they have so much peace of mind knowing that I am living in such a wonderful community. I was able to give up my car and still attend social outings outside of the community (Womans Club, Drs appointments, etc); because of the amazing transportation services. They also have a great beauty salon right here in the community. I strongly encourage anyone searching for retirement living to come to Town Village.

The atmosphere is what stood out from my first trip to Town Village Crossing. The smile and caring attitude of the staff here is contagious, & I rarely notice a frown on a residents face. The amenities include two meals a day, free transportation, house keeping, and maintenance & many choices to participate in games & entertainment. We have participated as a community member with Brookdale over the past 7 years, and have found them to be Professional, caring, welcoming and willing to accommodate us in all our needs. I am on a Senior Adult Leadership Team with Fielder Church, which meets biannually. Brookdale has provided us a meeting room to conduct business, and planning for six months. They have provided a meal for us and do everything they can to make our meeting a success. I am so grateful for the association with Brookdale.
