When you walk in you can feel the love in the air. All the staff from the Executive Director to the Caregivers are warm and caring. The receptionist greets you with a smile and helpful nature. The Nurse and Caregivers love and care for the residents who are treated like family. I recommend Legacy Living of Arlington for anyone needing a secured memory care community for loved ones with dementia or Alzheimers.

My Mom was a day stay at Legacy Living and we also used them for respite care a few times. Mom was always treated with kindness and respect. Always greeted with hugs. She was always clean and freshly changed when picked up. Legacy Living was a blessing to our family.

This community is a gift to our friend and his family. It was becoming impossible to care for my neighbor for his wife, she started looking for help and found Legacy Living. She and her family decided this would be the best decision for everyone involved. We are all able to visit, even non family, and you can see he and the other patients are clean and well cared for. Thank God for Legacy Living...thank you.

Im pleased with the care my father gets here. They offer stimulating activities and encourage socialization. There is a safe area outside for residents who like to wander. I would recommend this community for loved ones who have dementia or Alzheimers.

Great place, my dad is doing much better here than at another facility previously. Recommended by the state Ombudsman, specifically this location.

My mother has been at Legacy for 5 years. I am very impressed with the way she is treated here. The staff looks after her like she was their own mother. She loves the food and even enjoys the games they play. I like the fact that not only is the facility clean, it smells good as well. Her room is very homey and she loves to get to watch her favorite shows all day long if she wants. She is treated to a spa treatment daily and is very pampered there. Im glad we found Legacy to watch over mom.

I have my wife in Legacy Living Memory Care since July 2017. I researched numerous facilities online and touring. A lot of the memory care facilities were not secure (i.e. patients could leave without anyone knowing. A lot of these facilities accept residents other than memory care). Most of them had a strong odor of fecis and urine which is a sign the residents werent being properly cared for. I have never been at Legacy Living Memory Care and detected any odor of urine or fecis. a policy wherein they do a post check every hour and take necessary action to clean and change the residents. I cannot say enough about the staff at Legacy Living being kind, caring and concerned about each and every resident. Memory care can be very strenuous not only on family but the staff at Legacy Living. Last but not least. The food is top notch. It is prepared on site and when it is close to a meal time the residents are ready to eat. I have been associated with several health care facilities and this is a Blue Ribbon facility. They are small enough that the staff at all levels know the residents by name. If you have a loved one who has either dementia or Alzheimers I would strongly recommend a tour and see for yourself.

My dear friend had no family to care for her when it became unsafe for her to live alone. She had lived alone for over 40 years and I wasnt sure how she would adjust to living in a facility. She has almost been there 2 years and she really enjoys living there. She feels safe, enjoys the activities and really loves the food. I have been really pleased with her care and the family friendly atmosphere. The love the staff shows my friend is so amazing and comforting.

My mom has been a resident at Legacy Living for almost three years. It has been and continues to be the perfect place for us. She receives attentive care and seems to thrive there. Whenever I visit, almost every employee who walks by greets her by name and several of them stop and chat with her. Just last week, she leaned toward me and said I have to tell you something. I said, OK, what? She said, Its fun here. That comment did my heart a world of good. The staff are always trying to keep her involved in life and she responds well to their efforts. I definitely recommend Legacy Living as a place to help your loved one and your family through the challenge of living with memory loss.

Not only do the administrators and caregivers at Legacy Living take care of my mom, they really care about her! That gives my family and me great peace of mind! No matter when I show up during the day to visit my mom, there is lots of nurturing, fun activities and good food. The awesome staff is consistently friendly and helpful and makes us feel like we are all one big family!! Love this place!
