Every time I have visited this place it always smells good. The staff from management down is super professional, and nice. The food is always well presented. Not like nursing home food. This is a very amazing place.

Castlerock is just fantastic. Our family can't say enough great things about this place and the staff. Every staff member has the residents best interest at heart and it shows. We had an issue with an outside agency coming in to see our mom and they went above and beyond in their care and dedication to getting the issue resolved. They made us feel like our mom was their only resident! We are so very grateful to have found this place. Highly recommend!!

The director, Manuel, and his team are amazing people. When my father-in-law needed an assisted living situation, we chose Castle Rock because of the attentiveness of the staff. I recommend anyone in need to schedule a tour. The spaces are ample, the price is reasonable, and the care is evident.

My mother became a resident here just a few short weeks ago. The staff are so welcoming and listen to all our concerns. My sister and i have shown up day and night to help care for our mother during this transition. I have full confidence they are capable of taking care of all her needs not to mention the food is delicious. They keep the residents occupied and have activities and entertaimemt. The residents are even asking how my mom is doing. I know we made the right choice.

Such a beautiful place to bring your loved one! This is the most loving place I’ve ever come across in my 35 yrs in healthcare! I had a friend there and the care that was given was incredible! I have had 3 of my grandparents live at Castle Rock for many years until each of them passed or moved on to a memory care building. Outstanding staff, exceptional food and very comforting and warm. The managers and dining folks have been there still for over 15 years! Some of the nurse aides have been there for many many years too so it’s nice to have some longevity instead of new faces of helpers every time you go. Two of my grandparents were married and had a 2 bedroom, spacious suite and the other grandmother had a studio suite. 5 stars and 1 thumbs up. It is nice to be able to reach the nurse or director when needed as a family moment too!

Shouldn't nurses have valid licenses? So I'm a bit concerned. My wife's grandmother is at this facility and we've met all the staff involved in her care. Everyone seems pleasant enough but my wife tends to worry. She happened to catch the name of Granny's nurse one weekend and she found some website to do a proper licenses check.... This nurse's license has been EXPIRED since 2012! We can't believe it. Is it even legal for this person to still be practicing nursing on innocent people? Who is responsible for checking to see that all the staff is up to date on their legal obligations? We're afraid to see who else in this facility could possibly be in violation. Somebody in management needs to do a mandatory credentials check quickly. My wife is not taking this too well and Castle Rock, you will be losing a resident soon over this.
