This place is the best We moved our sister out here from San Diego it has been a challenge for her, but is the best place for her the staff are tremendous Stephanie Angel and Deborah are my angles They look after her they take care of her. They do a great job I know that’s it’s gonna take some time for her to get used to, but I trust this place. It’s nice it’s clean and also diverse which is very important I just want to give a big shout out to all the staff. They do a great job and I’m so glad that my sister is in a safe environment. Thank you.

Brookdale Pecan Park is a wonderful community for your loved ones who are in need of an assisted living facility. The staff is exceptional and truly care about the residents. Upon my father moving in he expressed that he would like to start playing dominoes again . He and a few other residents started a domino club . They play two days a week. It is this type of support the staff gives to the residents that maintains a genuine and caring community. Ms Mask, the Director, and her team are loving and caring professionals dedicated to the care and comfort of their residents. I would like to thank each and everyone of you for a job well done .

APPRECIATION LETTER FOR A GREAT TEAM AT BROOKDALE PECAN PARK I am a relative of a new resident at your Arlington facility, and I am sure that you know the thoughts and doubts that go through your mind, i.e., is this the right place, will she like the people, will she fit in? All these thoughts and doubts vanished the moment we arrived as the director came out to meet us, and I was a little surprised that she herself greeted us, and not someone she appointed was impressive. As I watched my sister’s first interaction there was no hesitation, it was like returning home from a long journey. We emerged from the vehicles; you could see the dedication of the director as she made us feel as if we had known her for a lifetime. This quality is unique to very few individuals and Ms. Mask possesses this quality, and it shows in her warmth and transparency. Ms. Mask proceeded to take us on a tour of the facility, introducing us to staff and residents, you could see the level of respect that was given between them, respect in the fact that they were all professionals in the jobs they perform. Each person was open, friendly, and approachable, letting me know that they were there for a reason not just for a job, each person has a high level of dedication and compassion for the residents. I know the challenges we face in developing a team that functions well together providing encouragement, support and understanding to everyone, giving them a sense of belonging. As I spoke with staff this was the collective feeling of all, they enjoy being part of this community, I know it starts from the top and flows down. Not sure how long Ms. Mask has been at this facility, but I hope she stays for a long time nurturing the staff and residents and watching this facility grow for future residents. When darkness emerges around a loved one, the family is engulfed in this darkness also, and Ms. Mask at Brookdale Pecan Park was the light in this darkness that enabled us to move forward. We love how excellent the care is here! The workers are so kind and go out of their way to take care of the residents. The food is delicious and the menu is wonderful. The buildings are beautiful, the rooms are awesome, our mother loves it here and we are at ease because of all the love and care that goes into making it work.

I just lost my mom. I also lost my other family, the wonderful, caring, empathetic staff at Brookdale Pecan Park (not really lost because I will go back and visit). They are all rock stars and I will always remember how fantastically they took care of my mother. The staff and management at Brookdale Pecan Park is the best in the world.

I have been working at Brookdale Pecan Park for 11 years now and i wouldnt Change it for the world. I love working here and i love each and everyone of our residents and there families like my own family. This is my home away from home. And i thank god that he gave me the heart and passion for the job that i do best, loving the elderly so much.

I wanted to share the great experience I have had with Brookdale Pecan Park, this being my Mothers third anniversary as a resident. The director and staff are wonderful, pleasant and happy every time I walk through the door. The staff has created such a positive environment for my Mother and the other residents…there is a family atmosphere where the lobby is always buzzing with social activities or used just for visiting with one another. I cant praise the care staff enough on how extremely helpful they are in my Mothers daily care. They are my extra eyes and ears and keep me informed of any changes they observe which allows me to make adjustments accordingly. I cant stress enough on how happy I am that I made Brookdale Pecan Park the choice for my Mothers care. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

PECAN PARK IS--BY FAR--THE BEST! My Mom has now very happily lived in Brookdale Pecan Park for over a year! We love this place! The staff is extremely caring, compassionate...AND they always wear a SMILE! They take a personal interest in my Mom and I now consider many of them my friends. The facility is clean, the food is healthy and good and they offer a variety of activities which, oftentimes, cater to the different personalities of the residents! This was the PERFECT CHOICE for the ongoing care of my Mom!

My parents lived at Brookdale Pecan Park until my father passed in 2011. Afte he passed, we moved her to Brookdale Cityview on Bryant Irvin in Fort Worth. She loves it. They honor the resident tenure discount.

LOVE THIS PLACE, ITS ONE OF THE BEST!!!We were looking for a place for my mom and we met with Becky 1st then Amy. My husband and I were shown around. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. The facility was more like home, so clean, everyone was soooooo friendly and caring. I have looked at many many places but I dont believe my mom would get better care anywhere. After viewing so many other places I have developed a better understanding of what a great caring facility is suppose to be like. We could tell by talking many times with Amy and Becky that they have an understanding and deep love for the aging process. I know they will and would do anything to make everyday a wonderful day for my mom.
