Liked the 1st lady you sent okay. Stephanie. Please DO NOT send the last one again. She can hardly walk much less clean. She quit 15 min early & rested in the chair, but really didn't want to talk. She seemed distraught & kept trying to reach someone on her cell but they never answered. I had to pick things up off the floor where she sd she had vaccumned. I don't think she can see very well. And foesn't walk well either. I was afraid to let her take my trash out for fear she might fall.

Visiting Angels is a great company. Being a disabled elderly caregiver myself I can see where they strive to make sure their clients needs are met and that their caregivers are on top of their game. All the aids have been very nice and helpful (we are just implementing the bath aid service for my dad). The aids were not informed before hand of Dad's needs before arriving and until recently we did not have the same aid. So every week I had to explain in detail about dads condition and what was needed. So I'm definitely looking forward to having someone consistently. Scheduling at first was off but, I believe we have that finally figured out. As far as the aids we have had they have been very nice and helpful. I feel like the issues were on the office side but looking forward to this month starting off to be better all around.

Hi, just want to say that care giver my father has is real good. She is always on time. She enter acts with father she makes him laugh and I love that. She has a routine for the housework she does. Eleanor is a breath of fresh air! I gave her a crash course in caring for my mom today with Alzheimers. While she slept Eleanor efficiently cleaned the common spaces of our home. When she woke Eleanor jumped right in and sweetly took over. She was able to get my mom to eat more than she has in days, change her, brush her teeth, and wash her hands. She engaged my mom with sweetness, kindness, and encouragement. Eleanor you were literally my angel today, THANK YOU! I've also had amazing experiences with Janet and Cecilia. Cecilia embraced my mom with her compassion and bubbly spirit. She went above and beyond caring for her. I appreciate how they each pulled my mom into conversation. They both have amazing work ethic, are adaptable, and helpful regardless of the situation. I'm truly thankfully for the both of you!
