I can’t say enough great things about this senior living community! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the welcoming and caring atmosphere. The staff is attentive, professional, and truly dedicated to making residents feel comfortable and valued every single day. One of the standout features is the dining experience. The food is absolutely amazing ” fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It feels more like dining at a high-quality restaurant than typical senior living meals. There’s a great variety of options, and the menu always offers something exciting and well-balanced. The Culinary Director does an outstanding job leading the dining team. The dining room team is fantastic. The food is always hot and tastes good. If a resident does not like the menu for a meal they will prepare an alternative. They certainly care about the residents and want them to be happy.

This is a wonderful, compassionate and caring home away from home. My Mom comes from a ranch and picked this place because it felt homey. The care givers are responsive and ready to help. The leadership is stellar. They provide a well rounded place filled with great food, lots of activities to keep your mind motivated. After looking at several communities we chose this one and we are glad we did. Your loved ones are well loved at Vitality Court-Texas Star!

Soon it will be four full years since Max and I left our home and moved into Vitality. Like many other residents it was a difficult and painful decision for such a major upheaval in our lives. Inspite of the very warm welcome we received, it was very difficult to stop crying for several days. Now looking back, I can honestly say this is our home with lots of caring and loving staff. I truly recommend Vitality for anyone planning to move into an Assisted Living facility. Thanks to "my Vitality family" and God bless.

My mother spent 4 years at Vitality after her husband of 67 years passed away. She was tired of keeping up her home and cooking. Vitality proved to be a good choice in so many ways. Her caregivers were loving, attentive and compassionate. Of course, she had her favorites and was most happy with her care on the days when they were on duty. There were a few issues in the 4 years my mom was a resident, but the administrative staff were very good about listening to those issues and resolving them quickly. My mom made good friends there and had a group that she regularly shared meals with. They have great activities at Vitality...games, crafts, exercise, music, etc. They also have an inpatient physical therapy team which was very convenient when my mom had a fall and needed their help to recover and get stronger. One of my favorite things at Vitality was the family dinner that is held once a month. It's a great opportunity to share time and a (delicious!) meal with your loved one and make some new friends. Vitality is kept clean and tidy! Maintenance staff are very good about addressing any 'fix it needs' that arise. There is a lovely courtyard with places to sit outside and get some fresh air on pretty days. Overall, I highly recommend Vitality Court Texas Star for all of these reasons and more. The staff became family, not just to my mom, but to me and my husband & sister as well. My mom passed away in September and I was so touched by the outpouring of love and care from all of the staff. Hospice was brought in so my mom would not have to be moved. Such a sad and stressful time was made so much better by the love and care of all of the Vitality staff. Vitality Court has been a wonderful new home for our father. The grounds and facilities are maintained beautifully. We love to sit with him outside by the pond or take a stroll through the halls. He also has several sitting areas near his room to enjoy the incoming light. There are always activities for him to participate in and lovely people to dine with. The staff are so very helpful and kind. It’s is very apparent that they love the residents and work very hard to get to know them personally. We are so thankful we found Vitality Court for this season of our father’s life. Highly recommend!!

Our dad has lived in Vitality Court for almost three years now and every time we walk in (which is a lot), it feels like home. The staff always makes us feel welcome and they treat us and dad like family. The facility is clean, bright, and thoughtfully laid out. It doesn't feel cold or clinical”more like a cozy community. The rooms are a great size, and everything seems well taken care of. There are plenty of spots for residents to relax, chat, or just enjoy some quiet time. Honestly, the staff is what makes this place special. Everyone we’ve met has been friendly, caring, and super patient. They seem to really know the residents and treat them like family. It's clear they actually care and aren't just doing a job. The food is surprisingly good. There are multiple options at meals, and they try to cater to everyone’s preferences and dietary needs. Most importantly, we have peace of mind. We know our dad is in good hands, is being treated with kindness, and is surrounded by people who truly care. That kind of reassurance is priceless.

My dad has been there for 3 years so far and the experience has been fantastic! He is so happy. The staff is great. The facility is great and he even likes the food (and he is picky). I can't say enough good things about Vitality. If you have the need I would highly recommend it.

AMAZING! I’ve toured several places in Allen and none came close to Vitality! I showed up unannounced and toured with Lisa Guld, the Memory Care Director. The residents were clean, happy, and engaged! You can see and feel the difference Lisa and her team make! I spoke with other family members and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about Lisa, can’t wait to move my dad in!!

I'm not going to paint the picture that my Mom is sweet and easy to work with. She is not! For this reason, we needed a facility to understand and work with us for her best care. Starting from our first visit, Vitality was impressive. We were able to get Mom moved in and transitioned easily. She has now been there over a year, and we have had ZERO incidents with Vitality. My Mom is another story! They have been consistent in their care and concern for her health, as well as checking in on her when she fails to show up for dinner or activities. Having a medical team on staff is a true asset and helps us understand her medications and adjustments more fully. Thank you for EVERYTHING. I would highly recommend this facility! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly and smiling faces at Vitality Court Texas Star. The community is beautiful with an amazing courtyard and a pond that even has turtles! There were several spacious apartment styles, and I enjoyed seeing the activities going on during my tour. This is my top choice for my grandmother.

Vitaliy is awesome! My dad and step mom have lived at Vitality for about 1 year. Our experience has been great. Everyone is extremely caring, helpful and compassionate. Tonight, they hosted a family dinner for all of the residents and guests. It was a wonderful experience. Transitioning to assisted living can be a difficult one but Vitaliy truly has made this journey for my dad a very smooth one. It feels like home to him.

My Mother has been there since October 2020. During the pandemic they were able to keep every one safe, and kept the family members updated. It is wonderful now being able to visit her. My Mom loves the staff. They are all warm and welcoming. They answer all my questions and concerns. I'm sure I drive them crazy. I would recommend Vitality Court for your family members.
