I enjoy most of the activies. I like the idea that I don't have to cook, because the meals are provided. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our apartment is quite and comfortable. Wish the company would provide more seasonal decorations and let the residents display decorations around our apartments. Would like to display Chrismas lights on our banconies and doors. "Keep in mind" that alot of the residents "at our age" don't have alot of holidays left to celebrate. Let us enjoy decorations and all hoildays to the max. Thanks for listening!!

My father-in-law has enjoyed living at Parkview in Allen for 4 years. He is 96 years young, and he is in very good health. He has so many close friends at Parkview. It is always a Blessing to visit him there!

We had my father in law's memorial here as he was a resident. The folks here were so friendly and welcoming. I loved walking around and looking at all the displays everyone had at their door's.

I found this Super Nice Facility as I was looking for my sister. I am so glad that I did. It is a retirement Facility that provides Freshly Prepared Hot meals for their tenants. I would relate it to a Cruise Ship! The Facility is Really Clean - Fresh smelling, joyful - lively atmosphere with lost of activities not to mention the movie theater with popcorn. Most of their guest were mobile and there were many married couples who call The Park-view their home.My sister had certain needs that went beyond the standard of their guest. She was apprehensive and other needs but they were so very tentative to her and others needs. I thought I would have to move her however they assured me that she was fine and they had no issue with her. I would and did give them 5 Stars even more if there were more to give. The food was healthy and well prepared. The service was very good. I highly recommend that anyone pop in and take a look prior to making any decision anywhere else. I am so happy that they were in Allen. Located on an easy to get to Avenue. The People there are Outstanding and Dedicated to their Profession. Thank You Park-viewStaff! M. K. Hall Plano, Texas

Oh MY GOODNESS!!!!! A dream come true for my 87 year old mom! After 3 different places in 8 years, THIS IS THE ULTIMATE one! Now she has PEOPLE, a one bedroom apartment, with washer, dryer hookups (if wanted), but Free washer, dryer access if needed, 3 SQUARE MEALS provided PLUS A FULL KITCHEN of her own, once a week maid service included, sheets and towels also included!!!!! Plus a pool with water aerobics, painting, yoga, card and domino games, and BINGO 3 times a week! AND included.... electric, water AND an emergency button for safety! THE STAFF is one of a kind and so very welcoming! All for $2,500!!!!! Trust me HOLIDAY RETIREMENT HOMES HAVE IT ALL!!!!!

Good facility, except that this Sunday, apparently they had to clean the kitchen, and it was self serve for residemt during which they served beans and cornbread. The meal looked pretty hardy, but the line backed way up until there servers came out to assist them. Many residents had walkers and needless to say, it was difficult for them to handle the Walker, and to serve themselves at all. They provided plastic ware, but were short any knives at all. A lot of room for improvement for which could be a highly rated facility.

Very nice retirement home its set up more like apartments but the facility is HUGE! Has little nooks through out it with little libraries and sitting areas. There is a courtyard, playground, and pool so littles visiting can have fun too

My Father-in-law has a senior apartment here, and there is a home - health care agency *Elim Home Health) on the premises to care for those who need it. There is a main dining hall that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, the grounds are well-kept, as it the large swimming pool. There are many enrichment activities also, and each floor features sitting areas to rest, visit, work a jigsaw puzzle, read a book or just look over the scenery outside the windows. It us a nice, clean place.

The managers here will bend over backwards to make residents feel at home. It really is an amazing team.

The facility is nice, clean, and quite safe. Most residents are nice and welcoming and the complex has a lot of activity. The individual apartments range in size but none feel cramped. Pets are also welcomed.
