My experience of the Goldton is from a happy, current employee. This facility is a wonderful place to live and we see this reflected in our residents. They are happy, busy enjoying all the wide variety of activities offered. Fridays are “Happy Hour” afternoons with everyone coming together to enjoy music, socializing and beverages. Come in and take a tour. We’d love to meet you!

My mother is currently in the memory care section at the Goldton. I am extremely pleased with the personal and compassionate hands-on care that she receives from all the staff, as well as the way they care for every resident there. The residents on the assisted living side all seem so content and happy, and the overall atmosphere is upbeat and positive. This is critical to any facility that deals with our older population. Donna, the executive Director is a very kind and compassionate manager, and even sings and plays the piano on a regular basis for all of the residents to enjoy. The food is high quality and is managed by Patty Key, the Culinary Director. We are very fortunate to have this facility in Spring Hill

Goldton is wonderful! The staff and residents are so friendly, warm and welcoming. Goldton gives you a very home-like environment since it’s not overwhelming. Everybody kinda knows everyone. I just moved my father there a month ago, and very impressed with the entire operation.

This facility has provided a loving and safe environment for my mother over the past two years. We are so blessed to know that she is taken of 24, 7 by a wonderful group of healthcare professionals.

Kiriana Scott obviously doesnt know the truth, nor had anything to do with my fathers care, and not once visited him while at Traditions. Her comments about dad being alone and away from his family couldnt be further from the truth. My dad did not have bed sores as she said, and we visited dad all the time because he was only 10 minutes from my house. He had dementia and ALZ and had the best possible care in the Memory Care Unit and I couldnt have asked for any better care than he received. Our family was at his bedside in his final hours and he was surrounded by love from both family and the wonderful care providers at Traditions!

We had to make the hard decision to put our father, Lee Adair, in Assisted Living to make sure he was getting the 24, 7 care that he required. It was very hard for him to adjust at first, but then he thought he was in a very fancy hotel and everyone was so nice to him. It was terribly hard for us to not be able to visit him because of Covid, but my brother and sister in law were fortunate enough (once he was moved to Memory Care) to have window visits with him on almost a daily visit. Our fathers care was impeccable. They gave him lots of attention, which he needed and he really enjoyed Friday Happy Hour. I have a picture of him toasting me, while I toasted him from California. His caregiver was sending the pictures back and forth. They had a Cinco de Mayo Event that he wasnt aware of until I told him and then he got really excited. I asked one of the staff to please take him over to the Assisted Living Side so he could go to the party, which they did. He had two margaritas and some snacks and had a great time. They even had a family parade for the residents. Everyones families were invited to drive by (while the residents sat outside) and honked and waved at their family members in their decorated cars. Even the local police and fire department joined in the parade. Everyone there took great care of him, spent time listening to his stories and tried to make him as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, our fathers mental condition deteriorated much faster than we anticipated and I was unable to visit him before he went to meet Jesus. I was on the phone with my brother, sister-in-law and Stephanie (who is the head of nursing) for 8 hours during our dads last hours. My brother sang to him, which I know gave him great comfort and talked about his favorite horse and memories that they shared. He was surrounded by love during his last moments. He was never alone. We are so grateful to all the staff at Traditions of Spring Hill. They all went above and beyond in not only taking care of our father, but treating him like their own father. We will never forget your dedication and kindness. A special thank you to Stephanie Cooksey, Dana Willis and Lynn Beckstrom. And a big shout out to Mike Leebron, who kept us informed of the Covid situation, daily activities and meals for the day. That really helped keep us connected.

I cant say enough good things about Traditions. From the moment we were referred to them, we knew we had found the perfect place for my grandmother. They were so incredibly accommodating and attentive. We had a very urgent need to place my grandmother and had several important criteria we were looking to meet, including finding somewhere that would allow her small dog to live with her, and Traditions was able to check all our boxes - and not only did they check them, but its the WAY they checked them that really set the company apart. Every member of the staff gave us every impression of genuinely caring for the happiness and wellbeing of their residents, and it was such a comfort to my family knowing we were leaving my grandmother in good and loving hands. We received regular update calls from the nurses whenever anything occurred that they believed we should know about, and I genuinely felt I could call anytime I wanted and wouldnt be a bother at all. If I had to pick an assisted living or memory care facility for a loved one again, I would pick Traditions a hundred times over.

A family environment for seniors with kind professionals. My mother in law has lived here since the construction crews swept the sawdust out. She has been in independent living and memory care, in healthy times and through the pandemic. She is made to feel loved by staffers from the top down. Traditions is new, well appointed, well staffed, safe, fun and busy—even in quarantine. Living in a two nurse family, I know the nursing staff to be exemplary—Director of Nursing Stephanie Cooksey will abide no less. In the memory unit, Dana Willis anticipates the needs and abilities of those in her care with hugs and smiles. If you see that Ross Moore will be providing music at Traditions, drop what you are doing and listen in—he plays anything with strings and knows any song requested. Contact me if youd like to ask more.

My father and I had a lovely Sunday morning visiting on his front porch. He lives at Traditions of Spring Hill for almost two years now. He talked about the Michigan game (Go Blue.) I showed him video clips of his grandson, my nephew, completing four touchdowns during his high school game Friday night. He listened to my daughter sing the National Anthem at her high school football game. We took a short walk. He was eager to get to lunch. He doesnt like to miss a meal. He was also researching words for the weeks mental challenge. The engagement director, Sandy, knows my dad is smart and has tasked him with this, which he enjoys. When I first approved my dad about moving to assisted living, he told me I was ruining his life. Truthfully, my dad can be difficult. When he finally agreed to move, the journey was a challenge – in every way. The first months were an adjustment and true to his nature, he found reasons to complain. Almost two years later he is a changed man. He is content, pleasant, happy, complementary and positive. Recently a team member said, Your dad is the nicest resident. Hes so sweet and funny. It truly warmed my heart. The team at Traditions got to know my dad. Sandy engaging him to research words is a perfect example. Hes not a social person by nature. He didnt want to join in at first, and still isnt a group person. With encouragement and caring, he will now partake in exercise class and the mind-games, and loves to go on every scheduled outing. My husband and daughter visited him on Fair Day last month and I was texted a photo of he and Ava. Hes having a drink and shes petting a goat. He later told me he loves the wildlife they bring to the community. He grew up on a farm and so appreciates these times to be outside, to be with animals, to be with family, to drink a beer. And yes, this is assisted living. Even today the perception of old age home persists. Trust me, this isnt your grandmothers nursing home. My husband and I took him out on Labor Day. As we were driving down a beautiful country road my dad looked out the window and said, Its glorious here. I just love it. Im so glad I live in Tennessee. Moving to Traditions of Spring Hill was the best decision for him, hands down. Its changed his life. People say to me that its a great testimony that my father lives at one of our communities. Honestly, when it comes to my dad, Im just the daughter, and want the best for him. And Im glad its Traditions. One of his friends says it best, My friend lives there and he has said hes never been happier. Wonderful staff. He has made friends and is participating in activities he never did before. Best thing ever happened to him. His family is over the top. Thanks to everyone who has made his life so rich. Julie Podewitz CSO Vitality Living Traditions of Spring HIll

In January 2019, my husband & I visited Mr. KELLY HELGREN at your facility. As we arrived, he was there to greet us. The lady at the front office, desk was very nice with a professional attitude. She asked if we needed anything or to let her know if she could assist us in anyway. Mr. HELGREN was my neighbor, in Ironwood. MI. where I grew up. He was one of my dads best friends. When a family friend was at the VA Hospital in Nashville, we decided to extend our stay in TN and visit Mr. Helgren at the new facility he moved into. He gave us a tour and showed us the facility: recreation room, dining facility, his one bedroom apt etc. We were very impressed with the building and its many amnesties if had for the residents. The spiral staircase in the entrance is gorgeous! Overall, we were very impressed with the facility! Verna & Jack Underwood

My father is a resident at Traditions of Spring Hill. He is a hard man to please, to say the least, and he is VERY happy there. I never dreamed he would like it this much. and why not? The place is beautiful, clean, lots of activities, things to do, places to hang out. Great dining facility. Really couldnt ask for more. Highly recommended.
