I would like to take a moment to commend everyone.....literally everyone.....who works at the Goldton in Spring Hill, Tennessee. I don't really feel that "works" is the proper word to use, as everyone that I have encountered while there treated not only me, but also the people that they are caring for like family. The interactions that I witnessed between the staff and the ones being cared for warmed my heart. It wasn't just a matter of "passing pills" or quickly doing treatments and moving on to the next person. I witnessed genuine interest and care and concern from the nursing staff, dietary and environmental services as well. I would recommend the Goldton to anyone who is looking for a "home away from home" for their loved one. Well done Goldton!!

My husband and i toured Goldton at Spring Hill for my parents and loved everything about this facility. Mrs. Tina made our decision very easy to put the trust into a facility as this is a hard decision we have had to make. She answered any questions and concerns we may have had in the days coming. Knowing the compassion Mrs.Tina has and that her team has was very calming for us. As we toured the facility we met some nurses and caregivers and we are thrilled to know that my parents are in caring hands. They welcomed us with smiles and compassion.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Eliza Warner (director) and her staff at The Goldton! We made the decision to move both of our parents into The Goldton last week, and it has been the best decision! The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful! Everyone there is friendly and has made this transition an amazing one. I am so thankful we found this place. Whether it’s Eliza touring the community, Gabby doing Activities, Jessica in the Business Office, Tina, the Health & Wellness Director or Mario, the Dining Service Director, everyone takes ownership and pride in the role they have here and it shows!

We are very pleased with The Goldton. Our mom loves her 1 bedroom apartment. It’s spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely supportive and helpful. They do a great job of making sure she is feeling well, eating, participating in activities etc. They take the residents on outings to shop, go to local restaurants, etc. It’s also nice for our family to be able to visit whenever we like. It’s in a great location so it’s easy for us to take her out for a meal etc. We highly recommend you take a tour if you’re looking for an exceptional place for your loved one.

I moved my brother to the Goldton in Spring Hill from a rehab facility in south Florida. The quality of care he is receiving now far surpassed our expectations. The entire staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and made him comfortable right from the start. The accommodations are very nice and it is so comforting to know his health and safety is a top priority at the Goldton. I’m so happy to have found the perfect home for our loved one.

We moved our dad from Virginia to The Goldton, so he could be closer to his family. I can not say enough about how helpful, friendly, organized and supportive everyone here has been through all of the process. They really went out of their way to let us and our father feel very welcome. God truly has blessed us with finding a new home for our loved one. Special huge thanks to Eliza and all of her organization skills and thoughtfulness. This was totally the best decision for our family

My 87 year old mom recently moved to The Goldton after living independently and was very resistant to the idea. It only took 15 minutes of walking into their beautiful facility, meeting their outstanding staff, and seeing her beautiful room to say Thank you for bringing me here. This feels like home. They also offer so many things for them to do & experience. I can’t say enough how easy they made the process and how well they care for their residents. (Shout out to Eliza!) I have every confidence my mom will be taken care and have the joy & love of a wonderful community. Thanks Goldton staff!

I cannot rave enough about Mr. Wayman Parks and entire staff at The Goldton in Spring Hill. Mr. Parks has been so accommodating, patient, kind , empathetic, and supportive to my dad’s needs, as well as being a sounding board for me. He’s personable, and a great advocate for the residents, their families and staff. Major recognition needs to go out to the entire staff that works meticulously to meet the needs of my dads, as well of all the residents. Goldton for many reasons give me and my dad peace of mind. Lovely place, nice people in general, good nursing staff, clean, and good recreation. The Dietary department is bad and needs an overhaul. They get orders wrong, don't communicate, the food has very little variety, you can't mix and match the foods you want, they seem stressed or understaffed. Just my opinion.

Having gotten to know the leadership at The Goldton, Donna Stephens, I can say that it's at the very top of senior living in Williamson County. Donna locally and Atlas Senior Living who owns and runs this property are committed to innovation at every level of care and community for their residents. This is evidenced by the cutting edge programs that they have integrated into the resident experience. If you haven't taken a tour to see and learn about it for yourself first hand, I highly recommend doing that.

My mother is currently in the memory care section at the Goldton. I am extremely pleased with the personal and compassionate hands-on care that she receives from all the staff, as well as the way they care for every resident there. The residents on the assisted living side all seem so content and happy, and the overall atmosphere is upbeat and positive. This is critical to any facility that deals with our older population. Donna, the executive Director is a very kind and compassionate manager, and even sings and plays the piano on a regular basis for all of the residents to enjoy. The food is high quality and is managed by Patty Key, the Culinary Director. We are very fortunate to have this facility in Spring Hill°

We had to make the hard decision to put our father, Lee Adair, in Assisted Living to make sure he was getting the 24/7 care that he required. It was very hard for him to adjust at first, but then he thought he was in a very fancy hotel and everyone was so nice to him. It was terribly hard for us to not be able to visit him because of Covid, but my brother and sister in law were fortunate enough (once he was moved to Memory Care) to have window visits with him on almost a daily visit. Our father’s care was impeccable. They gave him lots of attention, which he needed and he really enjoyed Friday Happy Hour. I have a picture of him toasting me, while I toasted him from California. His caregiver was sending the pictures back and forth. They had a Cinco de Mayo Event that he wasn’t aware of until I told him and then he got really excited. I asked one of the staff to please take him over to the Assisted Living Side so he could go to the party, which they did. He had two margaritas and some snacks and had a great time. They even had a family parade for the residents. Everyone’s families were invited to drive by (while the residents sat outside) and honked and waved at their family members in their decorated cars. Even the local police and fire department joined in the parade. Everyone there took great care of him, spent time listening to his stories and tried to make him as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, our father’s mental condition deteriorated much faster than we anticipated and I was unable to visit him before he went to meet Jesus. I was on the phone with my brother, sister-in-law and Stephanie (who is the head of nursing) for 8 hours during our dad’s last hours. My brother sang to him, which I know gave him great comfort and talked about his favorite horse and memories that they shared. He was surrounded by love during his last moments. He was never alone. We are so grateful to all the staff at Traditions of Spring Hill. They all went above and beyond in not only taking care of our father, but treating him like their own father. We will never forget your dedication and kindness. A special thank you to Stephanie Cooksey, Dana Willis and Lynn Beckstrom. And a big shout out to Mike Leebron, who kept us informed of the Covid situation, daily activities and meals for the day. That really helped keep us connected.

Kiriana Scott obviously doesn't know the truth, nor had anything to do with my father's care, and not once visited him while at Traditions. Her comments about dad being alone and away from his family couldn't be further from the truth. My dad did not have bed sores as she said, and we visited dad all the time because he was only 10 minutes from my house. He had dementia and ALZ and had the best possible care in the Memory Care Unit and I couldn't have asked for any better care than he received. Our family was at his bedside in his final hours and he was surrounded by love from both family and the wonderful care providers at Traditions!

I can’t say enough good things about Traditions. From the moment we were referred to them, we knew we had found the perfect place for my grandmother. They were so incredibly accommodating and attentive. We had a very urgent need to place my grandmother and had several important criteria we were looking to meet, including finding somewhere that would allow her small dog to live with her, and Traditions was able to check all our boxes - and not only did they check them, but it’s the WAY they checked them that really set the company apart. Every member of the staff gave us every impression of genuinely caring for the happiness and wellbeing of their residents, and it was such a comfort to my family knowing we were leaving my grandmother in good and loving hands. We received regular update calls from the nurses whenever anything occurred that they believed we should know about, and I genuinely felt I could call anytime I wanted and wouldn’t be a bother at all. If I had to pick an assisted living or memory care facility for a loved one again, I would pick Traditions a hundred times over.

Street clear. This facility is understaffed, and it is reflected in subpar food (cheap, frozen), and service (the place is deserted). Would recommend to avoid until they clean up their act.

My father and I had a lovely Sunday morning visiting on his front porch. He lives at Traditions of Spring Hill for almost two years now. He talked about the Michigan game (Go Blue.) I showed him video clips of his grandson, my nephew, completing four touchdowns during his high school game Friday night. He listened to my daughter sing the National Anthem at her high school football game. We took a short walk. He was eager to get to lunch. He doesn’t like to miss a meal. He was also researching words for the week’s mental challenge. The engagement director, Sandy, knows my dad is smart and has tasked him with this, which he enjoys. When I first approved my dad about moving to assisted living, he told me I was ruining his life. Truthfully, my dad can be difficult. When he finally agreed to move, the journey was a challenge “ in every way. The first months were an adjustment and true to his nature, he found reasons to complain. Almost two years later he is a changed man. He is content, pleasant, happy, complementary and positive. Recently a team member said, Your dad is the nicest resident. He’s so sweet and funny. It truly warmed my heart. The team at Traditions got to know my dad. Sandy engaging him to research words is a perfect example. He’s not a social person by nature. He didn’t want to join in at first, and still isn’t a group person. With encouragement and caring, he will now partake in exercise class and the mind-games, and loves to go on every scheduled outing. My husband and daughter visited him on Fair Day last month and I was texted a photo of he and Ava. He’s having a drink and she’s petting a goat. He later told me he loves the wildlife they bring to the community. He grew up on a farm and so appreciates these times to be outside, to be with animals, to be with family, to drink a beer. And yes, this is assisted living. Even today the perception of old age home persists. Trust me, this isn’t your grandmother’s nursing home. My husband and I took him out on Labor Day. As we were driving down a beautiful country road my dad looked out the window and said, It’s glorious here. I just love it. I’m so glad I live in Tennessee. Moving to Traditions of Spring Hill was the best decision for him, hands down. It’s changed his life. People say to me that it's a great testimony that my father lives at one of our communities. Honestly, when it comes to my dad, I'm "just the daughter," and want the best for him. And I'm glad it's Traditions. One of his friends says it best, My friend lives there and he has said he's never been happier. Wonderful staff. He has made friends and is participating in activities he never did before. Best thing ever happened to him. His family is over the top. Thanks to everyone who has made his life so rich. Julie Podewitz CSO Vitality Living Traditions of Spring HIll

In January 2019, my husband & I visited Mr. KELLY HELGREN at your facility. As we arrived, he was there to greet us. The lady at the front office/desk was very nice with a professional attitude. She asked if we needed anything or to let her know if she could assist us in anyway. Mr. HELGREN was my neighbor, in Ironwood. MI. where I grew up. He was one of my dad's best friends. When a family friend was at the VA Hospital in Nashville, we decided to extend our stay in TN and visit Mr. Helgren at the new facility he moved into. He gave us a tour and showed us the facility: recreation room, dining facility, his one bedroom apt etc. We were very impressed with the building and it's many amnesties if had for the residents. The spiral staircase in the entrance is gorgeous! Overall, we were very impressed with the facility! Verna & Jack Underwood
