Not a good place to work understaffed this is a assisted living were they should be able to transfer themselves but they are alot of residents it takes two people to even get that done to much lifting along of drama management isn't in there position to care for residents just there for the money will lie to you especially about your pay not a good place to work

I've worked here for about 15 months now. I consider most all of them family. I love them and the residents as such. Is it perfect no but no place is,but they truly do try to do everything they can to make it as perfect as they can for the residents and the workers. It truly is the best place I've worked. Everyone actually cares about the other, whether it be residents or each other. I'm honestly thankful for it

Emory ridge is like my second home to me.i started working there about 3 weeks ago as a resident assistant. I love our staff and most importantly our residents each and everyone of them holds a special place in my heart and I'm thankful I get to take care and love our residents as my own family. I can promise you that if your looking for a place for your loved ones we will be happy to take them here and treat them with love and respect.

I started working here this year and it's by far the best place I have ever worked! Everyone is amazing. All management are hands on, loving and have the biggest hearts. Nurses are the best. The RA's work very hard and are very dedicated to each and every resident. Housekeeping keeps the place looking amazing and kitchen staff work very hard and make great food for residents. I'm so blessed to now be apart of this family!

They did not do what they promised they would do. They never checked on my grandpa. They left him in wet pants all the time bc they didn't change his depends like there suppose to. They never fixed the problems that I had to make things better for him. They don't give the medicine like there suppose to. When they die good luck of your family member bc there's NO NURSE at night to give round the clock pain meds and they don't even call u when ur loved one is dying so you can't sit with them and comfort them. If your loved one don't want a bath they don't make them they could go days with no bath. Here's so pictures I delt with nonstop and they wouldn't fix anything that was going on. They brushed it under the rugs. It shows how much they cared. The lady over the caregivers and nurses terrible.If my loved one didn't eat his oatmeal they would put it back into the container that was made up weeks ago when ur suppose to through it out. He had stage three sores from were the urine ate the skin. Found his pills a couple of times in his room on the floor. Dirty dishes. Really investigate before you stick your loved one in a home. Just bc there nice don't mean they get great care!!!!! Dirty dishes were they don't clean them good enough.

Truewood Powell is like a second home to me! I started working here as the Community Relations Director earlier this year, and it has been one of the biggest blessings. This truly is a Memory Care community like no other. The love and care these residents receive from our staff is really something special. I love these residents like they are family, and I feel so thankful that I get to serve them and love on them every day!

My Father-in-law has been a resident for three months now. He is in so much better health and care than before he got here. Nurse Kathy is amazing along with Peter, Margie, and Sheila as well! Caregivers Brandi, Paige, and Marissa are also great! We are so blessed to have found such a wonderful and caring place for our Pop! On top of all they do they go above and beyond with activities and "field trips" to make his experience there a delight!!! Thank you all!!

This building is beautiful. However, the staff is more than beautiful, they are fabulous. They are loving, caring, professional people. The nursing staff is excellent!!! I am very impressed with everyone's dedication to their residents.
