The Village at Bellevue is great. It was very clean. The staff and patients were friendly and helpful. Casey was extremely helpful in explaining the process of getting a family member into the facility. She took her time to explain what goes on and what the family needs to know. She was extremely knowledgable of the facility and the patients knew her and she knew them. The tour was very nice.

I am so happy with the care my mother receives in this community. During these difficult times, we received routine communication about my mothers status and the steps taken to prevent the spread of the corona virus. The environment is clean and pleasing to be in. The splendid nursing staff at The Village not only took excellent care of Dad, but they were kind and affectionate toward him, which was exemplary considering that he could be cantankerous at times. Gary and the office staff were very easy to work with, especially as we closed Dads final affairs. We couldnt have found better help. Thank you!

My Mom moved into Brookdale Bellevue about 18 months ago and my entire family is very pleased with Brookdale and all of its staff. The location is convenient to access, the staff not only shows their care and concern, but they go beyond caring to showing love to not only my Mom but other residents. They are always kind, attentive and show great respect to the residents, always being available for help, encouragement, and love. There are many activities and good communication with both the residents and all family members. We could not be happier with Brookdale Bellevue. It has been a wonderful experience for my Mom and a blessing to our entire family.

I am a current resident at Brookdale Bellevue. It's a great place. Here is what I wrote in my Christmas letter this year: I am enjoying my new home. There are many nice residents and caregivers, who manage to keep us well fed and safe, with day and night nurses, lots of activities such as a recent day trip to the new museum downtown and The Opryland Hotel, with its vast area of plants and tropical trees making me feel that I am back in Costa Rica where I lived for a few years. The food is very good and management is excellent. I feel very much at home here.

It would be hard to find a better place anywhere. The management is extremely professional, but also very down to earth and caring. My mother is very happy with the staff, the food, and the environment in general. They offer lots of activities and treat people with a lot of respect. This is a first class place and not nearly as expensive as many others we visited.

I recently placed my mom at the Assisted Living at Brookdale Bellevue and feel this is the best place for my mom who is 89 years old. The entire staff of administrators, nursing, housekeeping and dinning are so friendly and really care about the elderly. I feel confident she is safe, well taken care of and most of all she is happy there too. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a warm, friendly, safe and well cared for place for their loved ones.

This community was very nice to tour. The staff was very friendly and helpful on the tour. The community was very nicely decorated and the landscaping was very nice. There is a fenced in backyard with a walking path.

I had chosen this community for my brother because it was the best place for him that could medically meet his needs. The staff are very attentive to his needs and make sure that he is comfortable in his new living environment. He has had no complaints about the meals and has been enjoying some of the activities as well as the social environment with the other residents. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

I felt that Brookdale Bellevue was more expensive for the services and amenities I got from it. It has since gone down, and they had a lot of turnover. I will not recommend the place right now, and I would not suggest it to be recommended to anyone.

My grandfather was at Brookdale Bellevue. It was a nursing home and assisted living facility. We had a couple of nurses whom we really liked and whom we thought did a really good job. The facilities were really nice. The environment was good, friendly, and active. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Brookdale was a little older, and the furnishings and decor seemed out of date, but it seemed very clean. They had two dining areas and both seemed very nice. The room for activities seemed very small. The memory care unit wasnt very cheerful, but the price in general was OK.
