Sycamores Terrace is a little sweet spot, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet, were just outside downtown Nashville. My apartment is on the southwest side of the building so I can actually see the city lights while sitting on my balcony or from my sofa in my living room. Im a country girl who loves the city lights so this feature brings added pleasure.Ive made new acquaintances while living here. With all the madness of Covid 19, we all do our part in keeping safe and healthy by wearing mask as we move around the building. Meeting new friends is important to our social well-being. The building is kept clean inside and out. Im a neat freak so this is also very important to me. Most of the people here contribute to keeping our little spot sweet. This has an immeasurable value!! It takes a village to keep our community safe, clean and friendly; the staff and those who dwell here all do our part.There have been times that Ive needed help getting large items in and out of the building. Some of the gentleman living or working here have been absolutely charming and helpful with no hesitation in offering a helping hand. Thanks Dominique and Tommy!! I suppose my timing was perfect! ☺ The office staff are quick to meet any request Ive made. Thanks Connie and Kim!! Im glad to call Sycamores Terrace my home!! This kind of place is hard to find, with all things considered; you wont have to break the bank to live here. That alone is priceless!!!

I have nothing but praise for this apartment complex. The staff, management has always shown compassion and concern and kindness for me.The apartments are large and spacious, with patio doors that look out onto your balcony. There you can sit and enjoy morning coffee or perhaps, the evening sunset. I use this time to read my Bible or meditate.As safety is a big issue for me, my car is parked in a carport below my apartment. There are security cameras thru out the premises and it is well lit as soon as it begins to get dark. The doors into the facility are locked so no one enters without a key. The hallways are well lit and wide to help facilitate with any disabilities. My apartment door is heavy and stays locked. And again, I have the only keyI feel safe and comfortable. I have no worries about anyone entering the facility who should not be here.Maintenance is managed in a extremely timely manner and any service needed is dealt with ASAPThe maintenance staff is considerate and accommodating to all your needs.Thank you Sycamores Terrace for providing such a beautiful and safe place to live....Jane Apt.114

Sycamores Terrace Senior Apartments are great. Roomy and very clean. Excellent leasing agent Kim is so helpful on many levels.Awesome food. You get Breakfast and lunch. All the food is excellent and hot. am very pleased

I am very glad to be a tenant at the Terrace, the neighbors are friendly and the staff is very nice this is a new beginning for me and to have a home thats in a nice area of town and stores location is convenient for us as well as the staff providing some of the necessities that other places weve had before, the cooking staff is wonderful and the terrace provides meals that are prepared to be healthy for the tenants also, we have a work-out room as well as a beauty shop for those who like to groom theyre hair and make themselves feel good about ourselves daily at our choice, I love all the things we have here because it makes me feel just like I was in my own little and I feel safe and can afford it, cudos! to Ms. Connie and Ms. Kim who do a wonderful job in the office along with our maintenance Dominic and Tommy weve got a good team of workers and I thank God for sending me to Sycamores Terrace Apartments, Im Blessed.....

Hello, Im Houston Morton and I live in apartment #250. I love my place of residence because I feel safe and secure and the other residence are friendly. Sycamores Terrace has many activities for all of their residence who wishes to participate. Our grounds are very clean and we have plenty parking space for our guess. Theres no violence permitted in our community which makes it safer for all of the residence living at Sycamores Terrace. I recommend these apartments over any other that I have lived in.

Very nice place to live. Residents here are very nice and friendly. Im glad to be part of the sycamores senior living. Just celebrated my birthday last week, and the staff and some residents gave such lovely cards.

I enjoy living here at Sycamores. It has been very peaceful and quiet. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful views or just reading. My neighbors are very friendly people. The staff here are happy to answer any questions you may have. This is more than an apartment. This is my home!

I moved here from Florida 16 years ago with my husband. It was a retirement home when we moved in. Since then, it has been completely revamped and redecorated. This place is the best place for me to live. I have everything I need and if I dont, the staff will always help me. I am 99 years old and love it here. Anything you could ever need is close by. I live in a two bedroom and it is very roomy and light. The chefs are wonderful at their jobs. Food is right on the money every time. When we have special events, the crew goes all out to make everyone feel special. I feel very secure in the building, especially since Covid. Everyone here is so friendly. I enjoy seeing my friends as I walk the hallways. The staff are wonderful. Always checking on me to make sure I am alright. I think anyone would love living here.

The place was very clean and the Assistant manager she was very nice and polite friendly we had a nice talk I felt very comfortable I was a little nervous but it went away thank u so much for showing me around I would like to make this my home
