I came to Knowls Assisted living to visit my friends Debra and Randy... I left so impressed with the staff and facility. My friend and all on our way home were just so excited for our friends being taken such good care of by staff who were truly happy people and caring it is something that cannot be faked. I just want to say that I REALLY APPRECIATE THE STAFF AT KNOWLES.. They go over and beyond for the residents. My cousin lives there. He has been there for 2 yrs. They really care about all the darlings that stay there. They are very attentive, kind, compassionate, loving, understanding, caring people. Specially Ms. Shelia, Keisha and the nurse Toya. The lady that sits at the office across from Kisha but I can’t think of her name. She is a sweetheart as well whenever I come and she is there but I have mainly dealt with the 3 that I named. I love love love them. They make you feel like family there. If it is any concerns they call and let me know. They help me understand if I feel lost about a situation. I feel 100% safe knowing that Derrick lives there and is in the care of the facility. My worries are at ease and my heart aches with pure joy knowing he is taking care of. (just like the commercial says ( he is in good hands with Allstate) I’m very greatful for the team that Knowles has. I have told some of my friends about Knowles and one friend moved her Dad in a few months ago. You ladies keep up the good work and keep doing the superb job that you do!! If anyone is looking for a wonderful caring place for assisted living this is the place! Whatever you need or questions that you have they do it so quickly. This is a very clean facility and the residents seem to be very content to be at the facility. They rave about the Fried Chicken that is served for lunch on Thursdays. The staff is friendly and accommodating. You can tell that the folks that work at this facility care deeply about their residents. There are activities daily for the residents to participate in if they so choose. They have regular worship service with clergy from surrounding churches.

Mrs. Ann Jimerson is the sweetest person. She cares for the residents and does whatever she can to bring a smile to their faces. She gave me a tour and was so professional. I cried about my dad and she was so understanding. If they would fire the immature girl at the front desk and the DON the faculty would be great.

Ms. Shelia Watkins and Nurse Holly completed a virtual evaluation on the Sunday before Memorial Day for my 81 year-old father who resides in Atlanta. It was going to be a challenge bringing him to Nashville for the evaluation so Ms. Watkins agreed to do it virtually. I really appreciate the personal experience and commitment that both ladies demonstrated. It has been extremely stressful caring for my father miles away from home, hence the reason I was looking for options in Nashville. However, my experience with these two ladies decreased my concerns. The evaluation went well and I will be speaking to Ms. Watkins about next steps. Again, I appreciate their willingness to work with me as a caregiver to help me make the best decision for my father.
