Thank you to the Nashville branch of Comfort Keepers. I needed some assistance after my step mother's surgery to assist my elderly father and step mother for a few days during her recovery. Comfort Keepers were able to respond quickly and sent Roux Chanatry out to assess the needs. She was very thorough and answered all questions kindly and accurately. The assistants sent out to help, Juanita and Sandra, were very caring and helpful. My dad and step mom were both very happy with the assistance provided. Thanks to all of you!

I Love working for Comfort Keepers for various reasons, first and foremost I love working with the clients, can't help but to love them , you get attached to them and they become like family , even the families are wonderful and loving as well, the office staff is awesome , even the owner , they show true compassion and concern for you and our clients , they address my concerns and find a reasonable solution to everything addressed,,they are considerate and very concerning to the employee needs. "I am a professional caregiver and have worked for Comfort Keepers for 7 mths now. I love that they are a faith based company and seem very professional. HR is always helpful. The schedulers work very hard at giving you a schedule that best suits you and the client. I mostly love that the "care advocates" seem to genuinely care for the clients and their needs. That says a lot about the agency. I love my clients and have formed very special relationships with them and their families. Caring for them is the best part!

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. My husband and myself have been taking care of my husband's parents and my father in law was at the point hospice care was needed and my mother in law has dementia. We knew we would need someone to help with care. I called the company and they quickly called me and also Maria came to visit and get the service started with in a day.. We were delighted and relieved . Then the icing on the cake we met JILDA a sweet, kind, loving caregiver. She stepped right in and started helping right away. We all love her and feel now she is part of our family. She has been GREAT!!! always willing to help however she is needed. I truly believe anyone that is a caregiver full time is truly a calling!! I was looking for someone to assist my mother in my father's care for just short times during the day. Comfort Keepers was the answer to my prayers and worries. From the first emails to the end I was impressed with Comfort Keepers. I appreciated their philosophy, their quick responses, their level of care, their helpfulness, their willingness to work around our craziness and their professionalism. Mariea came for the initial visit and remained my ready contact for any changes or assistance. She always responded quickly and helpfully. Each caregiver was professional and efficient and kind and caring to my father. If we had any issues they were addressed immediately. We asked for several changes in schedule and they did everything in their power to accommodate us. I can not say enough positive things about the Nashville office.
