My grandparents moved in about two months ago. So far every single staff member I've interacted with has been super friendly and helpful. The food there is freaking fantastic. We've been able to reserve a special dining area to celebrate my son's birthday and food was brought up to us. Just wonderful. My grandparents are loving it there!

Rutland Place is a fantastic community! They've thought of everything for a person to want & need. The restaurant has delicious food. They have a bus to take residents to appointments & shopping. They even have a movie theatre, game room & wonderful library! Most important, the staff is compassionate & friendly. If you tour the community with Pam Barton, you will immediately feel at home. Pam is sweet & helpful and she knows everything about the community. If you are looking for a safe and fun place to live, I highly recommend Rutland Place!

Rutland place Senior Living is a wonderful, welcoming place. The residents are well cared for and enjoy lots of activities. There is plenty of common space to visit comfortably with each other. All areas are clean. The large dining area is versatile and occasionally holds celebrations such as on Veterans Day.

Everyone is pleasant residents and staff. My only issue is the quality of the food they are given. No one at this table ate much because the things that were actually cooked had no flavor. They said there was no seasoning on most of it. The one that got the bratwurst was only given one and said that wasn't enough. The carrots weren't soft and the squash was mushy and had no flavor. I didn't eat it so I can only go on what they said. The one lady said the food was almost never fit to eat. For their sakes I hope the kitchen improves

We took a tour with my mom. Pam was a great host. She paced the tour to my mom's ability to get around. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff all spoke and seemed like a real team. It a delightful tour and we left with all the information we need to know for our decision.

Every time I visit Rutland it is a wonderful experience. I'm a local minister with congregants who are residents at Rutland. The residents always seem comfortable and content. The facility always looks great and the staff is always pleasant.

I got to see what Rutland Place really is. The residents were awesome and great folks that lived there. For the most part they had concerns but nothing in question. The staff is pretty good and the one that sticks out is [Name Removed]. She is the most valuable staff member they have. The Managers & Directors are in question. They are allowed and have the option to take Fridays off. So for the most part you can't find a director there on Fridays. The directors in questions are the Sales, Business and the Executive Director. The business director was never there at times when needed or either work from home or work half days!! The Director [Name Removed] is a very green Director. She started there as the Activity Director back sometime ago, but has been in this position for a very short time. I would describe her as Worthless, Useless, Careless and Spineless! She doesn't know how to be professional and she can't keep her personal life separated from the workplace. The community has problems like expired smoke detectors, which they were being replaced, but still have a lot to replace. The residents also starting having issues with the Hot Water! The system needs to be updated along with other things within the building. You have options to keep your love ones safe! They had a couple of residents says they wanted to move to Harmony in Mt Juliet. You have chose's & options please use them wisely!!!

Fantastic staff and beautiful property. Its hard to find someone who is dissatisfied living at Rutland Place. Happiness, care, and love are definitely three things that Rutland Place excels in, which is needed in retirement communities.

Great place for seniors to live in Mt. Juliet. The staff is top notch. Pam the sales lady is so caring and thoughtful and makes everyone feel so comfortable. The place is clean and the people are so nice. They even take trips! Most of all, I would trust any of my family to live there.

I thought about moving to Rutland Place for sometime, finally my wife and I decided to make the move, We have no disappointments at all, it is a wonderful place, (wished we had moved years earlier) they have great activities and places to go, transportation to Dr visits, Walmart, church, plus other place. You will not regret moving to Rutland Place, the staff here is a Great!!! Come on Home to Rutland Place!!!!The WELCOME MAT IS ALWAYS OUT!!

My Mother who went to be with God at 94, enjoyed her 3 final years at Rutland Place. It was a most wonderful time in her life and ours as well. The caring Staff, numerous activities,lovely apartments, beautiful facilities,and fine food, made it an experience I will never forget. I may live there myself at some point. Thanks to all who made Elviras time there, such a delight. f

My grandpa lived here for almost 4 years. The last 4 years of his life were changed because of Rutland Place. I can never thank the staff enough for loving my Papaw and breaking him of his shell. You reminded him life was worth living still.

I wanted to POST from a visit I had last night for the Rutland Place Christmas OPEN HOUSE. First of all....When you walk in the door, this place feels like home. Im so thankful that I assisted my mother in moving to this wonderful place six years ago! She continually has a smile on her face and also brags all the time about the staff and wonderful service and friendships she has made there. As with life she tells me all the time I make myself happy it is not dependent on anyone or anything else. She says Its because I have JOY in my heart and that is the part to share always no matter what is going on I see that same spirit thread woven in the staff and many other residents at Rutland Place Senior Living. Last night as wonderful musicians played, some residents were dancing, others eating cookies and drinking Christmas punch and many laughing and singing....you could look around in the eyes of all and see they are right where they want to be...home Thank you Rutland Place for being AWESOME!!
