THE APARTMENT I WAS IN NEEDS ALOT OF WORK FOR INSTANCE ABOVE THE DOOR IS CRACKING DUE TO THE HOUSE SETTLING VERY MUCH AND THE DOOR IS HARD TO LOCK AND UNLOCK. THE CARPET IS DIRTY AND HAS BEEN LIKE THAT FROM DAY ONE MEANING KNOW MATTER HOW MUCH IT'S CLEANED IT WILL NOT COME CLEAN! THE AREAS OUTSIDE IS MOSTLY DIRT WITH NO GRASS. THE MOST IMPORTANT PROBLEM IS THE LOCKING AND UNLOCKING OF THE ONLY ENTER AND EXIT DOOR IN EVENT OF A FIRE. SOME WORK WAS DONE A FEW YEARS BACK BUT THE HOME HAS SETTLED ALOT ONCE AGAIN AND WE'VE BEEN TOLD THAT MORE WORK IS TO BE DONE IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I'M NOT SURE HOW MANY APARTMENTS THIS AFFECTS HOPEFULLY JUST A FEW ONLY.
