It would be an awesome senior living spot if they would do some updated renovations because as is puts off very depressing mood. It's definitely not what these old picture show so don't be FOOLED people. Absolutely needs a happy color paint job an that nasty disgusting carpet out of there. New decor needed all around there. Outside needs definitely needs to be inviting with flowers and a gazebo area wouldnt hurt. No security is nonsense for that area. These things don't cost much so let's me know they don't care about tenants because it's been like this since my first visit five yrs ago. They just collecting the money but not mine until I see things are done for the better.

Ms. Yolonda Buchanan, the property manager at The Elevation at Autumn Ridge, personally took my wife and me on a guided tour of the complex. She showed us the many amenities that are available! It is a very nice property, but Ms. Buchanan is very, very nice. She has a gift for showing you all that is possible. We think you should check out the property for your next apartment at The Elevation . We think having her as your property manager will be a joy!

The Elevation is a great place to call home what impresses me most is the staff Yolanda who manages The Elevation quite Thorough and efficient. If you have an issue with your apartment she resolves it immediately. I feel The Apartments are well kept up. The amenities are great and the rent is fair.

Yolanda is wonderful!!! She made moving here easy and stress free. She cares about the residents here and does everything she can to make this the best place in Memphis to live and thrive. As a senior citizen safety is very important to me and I feel safe and secure here. The Elevation is very very lucky to have her!!!!

My mom stays here and it is wonderful! What makes it the BEST though is the manager Yolanda! She goes above and beyond for her residents. This place wouldn’t be what it is without her!

My car was recently broke into for the third time. It was stolen once, vandalized , busted glass out, tore my ignition switch up and is now in the shop again. They need security at night just to patrol the parking lot and look out for us old folks. I am sick and © tired of having to spend money out on my — car. I am on a fixed income. Also, they need to clean the carpets in the hallway because they smell really, really bad. The place is quiet but they need security to patrol the area surrounding the building.

I have now been here 6 months and continue to be satisfied. I love this place. They are quick to address maintenance issues, if any. This is a large complex, but the building is quiet and clean. The staff is great. Many planned activities for the residents , several days a week. They also have vending machines. I'm happy I moved here. The other residents are friendly and always speak.

Elevation at Autumn Ridge has the most kindest leasing management. Not only do they make the residents feel welcome, they also show great hospitality to the families as well. It was one of the best choices. I found this location for my father and he is so thankful for a safe and caring environment to live in. I highly recommend.

This place is pretty nice. Management not up on somethings. They need real management skill. This is suppose to be a smoke free facility but people are smoking in their rooms and you can smell it while waking the halls. No mask enforcement at all. I like the place, wish I had an apartment there.

my mom moved in about a month ago and she can’t stop talking about how much she loves the place! she loves walking her dog around and talking to her new neighbors, and she keeps talking about the new updates being done with the new ownership. she had a maintenance issue with her fridge last week and they took care of it very quickly. it’s a great little place for her!
