Right at Home began to take care of my mother in 2017 while she was living at the Glenmary. They took very good care of her for the next four years. At Right at Home my mother was not a number. When I did have complaints (rarely in 4 years) they were very sincere in addressing whatever the complaint was, even if it was simply because my mother was very particular about how things were done. As a retired judge I know that many times the elderly are not well taken care of. I can say without reservation that I would recommend Right at Home to my family and closest friends.

I have not used this company long enough to be sure of the quality of their services. However, the manager in Memphis, Debbie Hicks, is on the ball. She responds to requests and questions quickly. She has even texted information to me after hours and on weekends. A level of service seldom encountered today
