Groceries and other amenities in a mile radius. Power stays on during most storms, 24 hr security newly renovated units. Newly installed rought iron fence,trash compactor is out back now. Courteous office staff,emergency maintenance. A wonderfully convenient place to live!

rats roaches bedbugs tobacco smoke marijuana smoke beautiful building but no real system of order complaints are not responded to garbage and waste smells are prevelent basically the whole area stinks like hell and no one seems to notice the real visable damage pipes leaking out side and the heleport action pulls the bugs up to the balcony no screens on windows or patio doors so whenever you do get a chance to sit on the balcony the bugs run you back in BUT no air in bedrooms no heat in bathroom but the rent is cheap and you DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!!
