Manchester Center is a great place to work. Even though I am not full time, the staff I have worked with were so kind and so knowledgeable. It's an amazing feeling to have happy residents and see positive results.

When I got here they made me feel at home very much at ease and the staff was so helpful and caring that is kind of like a home away from home I'm very pleased with the attention I got even though it was sometimes it is painful but is all worth it I'm glad they were here.

The staff is 1st class. But to be honest nobody gets along with everyone. But I would gladly come back to this rehab. The physical therapist and occupational therapist are just amazing. The food could be better. They could also pay attention to the likes and dislikes card. Other than that it's a pretty great place to come.

I live here and I pray I never have to leave...... I am so happy, All the staff are like my family. They really care about us and prove it everyday.

I worked here over 20 yrs ago and it has been very much improved. Very clean smelling and many of the staff are so nice. I did, however,had a bad experience with a tech a few nights ago when visiting my brother. I forgot the room number and asked a young, African American lady,who was playing on her pH and not charting,and she pointed at a room and it was not my brother. I go ask her again and she acted bothered and more or less ignored me and continued to play on her pH and thank goodness a very sweet lady,who said she was new, would help and she dropped what she was doing and did so. The last time my brother was there for a stay,maybe a yr or less ago,and it was awful. His room stayed nasty with the dirty laundry etc and I'd have to clean it and complain every single day I went to see him. I'm so glad to see the changes. Keep up the good work but take the cell pH away.

Upon entering the facility, I was immediately struck by how clean and pleasant it smelled. The environment was bright, welcoming, and modern. I was greeted with a smile and clear instructions on the entry process. They took my temperature in a manner that made me feel both welcomed and safe, understanding it was for the residents' safety. Throughout my visit, I observed many staff members genuinely smiling and happy in their roles, which was heartwarming to see.
