I can't say enough about this wonderful facility. After visiting assisted living centers in the Tri-Cities area, as well as into VA and NC, we walked into this facility and new it was "right" for my father. The staff is extremely qualified, kind, attentive and caring. My father was initially reluctant to move to an assisted living facility, but he is happy and at home here, and enjoys the luxuries of being pampered by the staff after living alone for years! The facility has been renovated and is lovely. It is a small facility with 20 assisted living apartments, which gives it a very different feel than the larger facilities we toured. The resident apartments and studio units are some of the largest we saw in touring many facilities. We are so happy to have found Familiy Ministeries Retirement and Assisted Living!
